Bei Silver Screen Studios konnte man am Freitag ein Kursfeuerwerk beobachten. + 189.47% bei 19,123,820 gehandelten Aktien. Rekord! Soviel Handel war noch nie. Doch warum?

Bei Silver Screen Studios handelt es sich um ein Unternehmen, welches noch in Kinderschuhen steckt und sich nun im Markt neu aufstellt. ( Null Revenue ! )

SSSU möchte an seine Aktionäre eine Dividende in Form von 4 (vier)verschiedenen Aktien ausgeben.

Diese Silver Screen Studio-Töchter sollen als Pink Sheet gelisted werden.

year over year improvement of $628,821.

-- Net income totaled $5,251 compared to a net loss of ($770,987) for the

-- EBITDA (Earnings, Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and

-- Stockholders equity increased from $212,411 at 2005 year end to

FTS Group Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Scott Gallagher commented, "Even with acquisition-related expenses incurred during the first quarter FTS posted the first operating profit in the nine-year history of the Company. During Q1 we achieved something few OTC (over the counter) Companies ever see, a net profit." Gallagher continued, "Historically, the first quarter is the slowest quarter of the year in both the retail wireless and the satellite television businesses so were very proud to deliver profitable first quarter results to our shareholders." Gallagher went on to say, "We expect sequential increases in both top and bottom line numbers during the second quarter and through out 2006. We've laid out an aggressive growth strategy for 2006 and beyond that, in my opinion, will reward our long-term shareholders."

2006 Outlook

FTS expects revenue growth of 530% to 620% during fiscal 2006 of $7.2 to $8.1 Million from revenue of $1.3 during 2005, without any additional acquisitions. FTS further expects to post full year 2006 net income in the range of $600,000 to $900,000 compared to a loss of ($1,997,000) during 2005. Listing on the American Stock Exchange requires pre tax income of $750,000 in the most recent fiscal year among other factors (see AMEX.com). Our acquisition and deal pipeline remained very strong at the end of Q1. Although no additional letter of intents were signed during Q1 we expect to close additional significant acquisitions during 2006.

Operating Income

Warner Music Group (NYSE:WMG) Warner Music Group Corp., the world's 4th largest music company, controlled by a group led by Edgar Bronfman Jr., received an increased buyout offer from EMI of $30.00 in cash. WMG has not accepted the offer as of press time.

Our View: Stay tuned for more details as this plays out. Merger should go through if the price comes up. The buyout group has already recouped their entire purchase price in the deal and will move on to greener pastures.

Time Warner: (NYSE:TWX) the world's largest media company closed at $17.53 on vol. of 45.245 million. Today announced that Time Warner has acquired Liberty's half of Courtroom Television Network LLC, the owner of Court TV, for $735 million.

Time Warner now owns Court TV in its entirety. Court TV will operate as part of Turner Broadcasting System Inc., within its entertainment division, under the direction of entertainment group president, Mark Lazarus. Seen in 86 million households, Court TV covers all aspects of the U.S. system of justice and is the leading producer of original programming in the crime and justice genre as well as other content, which appear on its network and popular Web sites as well as, increasingly, new distribution platforms.

Our View: We see TWX moving into the wireless area to offer a more integrated product offering.

XM Satellite Radio (NASDAQ:XMSR) closed at $16.62 on vol. of 8.85 million shares. The recording industry sued XM Satellite Radio Holdings Inc. on Tuesday over its new iPod-like device that can store up to 50 hours of music for a monthly fee, sending to the courts a roiling dispute over how consumers can legally record songs using next-generation radio services. The federal lawsuit, filed in New York by the largest labels, accuses XM Satellite of "massive wholesale infringement" because its $400 handheld "Inno" device can record hours of music and automatically parse recordings by song and artist.

Our View: Stay tuned for more analysis if XM settles the suit rather than fighting it out in court.

Viacom (NYSE:VIA-B) Viacom, whose brands include MTV, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, Country Music Television, Spike TV, BET, Paramount Pictures, and DreamWorks, recently spun off broadcaster CBS Corp. closed at $38.02 on vol. of 2.450 million shares. CBS on Wednesday unveiled a fall schedule with remarkably few changes, opting to go with only four new shows and to cancel its long-running Sunday night movie.

The television network, poised to finish the 2005-06 season as the top-rated network among total viewers and adults between 25 and 54 years old, adds one new sitcom to its successful Monday night lineup and one drama to its big Thursday slate.

