Amazing how quickly things change with HNR, all of a sudden there are only 6 million shares to sell to reach 7c, in my opinion this is the next target before a brief pullback, this has been long coming, the million dollar question is ............ what announcement are we getting ?
The world has already started talking seriously about lithium battery recycling, if HNR comes out with an announcement of some kind about that, we will go in double figures instantly.
Could it be an acquisition of a lithium project in Australia?
Could be also finalisation between HNR and the ASX to allow HNR to change the business without suspending trading, I know for a fact that DH has been in talks with the ASX.
News from our Scandinavia based management about location where plants will be built ?
Also, let's not forget our nickel project in Forrestania.
Maybe news about Critical IPO.
Quite a selection to choose from !!!
What I know for sure is that the market is waking up to the nature of business HNR is heading to ....... Could be enormous if management proceed with their intentions in Scandinavia, I will not put a price where the shareprice will head to.
Finally, after seeing some of the runs since the beginning of the year of certain lithium stocks ...... ESS, CXO, GT1, CRR, AGY, LKE, LPI, PLS, AVZ and many more, I feel confident that HNR is on the right track for a massive 2022.
Erstaunlich, wie schnell sich die Dinge bei HNR ändern, plötzlich müssen nur noch 6 Millionen Aktien verkauft werden, um 7c zu erreichen. Meiner Meinung nach ist dies das nächste Ziel vor einem kurzen Rücksetzer, der schon lange bevorsteht, die Millionen-Dollar-Frage lautet: ............ Welche Ankündigung werden wir bekommen?
Die Welt hat bereits begonnen, ernsthaft über das Recycling von Lithiumbatterien zu sprechen. Wenn HNR eine Ankündigung in dieser Richtung macht, werden wir sofort zweistellig steigen.
Könnte es eine Übernahme eines Lithiumprojekts in Australien sein?
Es könnte sich auch um eine Einigung zwischen HNR und der ASX handeln, die es HNR ermöglicht, das Unternehmen zu verändern, ohne den Handel auszusetzen. Ich weiß mit Sicherheit, dass DH Gespräche mit der ASX geführt hat.
Neuigkeiten von unserem in Skandinavien ansässigen Management über den Standort, an dem Anlagen gebaut werden sollen?
Vergessen wir auch nicht unser Nickelprojekt in Forrestania.

Eine ganz schöne Auswahl!!!
Was ich mit Sicherheit weiß, ist, dass der Markt die Art des Geschäfts, auf das HNR zusteuert, erkennt ....... Könnte enorm sein, wenn das Management mit seinen Plänen in Skandinavien fortfährt, ich werde keinen Preis nennen, auf den sich der Aktienkurs zubewegen wird.
Abschließend möchte ich noch darauf hinweisen, dass einige der Lithiumaktien seit Jahresbeginn stark gestiegen sind ...... ESS, CXO, GT1, CRR, AGY, LKE, LPI, PLS, AVZ und vielen anderen gesehen habe, bin ich zuversichtlich, dass HNR auf dem richtigen Weg für ein massives 2022 ist.

33m shares traded so far ........ someone knows something especially that 4m buyer @ 5.2c earlier on.
We will soon find out, could be one of many interesting things.

Plus, Critical has displayed an interest to list on the ASX, presumably in 2022, is what I read in their last annual report.
If the MOU with Critical & the battery recycling project wasn't going to advance any further than talk, why bother to list? Both HNR & Critical could just keep the status quo & run a tight ship, as usual. Critical has given HNR complete control of the battery recycling venture in a 50:50 JV so Critical can focus on vanadium recycling with NMT.
In addition, NMT threw $1.8 million dollars at HNR in the last CR to spend the money necessary up to FID. If the JV didn't stand a chance, why waste $1.8 million dollars?

BOD took part in the CR & some live in Europe.
The battery market is taking off in the Nordics, Norway & Demark in particular, with what looks like Sweden & then Finland.
MNT bought on market at 1 cent & now has around 840 million shares.
New batteries will need some recycled content in them under EU government policies.
A JV partner we can trust!! NMT trusts Critical with the vanadium project. Why can't HNR trust Critical Metals with battery recycling?
NMT is the largest shareholder in both HNR & Critical.
Most of our BOD has worked together for ten years or more.
Critical has the exclusive licence for the Nordics & more importantly, a separate licence from Primobius with hopefully a better deal. Considering the upside NMT is already looking at, maybe NMT won't charge Critical a 10% royalty on gross revenue, let's see what's in the final agreement. I don't believe Critical & NMT have agreed on a percentage yet? I could be wrong on that one.
There's many more, the list goes on. Just spend a few weeks reading all the anns in the last five months from HNR & NMT & look through both forums & the threads.
Go to their websites & read the announcements listed there. Read about their projects & presentations, watch their Twitter feed. Follow what they're doing. Jump on YouTube & just search for Neometals interviews. Chris does them every 3 or 4 months sometimes & investor presentations occasionally.
