TD Ameritrade Customers: We have been notified that TD Ameritrade is informing investors GOIH has not provided documents to TD Ameritrade of the name and symbol change. That is INCORRECT. NASDAQ officially notifies all brokers and market makers of all pending corporate actions prior to their taking effect.

Current Operations:

For the quarter ended on Sept. 30, 2006 the Company was in the process of restructuring its current operations. The Company felt it was in the best interest of the shareholders to diversify its business model to include strategic business units in the areas of real estate, entertainment and financial services.

The Company hired a real estate consultant to assist it in the evaluation of opportunities and to assist it in the formation of a business plan in the real estate sector. To date the Company has identified several opportunities and will upon financing, undertake to commence operations. We feel given our resources and abilities, our resources should be focused on the financing and acquisition of distressed assets. The distressed assets sectors will allow us to acquire assets and redeploy the asset with a minimum capital investment. It is our future plan to acquire distresses assets in bulk to establish economies of scale and financing opportunities.

We feel the entertainment industry offers the Company an avenue where the barriers to entry are such that the Company can enter and achieve a competitive position given its resources. We have the current ability and expertise to develop and produce small feature films and videos for a direct to the consumer distribution model. Our competitive advantage is that we own the means of production and we originate and develop our creative ideas in-house, hence we do not have the developmental costs our competitors have.

If our assumptions are wrong about any events, trends and activities, then our estimates for future growth from our business operations may also be wrong. There can be no assurance that any of our estimates as to our business growth will be achieved.

Our business operations are very cash intensive, and currently we do not have the capital resources to fund our production operations. However, our legal counsel and internal investment banking unit are exploring the process of registering an offering to raise funds to fund our projects. However, we can offer no assurances that we will raise any funds from the sale of our financial instruments. We are in development of several websites and streaming media sites that will allow us to distribute our content to a global audience. The development of the streaming websites we anticipate will increase the company's potential to generate revenue, but there are no assurances the projects will be successful.

PUBLISHING AND MEDIA DIVISION

Our wholly owned operating division Millennium Publishing is the literary content acquisition vehicle used by the company to source and to develop literary content that is adapted or developed into screenplays that the company develops into video or film projects. As of the end of the second quarter, Millennium Publishing has completed two novels, Heirs to Murder and Murder Times 2.

We feel the publishing industry offers the Company an opportunity to enter an industry where the capital outlay is minimum, but the real can be enormous. The publishing industry's financing dynamics suite our cash flow position where we can acquire the rights to a projects for a minimum up front cost and the costs resulting to the company will be the publication, marketing and distribution fees. We believe that out experience in the media production sector will give us a cost advantage in the production of marketing material that out similar situated competitor do not enjoy.

The novel Heirs to Murder has also been adapted into a feature length screenplay. Both novels will be released to the public as e-books and a limited print edition of each novel will also be released. We have also acquired the rights to two additional novels, The Set-Up and The Single Life. We anticipate that both of these novels will be released during the coming quarter. If successful in their release, these projects will provide the Company with a cash flow source that can be leveraged to finance other company projects.

Our current plans regarding Millennium Publishing is the development of a third novel, Unit 1-A, the first draft has been completed and the editing process will commence once we receive the manuscript from the writer. We intend to develop the novel Unit 1-A into a feature length screenplay and if the monetary resources permit which we estimate at $2.5 million, we will then begin production on a feature length film project of the screenplay.

We have partnered with a joint venture partner to development novels, films and other entertainment related products. Our joint venture partner assists us in the development, financing and production of our projects

We are also developing the third installment of the action adventure series tentatively title: The Root of All Evil: The Final Battle. This installment will complete a trilogy beginning with Heirs to Murder, Unit 1-A and The Root of All Evil: The Final Battle. The company anticipates it will use in its ABS financing model to fund the production of the series. Each of the novels will be released as e-books as well as limited print versions and furthermore, each developed into a feature length scripts for either direct to DVD or a limited theatrical exhibition.

