Kaire Holdings, Inc Reports Third Quarter Sales and Results
LOS ANGELES, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 12/07/05 -- Kaire Holdings, Inc ("KAIRE") (OTC BB: KAIH) Effective Health Pharmacy subsidiary reports third quarter sales from pharmacy operations of $271,695. Cost of goods sold was $187,339. Gross profit was $84,356 with gross margins of 31%. By comparison, second quarter pharmacy sales from operations was $273,987. Cost of goods sold was $251,991. Gross profit was $21,996 with gross margins of 8.0%. Total operating expenses were $189,823 in the third quarter versus $293,798 in the second quarter.
Kaire C.E.O. stated, "Although gross sales were virtually the same as the second quarter there are important increases in gross margins and decreases in the cost of goods sold and operating costs. This was the first full quarter that the company provided services to LaSalle Medical Association and New Horizon Medical Group independent physician associations (IPAs). The quarter also served as a test period for the company as well as both IPAs. During the quarter the company received over two hundred fifty orders for injectable medications, medical equipment such as wheel chairs, hospital beds, pulmonary equipment, oxygen systems and other similar equipment. The average order was approximately $1,075 with a gross profit of approximately $346 or 31%. In addition, as a result of its relationship with LaSalle and New Horizon the company is now an approved provider for a number of HMOs affiliated with LaSalle and New Horizon. These include Aetna, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Health Net, Molina, Pacific Care and Secure Horizons."
Westlund continued, "The Company has developed the necessary procedures and infrastructure to meet the full potential of LaSalle and New Horizons needs. As stated previously we expect the levels of sales to steadily grow. We now estimate sales from LaSalle and New Horizon will exceed $750,000 per month by the end of 2006 while maintaining gross margins of thirty one percent or more. The company will release information concerning its business plans and expectations for 2006 during the week of December 12th."

Um die Prognosen einzuhalten, muss man aber auch seine Versprechen einhalten und da hat uns der Ceo mal wieder schön an der Nase herum geführt. Angeblich sollten ja in der Woche vom 12.Dezember (das Jahr hat er ja nicht genannt )Neuigkeiten, die das Nächste Jahr betreffen, bekannt gegeben werden. War mal wieder nichts.
So kann man seine Aktionäre nicht behandeln. Aber trotzdem sehe ich auch hoffnungsvoll ins nächste Jahr. Wenn nur ein Teil seiner Ankündigungen eintreffen würde, sollte sich der Kurs deutlich verbessern.
