The sale of a chunk of a stake in Formula Systems had a key impact on the Group's results. Consequently, Formula System's results were not consolidated in August and September, and the Group's net profit increased significantly. Last year, the Group expanded its presence intensively in foreign markets, where it generated 80% of its sales and successfully conducted new acquisitions. Warsaw stocks are trading marginally down in mid-Tuesday trade, with the large-cap WIG20 index down by 0.11% to 1,774 pts at 14:11 local time.
--------------- ECHO INVESTMENT - Listed commercial real estate group Echo Investment may present a new dividend policy next year, CEO Nicklas Lindberg said during a press conference.
Echo plans to pay out all of the cash it does not intend to invest in new projects, the official reiterated.
--------------- ORANGE, ASSECO - Listed telco Orange Polska completed shifting 3 mln fixed-line clients to a new billing system in a process assisted by Asseco Poland, Orange said in a press statement.
The value of the 2.5-year contract was not revealed, Asseco Poland press office said only that it was one of the largest contracts in the telecom sector.

Von den 19% in Polen werden 15% bei der Bank direkt angerechnet. 4% würde ich mir vom polnischen Finanzamt zurückholen wollen ...

Antwort auf Beitrag Nr.: 52.545.749 von Lwymi am 05.06.16 16:57:56Wieso zurückholen? Mein Stand ist: es gibt ein DBA und Du kannst die poln. Steuer im Rahmen der Einkommensteuer-Erklärung auf die deutsche Abgeltungssteuer anrechnen lassen.
Polnischer Quellensteuer
Die Dividende ist da.In den letzten Jahren hat sich bei mir einiges an rückforderbarer polnischer Quellensteuer angesammelt. Bisher habe ich solche Rückforderungen in verschiedenen anderen Ländern ohne Probleme durchgeführt. Für Polen habe ich bisher aber keine Informationen gefunden. Kann mir jemand mit einem Link oder anderen Infos bzw. Erfahrungen weiterhelfen?
