Sand ist das neue Gold. Der Jahres-Chart von zum Beispiel Homerun Resources sieht überdurchschnittlich gut aus. Die haben auch mit Sand zu tun. Wenn PEGA das auch hinbekommt, dann würde das Jahr 2024 ein sehr erfreuliches werden.

Ob sich Pegasus gegen den Trend stemmen kann, ist fraglich. Sobald die Investoren (irgendwann, wann auch immer) aber wieder zu den Junior-Explorern zurückkommen, dann werden insbesondere die Firmen profitieren, die gute Bohrergebnisse zuletzt abgeliefert hatten und die interessante Projekte haben. Aktuell ist es bei den meisten Junior-Explorern aber noch so, dass nahezu sämtliche Nachrichten, auch die guten, einfach ignoriert werden.

PEGASUS RESOURCES CLOSES FINAL TRANCHE OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Pegasus Resources Inc. has closed the final tranche of the non-brokered private placement financing, previously announced May 5, 2023, and extended by the TSX Venture Exchange on Aug. 21, 2023, raising gross proceeds of $198,200. A total of 2,477,500 units of the company were issued at a price of eight cents per unit (the "financing"), with Pegasus' Director Noah Komavli subscribing for $29,840.

Each unit comprises one common share of the company and one transferrable common share purchase warrant of the company, entitling the holder to purchase one common share of the company at an exercise price of 12 cents expiring 24 months from the date of issuance.

Finders' fees of $4,340 in cash and 54,250 broker warrants were paid to arm's-length parties. Shares issued pursuant to the financing will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months plus a day from the date of issuance, according to the applicable security laws of Canada.

(TSX-V: PEGA: Frankfurt - OQS2, OTC/Pink Sheet symbol: SLTFF) (the "Company" or "Pegasus") is pleased to announce that it has received permit approval from the Saskatchewan Ministry of Environment for the initial exploration at its Pine Channel Uranium Project ("the Project" or "Pine Channel"), located in the Athabasca Basin region of northern Saskatchewan. The field work is expected to commence as soon as ground logistics allow.

A working relationship continues with the group that represents the northern communities and First Nations groups, the Ya' thi Nene Lands and Resources (YNLR) office.

The first phase of work will include a ground radon and ground gravity survey on the Pine Channel Uranium Property.