PRODUCTION DIVISION

The company conducts its production operations through its wholly owned subsidiary GreenLight Productions, Inc. GreenLight Productions, Inc. acts as the primary production company on all of the company's projects as well as out sourced projects. Greenlight Productions' equipment consists of 3 Apple Computers, G-5, 2.0 Dual processor workstations all equipped with Final Cut Pro HD as well as Shake 3.5, Adobe After Effects 6.5, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Logic Pro 6.5, DVD Pro 3.0 as well as numerous other specialized production software. The G-5 HD workstation is also equipped with the AJA Kona HD card as well as the breakout module. Greenlight Productions also has the use of 2 Panasonic DVX-100A 24p production cameras both equipped with the anamorphic lens adapter for widescreen HD production. Greenlight recently acquired the use of the Lowell Super Ambi light kit to assists it in its production capabilities.

Moreover, Greenlight has recently acquired a 10'x24' green screen as well as a 15'x24' blue screen to be used in its chroma keying production capacity. In addition to the above the company has acquired for evaluation a Samsung 23" HD LCD monitor that, if acquired, will be used in a color grading suite consisting of an Apple G-5, 2.0 dual processor, using the Synthetic Aperture Color Grading Software, Keylight. We believe acquisition of the Keylight software will give the company a strategic cost advantage over it competitors because the company will be able to color grade its productions in-house and save the estimated $350 per hour post production houses charge for the equivalent service.

FINANCING OPERATIONS

The company conducts its financing operations through its wholly owned subsidiary Media Finance Corporation, ("MFC"). MFC is organized to use asset backed securities, ("ABS") as well as traditional means of financing to raise operating capital to fund the company's operations. MFC developed an off balance sheet asset backed securities, (ABS) financing model to assists in raising capital to fund the company's operations. The ABS financing model uses the intellectual property developed or acquired by the company, and projects a cash flow analysis of the revenue streams of the intellectual property and through special propose entities issues debt or equity backed by the cash flows of the intellectual property. The company is considering plans to will allow MFC to file its own registration statement and trade in the market under its own ticker.

Our restructuring activities include a financial services strategic business unit. It is our plans to develop the SBU into a multi line commercial financing operation. Our initial focus will be on establishing relationships in the commercial real estate financing sector and designing financial instruments that will enable the Company to finance it on going operations.

We are exploring ways to utilize the Georgia Investment Tax Credits for Film Productions, as well as the Federal Tax Credit for Film Production.

Results of Operations - For the Three-Month Period Ended Sept. 30, 2006.

Revenues. We generated no revenue during the quarter ended Sept 30, 2006.

Cost of revenues. We generated no revenues during the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2006. However, we incurred consulting expenses associated with the restructuring of our business operations during the period.

Gross Margin. Because we generated no revenue during the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2006, we have a negative gross margin due to the incurring of operating expenses.

Operating Expenses. Our operating expenses consist primarily of professional and consulting services expenses. We had operating expenses for the three-month period ended Sept. 30, 2006 of $80,000 compared to operating expenses of $0 during the same period in the prior year. Our operating expenses increased due to costs associated with our restructuring activities.

Net Loss. Our net loss for the three-month period ended Sept. 30, 2006 was $80,036 compared to a net loss of $0 during the same period in the prior year. The increase in our net loss was primarily due to the incurring of legal fees and consulting and professional fees.

Liquidity and Capital Resources.

At Sept. 30, 2006, we had total current tangible assets of $26,956 compared to total current assets of $26,956 for the same period ending 2005. Our intellectual property consisting of manuscripts and screenplays has not been valued as of the end of the period. Upon completion of the development phase of each project and the placing into service of each project, a value will be place on each project.

We had fixed assets of $0 at Sept. 30, 2006, compared to fixed assets of $0 at September 30, 2002. Our total tangible assets were $0.0 at Sept. 30, 2005 compared to total assets of $289, at Sept. 30, 2004.

Our total current liabilities are $0.0 as of Sept. 30, 2006 compared to total current liabilities of $0 as of Sept. 30, 2005. We had no long-term liabilities as of Sept. 30, 2006 and 2005. We have incurred no long term liabilities during the periods ending on Sept. 30, 2006.

We had a cash flow from operations of $ negative 80,036 during the three-month period ended Sept. 30, 2006 compared to a negative cash flow from operations of $0.0 during the three-month period ended Sept. 30, 2005. This negative cash flow from operations during the three-month period ended Sept. 30, 2006 is principally the result of non-cash compensation. We had $36 in cash used in investing activities during the three-month period ended Sept. 30, 2006 compared to cash used of $36 during the same period in the prior year.

