@ KNORR CAPITAL PARTNER AG will kanadisch-amerikanische VC

IP
IP
Was habe ich übersehen?
Gruß

Martlet Venture Management announces investment in Systemfabrik
BERLIN, Germany, Sept. 15 /CNW/ - Martlet Venture Management Limited
(ASE-MVM) announced today that it had made a strategic investment in
systemfabrik GmbH.
systemfabrik develops and markets a suite of easy to use products which
allow users to rapidly qualify and extract data from any database and then
re-configure and re-populate targeted databases. With burgeoning growth in
viel grüße und bei bedarf mehr
data warehousing and the various enterprise software markets, systemfabrik is
experiencing strong demand and feels it has established itself as one of the
major players in Germany. Through OEM agreements with certain technology
companies, systemfabrik has also begun to successfully attack international
markets.
G. Richard Cook, President of European Operations for Martlet, based in
Berlin, Germany stated that ``systemfabrik has demonstrated its ability to
grow rapidly in its home market through a combination of innovative technology
and customer-focussed sales and support. It is also an excellent match for our
focus on the enterprise software, e-commerce & Internet markets``. He added
``In addition to providing finance to fund growth, we will also be working
with systemfabrik to help them expand rapidly, providing access to a global
network of channel resellers as well as experienced international operations
management``.
Gerrit Kolb, President and founder of systemfabrik commented that ``Our
goal is to be the market leader in providing easy to use, powerful tools to
manage data transformation and, beyond that, the increasingly complex web of
information within corporations. Martlet`s investment supports our strategic
vision and I look forward to drawing on their international organization to
build on our success to date and create a world-wide leadership position``.
About systemfabrik
systemfabrik was founded in 1992 by Gerrit Kolb, the company`s current
CEO. It is based in Hamburg, Germany. The Warehouse Workbench line of products
have been developed to provide easy to use, engine-based solutions for data
transformation requirements in a wide range of data warehousing applications.
The concept behind this technology is a comprehensive yet flexible approach to
the process of capturing data and transforming it in a way that ensures
quality-controlled creation of usable information. Data transformation using
the Warehouse Workbench - unlike the hard coding of competing extraction
programs -is defined as a logical set of rules which are stored in an open
repository with the rules only being read and interpreted during runtime. This
permits a substantial increase in the flexibility and quality of the
transformation process while drastically reducing maintenance requirements.
The use of standards and open interfaces guarantees that information and
metadata can be exchanged with any other system. In fact, various analyst
reports acknowledge that the Warehouse Workbench has a technological lead
compared to other products on the market.
About Martlet Venture Management
Martlet Venture Management is an international catalyst organization,
which assists client partners by providing them with operational capital and
management expertise to position them for successful initial public offerings
or strategic merger ``events.`` Martlet`s partners have operational experience
in areas such as strategic and product marketing, sales management, and
financial planning and control. Additionally Martlet can provide access to
global indirect channels to help build international presence.
Martlet focuses on emerging growth technology companies with visionary
management and established technology addressing Internet, e-commerce and
enterprise resource planning software markets.
Martlet operates on a global basis and is a highly networked company,
with principals located in Amsterdam, Berlin, Boston, Montreal and Silicon
Valley. Corporate offices are in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It is traded on the
Alberta Stock Exchange under the symbol MVM.

hallo hildst,
