läuft seit monaten mehr oder wenig seitwärts, im dezember prognose von 10 millionen+x gewinn, dürfte locker zu übertreffen sein,(aussage vom vorstand), also bei einer steuerquote von 37-40%, kann man mit rund 7 millionen nachsteuern rechnen, also knapp 2 euro pro aktie, damit kgv von 12, meiner meinung echt billig, pipeline ist voll ,für dieses jahr wird mit einer gewinnsteigerung gerechnet, eventuell börsengang der 11% beteilligung equity story, kannst ja mal in den threads vorbeischaun, da poste ich immer die aktuellen aufträge

Silver Star Energy, Inc. (OTC BB: SVSE) today is pleased to announce the appointment of three new directors to its board.
Reflective of the growth of Silver Star and in light of our increasingly complex operations and growing revenue potential, it is now prudent to appoint additional independent directors in order to broaden the breadth of experience and expertise presently possessed by the Board. We are committed to a progressive transition to a management structure that is more suited to a maturing oil and gas exploration and development company. Accordingly, we welcome the appointments of Mr. Gordon Samson, Mr. Glen Harder and Mr. William Marshall to our board.
Mr. Samson is an accredited accountant with approximately 20 years of experience in the financial arena including positions with Canada Customs and Revenue Agency (formerly Revenue Canada); a major Canadian institution as a senior banker; a regional, full-service brokerage house; Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer positions in both the US and Canada serving as a director of a number of public corporations as well as being a member of various audit committees. Mr. Samson has further served as a consultant, performing due diligence for acquisitions and other corporate transactions for various reporting companies. Mr. Samson`s background spans both resource and technology firms.
Mr. Harder is a senior securities and corporate finance lawyer with nearly 20 years of experience in structuring and capitalizing early stage corporations, completing acquisitions, mergers, takeovers and arrangements, corporate governance issues, and completing public and private debt or equity financing transactions. Mr. Harder`s law practice is presently focused on the natural resource sector -- primarily mining and oil and gas exploration and production.