We do not have existing capital resources available that are sufficient to fund our operations and capital requirements as presently planned over the next twelve months. We are actively pursuing additional funds through the issuance of debt and/or equity instruments. There can be no assurance that additional funds will become available at terms and conditions satisfactory to the Company, if at all. As discussed in Note 8 to the financial statements, the Company has suffered losses from operations, and is dependent upon management and/or shareholders to provide sufficient working capital to maintain continuity. These circumstances create substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. The financial statements do not include any adjustments that might result from the outcome of this uncertainty.

Our limited capital resources and negative cash flow from operations may make it difficult to borrow funds. The amount and nature of any borrowing by us will depend on numerous factors, including our capital requirements, potential lenders' evaluation of our ability to meet debt service on borrowing and the then prevailing conditions in the financial markets, as well as general economic conditions. To the extent that additional debt financing proves to be available, any borrowing will subject us to various risks traditionally associated with indebtedness, including the risks of interest rate fluctuations and insufficiency of cash flow to pay principal and interest.

wenn ich bei consors das neue symbol oder die isin nummer eingebe kommt keine aktie gefunden, also haben die sie auch noch nicht drin. hoffe das sie das schnell nachholen, habe auch mit denen von consors telefoniert die sagten das die stücke noch nicht angekommen sind.

allerdings braucht ihr nicht mit sprüchen wie "die sind short" kommen oder ähnliches. ich glaube nicht das die das nötig haben wegen ein paar aktien!

eher glaube ich das da goih im irrtum ist, da die auch geschrieben haben das keine neuen aktien nötig sind.

ist natürlich nur die frage wer jetzt die A-karte gezogen hat, denke mal wir - denn wenn die keine aktien liefern weil sie denken das es nicht nötig ist und unsere banken sagen es ist nötig, dann kann sich das sicher ganz schön rauszögern.

Ja, der hat recht !!! kam mir auch schon komisch vor, kurz vor einer Ausführung wird das Bid herabgesetzt und trotzdem gehts dann zu einem höheren Preis durch, dann wird das bid auf den letzten Kauf hochgezogen !!!

Only 12 trades printed below a nickel, and .046 was 5,000 shares, then a lot of volume at .05 - .051 and they drop ot to .048 again, sell some shares and drop the bid to .0455 and start to stack it there.

Coming back up now, bid is thin, ask looks strong and is getting hit at .049... then 800 go at .046 and they drop the ask to .046. Who wants to buy when they keep dropping the ask?

Cmon...that was as classic a takedown as you will ever see.

3:20PM and they put their plan in motion. Most of that bid whacking was done with back and forth 5K MM trades. They know if they start it late in the day it doesnt give any time to recover.

SP, you're right. I think that was the most blatant manipulation any traders will ever see.
The whole time this dropped into the .04's, Fidelity's L2 never moved off .067 Bid x .068 ASK.
You cannot trust L2 levels some times.
Just wish I'd had a lot more money to buy more.

gestern in Amiland wurden die Shares getauscht und die MM haben den Kurs gedrückt und billig an die Shares zu kommen

My summary of GOIH!

GOIH fell today because shareholders shares came thru on the SSSU to GOIH conversion. This is OK. Most all SSSU holders were up and took profit today. The MM's know this and ran this stock down with mirror trades to cover and/or buy less expensive shares. The company did a great job getting a PR out after trading hours basically saying the same thing. Confidence will build tonight and this stock will trade higher tomorrow IMO. I bought at .045 today and will buy more in the AM. I flipped my SSSU shares this morning and took profit. Many did the same thing. This stock will drop slightly 2 times in the future. One time will be on Monday or Tuesday when the Canadian shareholders get their new GOIH shares. The second time will be in 1 1/2 weeks when the Europeans get their GOIH shares. Then GOIH will be free to hand out dividends as they will be able to find out the true holders of GOIH shares. They will PR this and order a new NOBO list. GOIH will calculate the number of shorted shares and will collect money from the shorts thru sale of stock in which to pay us and themselves the dividend. The company will have a cash infusion a PPS will rise IMO. The key point is to hold shares for the next 2-3 weeks so you don't miss out on the Dividend. You must hold shares from the date the company decides to give a dividend. GOIH can announce the Divi date after the fact! If you buy late you miss out. Hold tight and do not let the Canadian or European sell offs scare you into selling. These sell offs will be much smaller than what we saw today. We have weathered the worst that the MM's can use to lower this stock. The company is great about giving solid support when it is needed. DO NOT PANIC or you will make someone else rich!

