Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission. We have received the
Commission`s initial comment letter and are currently preparing our

Irgendwie nervt die Situation mit Embi und der Ausschüttung der E-Net Dividende (Aktie) ziemlich, vielleicht meldest du dich einfach mal.

e-Net Financial.com Corp. Update on S-1 Registration Statement
COSTA MESA, Calif., Jan 24, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- e-Net Financial.com Corp. Wednesday announced that it is in the process of completing its response to the comments received from the Securities and Exchange Commission regarding its S-1 registration statement.

Included in this registration statement are the shares of stock issued to EMB Corp. for the purchase of certain of EMB`s assets in early 2000. EMB has stated that it intends to distribute those shares to its shareholders upon the Securities and Exchange Commission declaring the company`s registration statement effective. The company currently expects to file its response mid-February.

Until such time the registration statement is declared effective, the company is limited in the amount of information it can disseminate to the public. As such, the company encourages interested parties to visit its Web site at www.e-netfinancial.com where it will post current information on the company, including the company`s most recent filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

In addition, the company announced that James Shipley resigned as chairman of the board effective Dec. 31, 2000. This resignation is consistent with the transition plan being implemented by the company`s management team as initiated in April of 2000.