Merger & Acquisitions Is Yahoo in play? Will Microsoft make a hostile run for Yahoo? The software giant is clearly number 3 in the fastest growing sector of technology: paid search. For MSFT to overtake both Yahoo and Google as they continue to innovate seems unlikely. Either MSFT will have to develop ground breaking technology or it will have to acquire Yahoo if it intends to compete in the paid search sector.

guten morgen,

nach einer aufregend rally in der woche frage ich mich , wie es weitergeht???

wir haben am anfang der woche hohe volumen mir steigenden kursen gesehen...dann eine rally mit kleineren volumen, wobei ich denke , daß viele sowohl in d als auch amiland die aktie halten. der boden ist bei 0,007 gefunden mit ausreissern nach oben und unten( bei 0,0052 hatte ich schon panik).
die aktie von silberbildschirm steht im fokus der anleger und börsianer, das sie gut ist für den sprung auf 0,015 hat sie gezeigt letzte woche. wer clever rein und raus ist konnte nen menge kohle machen....., wenn die trding geb. nicht so teuer wären

meine meinung, sie wird montag wieder steigen und nachhaltig sich über der 0,01er marke halten

Kursrally dann leichter sturz in die 5er region, wie letzte woche, aber gestern nur eein vol von ca 3 mille, was heißt das??? Viele halten die aktie vom silberbildschirm!!!

Market Commentary: Stocks tumbled Tuesday as investors faced new concerns about inflation, interest rates and a softening consumer.

The day's decline erased all of the gains cobbled together by the Dow Jones Industrial Average during a three-day spurt last week, when it tacked on 180 points. Tuesday, it fell 184.18 points, or 1.6%, to 11094.43. For the first time since September 2004, all 30 Dow components finished in the red. The blue-chip average is down 2.4% this month, though it's still up 3.5% for the year.

The Standard & Poor's 500-stock index fell 20.29, or 1.6%, to 1259.87, and the Nasdaq Composite Index declined by 45.63, or 2.1%, to 2164.74. The Russell 2000 index of small companies fell 18.51 points, or 2.5%, to 711.04.

Stocks are getting hurt by the same worries that sent them lower earlier in the month, said Jay Suskind, director of trading at Ryan Beck. im moment habe ich noch ein paar veridium, cbay, nen paar öl werte, aber mein hauptaugenmerk liegt hier drauf, wobei ich denke die nächsten 2 wochen geht hier was und alle werden sich umschauen.....

in beobachtung ist bei mir gerade biotech: antisoma, da könnte ab 4 juni was gehen , wenn die bei ihrer krebsgeschichte aus der phase II raus sind!!! aber mal abwarten!!!

hier ist auf jeden fall potential wie bei veridium....und wir werden uns noch tod, wenn andere den kursen hinterher rennen , wie bei veri....da bin ich bei 11 rein und bei 25 raus habe meinen einsatz +50% gewinn ...der rest bleibt stehen und mal gucken!!!!

recht komisch gestern , der kurs liegt bei 0,005 unter einem vol von 918k......so klein war das vol noch nie in den letzten tagen.

was bedeutet das?
denke mal viele halten ihre aktien , weil sie der meinung sind , daß wir mit dem silbernen bildschirm nach oben schieen werden...

mein persönliche kursziel liegt bei 0,015-0,025, das werden wir erreichen im laufe der tage oder auch wochen.

gestern mal wieder nen komischer tag , unter nem vol von 2,5 mille ein kurs von 0,004, was bedeutet das???

denke der kurs wird untengehlaten, wenn man sich es anschaut, viele positionen mit 5k über den tisch, wodurch der kurs mal wieder unten gehalten wurde....

aber sie wird kommen, news sprechen dafür und die kurs linien auch, man muß nur ein bisserl geduld haben und auf die explosion warten, wenn die nadaq pläne reaL werden geht es hier schlagartig nach oben und alle investierten werden sich die hände reiben!!!

Die News sind wirklich gut - hoffen wir nur, dass das alles stimmt. Meiner Meinung nach sollte die Meldung reichen um zum letzten Höchststand (ca. 1Cent) zu klettern. Das wären so um die 120% Plus zum gestrigen Stand - keine Ahnung ob man beim derzeitigen Börsenumfeld mehr erwarten kann und darf

Capital Structure Adjustment:

Capital Structure: As part of our restructuring, the company will order the NOBO list from ADP to determine the number of shares outstanding and the number of holders of the company's shares. We feel the recent selling is not related to actual shares outstanding. Once we receive the NOBO list from ADP, and if there is a short position in our shares we intend to do a share exchange with one of our Reg. E funds to address the short position.

Our Private Equity funds that we are creating will take a position in SSSU shares and will fund our future development. The offering circular for the Reg. E Offering is being prepared by our legal counsel and the offering will commence shortly.