GOIH’s Shares Go For a Ride

An interesting name has been popping on and off the radar screens of traders the past
few days. Like a plane flying through the Bermuda Triangle, one second
its there and in play, the next its not. The volatility has caused a few to
become leery, but the liquidity has counteracted that as almost too good
to pass up for many.
The name is Global 1 Investment Holding Corporation (GOIH). Shares
have been on a roller coaster ride since Monday when the stock gained
70%. On Tuesday it lost 18%. On Wednesday it gained 7%, and on Thursday it lost 43%.
To close the week, shares gained 39%. The crazy swings in price were also accompanied
by huge amounts of volume of at least 8M shares each day.
The volatility can probably be explained, but first, a description of the company should precede. The company
is a vertically integrated company organized as a holding company and operated for the production and distribution
of music, film and video, publishing and apparel, and the management of talent, i.e., actors, actresses,
model and professional athletes.
The feature film division produces low budgeted films using aspiring actors and actresses and other creative
talents and distribute these projects through joint ventures with other distribution entities. The music division
seeks out and develops artists and producers, songwriters, and other creative talent. The distribution arm
of Global 1 will distribute those recordings and the recordings of other independent artists and labels. The
theatrical distribution division will be engaged in the foreign and domestic distribution of internal and external
produced films and videos into traditional theater settings as well as non-traditional exhibition channels.
In all the company believes that by operating through six distinct divisions, they have developed a diverse and
competitive approach to becoming competitive in the entertainment industry.
The company will also have three subsidiaries: real estate, entertainment, and financial services. The real estate
subsidiary will focus on the purchase of distressed debt investments, utilizing somewhat of the same theory
that Eddie Lampert used to become successful in his venture into the retail giant Kmart. The entertainment
subsidiary has formed a joint venture with Blue Box Entertainment, who produces the pieces, while GOIH will
act as the financier and executive producer for the majority of the projects. The company’s first feature film,
Murder by Deception, has been released and is available. The financial services subsidiary was tabbed with
the duty of handling and arranging the finances of the company. The company is in the process of raising $1M
through this division which will enable the continuation of operations and the possibility of growth.
The huge swings in valuations the stock experienced could be the press releases the company published
over the past week. With their recent name change from Silver Screen Studios Inc (SSSU) to the new name
Global1 Holding Corp (GOIH), investors become disenchanted by market makers and brokers after learning
that their shares of SSSU had not been transferred into GOIH stock. Following the announcement, shares
closed at their highest point to date.
On that day it looked as if the name was attempting to establish a base of investors at the ground floor for
an extended run, especially considering the company’s dividend announcement. The next three days, with
respect to the 7% gain on Wednesday, were disappointing to investors. Thursday’s 43% loss proved devastating
to many.
Knobias spoke with a representative of the company who had some additional information regarding the volatility.
“The volume and volatility resembled what we felt like was a market maker that had bought too high and
had to clear his book due to the percentage loss,” noted the representative, “After a few calls, we basically
verified the validity to our theory.”
In any event, with the estimate that 100,000,000 shares of the name still haven’t been delivered due to the
name change as well as naked shorts placing their bets against the company, interesting times are ahead for
the stock. With the continuation of the company’s plan of operation and the addition of experienced management
to run the divisions, this company is definitely one to watch over the coming weeks as they attempt to
become a major player in the entertainment industry.

We are pleased to announce the dividend to our shareholders of record as of November 15, 2006. The dividend is valued as follows:

Shareholders of record as of November 15, 2006 shall receive a dividend, cash and stock valued at $0.75 per share of SSSU payable as follows:

1. The dividend shall pay in cash value derived from 15% of the net income generated from Global Franchising Corp. for a period of 24 months.

2. Each share of SSSU shall receive one (1) of non-CUSIP share of Global 1 Franchising Corp. which will not trade in the market and will require a paper certificate to receive the dividend.

3. The dividend will not be paid to nominees and each shareholder to receive the dividend must be a holder of a physical certificate.

Bei mir ist auch noch kein " Umtausch " erfolgt !! Vor allen Dingen, weil es keiner ist !!!! Jedenfalls nicht die übliche Form mit Lieferung von Anteilen etc....

