Heute mal wieder 6%. Der Wert lebt schon noch, nur die Ruhe. Ist eben noch nicht so
bekannt und damals durch den Global Biotech Investing Report etwas populaerer
geworden. Sind doch momentan prima Kurse zum nachkaufen.
Wenn man den ganzen Berichten glauben soll, duerfte es bald soweit sein. Nur WANN??!!
Sorry, da kann ich nicht weiterhelfen. Versuche auch schon auf verschiedenen Internetseiten
etwas zu finden. Bis jetzt leider negativ.

StressGen Receives Proceeds from Special Warrant Financing Following Clearance of Final Prospectus

Victoria, British Columbia

May 2, 2000 , StressGen Biotechnologies Corp. (TSE: SSB) today announced that it has received $25.3 million in proceeds from its special warrant financing after obtaining final receipts for a prospectus dated April 26, 2000, in British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec and New Brunswick. The Company announced the completion of the financing in February, indicating that the proceeds would be held in trust pending the clearance of the final prospectus. The prospectus qualifies the distribution of common shares issuable upon the exercise of the 7,449,000 special warrants issued by the Company on February 2, 2000.

The special warrants were sold on a private placement basis through a syndicate led by BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., and including Goepel McDermid Inc.

The net proceeds from the offering of special warrants will be used to fund ongoing clinical trials for StressGen`s lead product candidate, the HspE7 stress protein, in female patients with high grade cervical dysplasia and male and female patients with anal dysplasia, as well as for further research and clinical development of the Company`s other product candidates.

was ist denn heut schon wieder los nach der news vom 2.05. kann der kurs doch nicht so absacken! :-(((((
kurz zum inhalt:stressgen hat 25,3mil dollar aus einem optionsscheinfinanzierungsprogramm erhalten.dieer erlös soll für weitere klinikstudien des HspE7 stress proteins verwendet werden.
weiterhin zum weiteren ausbaus des unternehmens.
so also was soll das?
aber ich denke wir können uns ein wenig trösten den es waren ja nur ganz geringe umsätze die den wert nach unten trieben!!!!

hat vieleicht schon jemand etwas herrausbekommen über neue bekannt-
gaben,wäre toll!

ich habe die lang erwartete E-Mail Anwort von SSB erhalten. Nach 2 maligem Anfragen was mit Phase II los ist hat man mir kurz
geantwortet.

Dear Sir,
I did not receive your earlier email - our appologies for th confusion.
We have two phase II trials underway. One is accruing patients on schedule an the other is ahead of schedule.
Interim results from one of these Generally things are progressing very well.
