Das Tauschverhältnis beträgt übrigens ca. 3,4 Cadeler-Aktien pro Eneti-Aktie. Ggf. gibt's zukünftig ADR's dafür ( mit einer Splittung/anderem Multiplikator ? - werde sonst aus dem geschilderten Tauschverhältnis nicht schlau: könnte 1:4 betragen ), da Eneti in USA notiert und Cadeler ja schreibt, dass neben der europäischen auch eine NYSE-Notierung erfolgen soll.