Angeblich hätte die Lagerstelle die Mitteilung bisher nicht erteilt, den Umtausch vorzunehmen und die Lagerstelle ist in den USA, daher soll sowas 1-2 Wochen dauern....

Ich weis nicht ob heute schon der große Kursanstieg kommt aber ich bin davon überzeugt, dass wir in den nächsten Tagen schon wesentlich höhere Kurse sehen werden! Und was in ein paar Wochen bzw. Monaten ist, möchte ich garnicht dran denken... ich glaube, hier werden wir sogar an den 1 US$ rankommen!

So sehe ich das auch! Wieso wir an den $ kommen sollen.? Also ich denke, wenn die Firma sagt, dass sie in 18 Monaten bei 0.75 $ sehen will, dann werden die auch einiges dafür tun... Und ich glaube auch, dass sie dann ihre eigenen Voraussagen noch nach oben korregieren, wenn sie sehen, dass es anfängt richtig gut zu laufen! Lass sie erstmal noch die ein oder andere Firma übernehmen und dann wird das Potenzial immer größer! Ich bleib auf jeden Fall long!

Das heist für mich in Usa gibt es Leute die nicht mehr über Amitrade handeln dürfen und diese jetz zu einem wesentlich höheren Kurs wieder rückkaufen können bzw. müssen mit hilfe der Rechtskeule wenn ich das richtig verstehe!!

hab grad nochmal mit der citibank telefoniert. die haben mir gesagt, daß bei allen geldinstituten der zeitliche umtausch der selbe ist. sie sagten in der regel, daß dies 4-6 wochen dauert!!!!

Hallo

Geht das mit dem einbuchen der Aktien automatisch oder muss ich mich bei meiner Bank(Deutsche Bank)melden ich habe immer noch die alten aktien im Depot und kann sie nicht verkaufen.

Habe nicht vor zu verkaufen aber stören tut es mich schon.
Habe irgendwie das gefühl da tut sich garnichts und ich bleibe auf meinen alten scheiss hängen.

ich denke die wollen die divi von 0,75$ sowohl als cash als auch in aktien ausschütten. steht denn die 0,75$ noch? es ist natürlich dann interessant wie hoch der prozentuale cashanteil im endeffekt dann ist.
hab grad mal eine e-mail an goih geschickt, ob das mit dem verzögerten umtausch der citibank alles so sauber ist, wie die mir das sagen.
Welche banken haben denn schon definitiv getauscht? ich will bei denen mal ein wenig druck machen. für infos bin ich euch sehr dankbar.

Zu langsam, , ich sehe du warst mit der Antwort schneller.

Bisher sind seit der Umstellung nur ca. 40-50 Mio Aktien gehandelt worden... da viele erst nach der Umstellung aufgesprungen sind, schätze ich das ca. nur 20-30 Mio Zur Deckung der FTDs besorgt worden sind... Bei dem Tempo schaffen die das nie sich 500 Mio Stück zu besorgen bis zum 25.12. !!!

Das knallt dann durch die Decke... Shortpositionen dürfen überbrigens nur 13 Tage laufen, dann muß eingedeckt werden....

Daher machen die jetzt direkte Kursmanipulationen mit 5000 Stück, die sie zwischen 2 Brokerhäusern hin- und her verkaufen um den Kurs nach unten zu bewegen.

Auf der anderen Seite hat GOIH einen Brocker engagiert um genau dagegen zu orperieren, dazu wurden 1 Mio USD zur Verfügung gestellt ( damit soll der Kursmanipulation entgegengewirkt werden, bis zum 25.12. ).

Die Shortseller ( BDs ) sitzen in der Falle !!!

Der Shortsqueeze kommt daher sehr bald !!!

Bis zum 25.12. soll auch die Anklage stehen, der Verstoß gegen die Richtlinien der SEC wird in den USA schwer bestraft, für die beteiligten BDs drohen Gefängnisstrafen bis zu 12 Jahren... Meistens flüchten solche Herrschaften allerdings in Länder mit denen kein Auslieferungsabkommen besteht... Jedoch gehen damit ihre Brokerhäuser pleite...

Aber normalerweise wird die Dividende vom Kurs am Ausgabetag abgezogen dann sind wir im Minus mit dem Kurs!

Die wird aus den 100 Mio Cash die vom Börsengang stammen, durch Einbringung werthaltiger Assets ( Immobilienbeteiligung etc. ) den Aktionären über den Bezug von entsprechenden Aktien und als Cash gutgeschrieben. Insgesamt werden die Aktionäre in 3 Stufen beteiligt. 1 Stufe heißt Aktie am 25.12.2006 besitzen = 0,25 USD pro Aktie Beteiligung an einem Immofonds und 25% Cash Dividende der Erträge daraus für 24 Monate !!!

super.will dir nochmal dank sagen.mit deiner recherche kommt jetzt richtig helles licht in die sache.hoffentlich tritt alles so ein. hab das mal bei markland gehabt. große ankündigung einer divi und still ruht der see. doch ich glaub hier ist es durch den newsflow und den fortgeschrittenen rahmen sehr wahrscheinlich.

Ationrschulze das klingt alles sehr positiv um nicht zu sagen fantastisch was du schreibst.
Aber wieso explodiert dann nicht der Kurs. Alles auf die shorties zu schieben ist mir zu einfach.

Ich denke nicht das GOIH das Patent zum Goldesel hat. Bisher war es immer so daß wen es Dividende gegeben hat ist diese vom Kurs abgezogen worden. Der Wert der Firma geht ja auch runter. Somit müsste der Kurs jetzt schon midestens bei 0,25 stehen.

Ausserdem ist die Formulierung kommisch Goih schreibt "das Recht auf 0,25" nicht wir bekommen 0,25. Das finde ich seltsam, oder verstehe das ganze Geschäftsmodell von GOIH nicht? Aber von irgendwo mauss das ganze Geld doch herkommen?


Keine Angst ich bin hier selbst investiert und werde es auch bleiben aber vielleicht sollten wir den Ball etwas flach halten um dann nicht böse aufzuwachen.

Sorry aber Du scheinst garnix zu verstehen !!!

Goih/SSSU stand 2001 bei 135 USD !!! Seit dem wurde GOIH / SSSU geshortet, durch fortwährende Ausgabe von künstlichen Aktien ca. 500 Mio Stück, diese nennt man auch FTDs ( Failure to deliver ). Doch durch den Börsengang hat das Unternehmen noch ordentlich Geld übrig behalten 100 Mio USD haben die Altaktionäre ( die Besitzer der Aktien vor dem Börsengang noch auf Ihren Konten, z.B. Vorstand etc. ) Diese Geld wird nun genommen und in Form von Beteiligungen ( E Funds ) in Goih ( nach Wechsel der CUISP Nummer sind die alten FTDs nicht mehr auf GOIH gerichtet !!! deshalb können Aktionäre bei Ihren Brokern den Umtausch fordern, diese müssen dazu GOIH kaufen, weil die SSSU FTDs ungültig geworden sind ) investiert !!!

Die Aktionäre von GOIH haben damit die Dividendenberechtigung, die Inhaber der FTDs ( alt SSSU ) nicht mehr ! Die Dividende wird in Anteilen und in Cash ausgezahlt. Die Anteile sind 2 Jahre umtauschbar in Aktien von GOIH zu einem Nennwert von 0,25 Cent und werden darüberhinaus auch selbstständig an der Londoner Stock Exchange gehandelt werden können !!!

Auf Deutsch das hier ist die Maschine zum Gelddrucken !!!

und es besteht kein Grund hier den Ball flach zu halten !!!

Denn es ist amtlich !!!

Nur die Dividenden in Form der ersten 3 EFunds schaffen einen Gegenwert ( Aktiva ) bei Goih von ca. 0,75 USD !! Und das gute daran ist das die Shortseller sich mit Ihren künstlichen Aktien daran nicht beteiligen können !!! Nun müssen aber einige Ihren Kunden noch liefern, dazu müssen sie Goih kaufen ( echte Aktien )und die gegen die FTDs austauschen, sonst fällt der Betrug der Vorjahre auf !!! Damit das billig geschieht wird nun der Kurs manipuliert ( Verkäufe von 5000 Stück beobachten !!! ). erst lesen dann schreiben

den ich damit gemeint habe macht viel Wirbel um dieses teil

und versucht damit andere zu überzeugen was für ein Spitzenteil das ist.

Warum sollte ich auf das was das Unternehmen verbreitet über amtliche Bekanntmachungen, die der Gesetzgebung der US Börsenaufsicht unterliegen, eine Garantie geben ???
