Ameritrade hat seinen Kontoinhabern der Kauf von SSSU verboten, nur der Verkauf von Anteilen ist erlaubt...

Mann schätzt die Summe der Aktien auf 5,5 Mio zusätzliche Anteile, die gekauft worden wären... als der Kurs stark anstieg...

Da Ameritrade dies aber verhinderte, nimmt man an, dass der Kursanstieg aufgrund der guten News von Ameritrade gebremst werden würde...

Also, nix short hier, nur ein Brokerhaus, dass wohl seine Gründe hat...

also ich glaube, daß der anhaltende newsflow nur positiv für uns sein kann. das management arbeitet zügig, was man an den kurz hintereinander folgenden news sehen kann. eigentlich läuft alles bestens, bis auf den blubberhansel.
also geduld zahlt sich hier bestimmt aus.

Silver Screen Studios Looks to Battle TD Ameritrade, E*Trade and Citigroup
NEW YORK, NY, (NAMC) - On Friday an announcement coming from Silver Screen Studios, Inc. (OTCBB: SSSU), which is a microcap company that trades on the OTC Bulletin Board market, was distributed stating that the company is putting together a report for the NY Attorney General Elliott Spitzer’s office for a possible class action lawsuit.


It plainly stated that the company has retained legal counsel to gather information and develpp a comprehensive report of the recent trading activity from the following brokerage firms in regards to Silver Screen Studios stock, TD Ameritrade (NASDAQ: AMTD), E*trade (NYSE: ET)and Citigroup (NYSE: C) Capital Markets.


They further added and I quote "We feel the egregious conduct of TD Ameritrade, E-Trade and Citigroup Capital Markets needs to be investigated for market collusion and manipulation of the small investor and OTCBB companies."


Now there are hundreds of companies that trade on the OTC Bulletin Board exchange and throughout the years have made claims of potential market manipulation, illegal shorting etc. But rarely have these claims been acted on by the enforcement agencies. Of course public companies that trade on the NYSE, Nasdaq or Amex would get more attention as OTCBB traded companies often are not on the high priority list.


The possible reason for this is that so many scandals have come out of the OTCBB market over the past decade or so, some of which are not widely known, but they have and will probably continue to happen. So although Silver Screen is taking steps to expose something in regards to the trading activity of their stock I wouldn't hold my breath. We are in an election year and a claim from an OTCBB stock is low man on the totem pole.


So perhaps the company will need to add value to the company to battle the public markets.

Entertainment Tax Credits:

We are preparing to produce a slate of films using the entertainment tax credit structure we have previously announced. The tax credit financing structure makes use of the Internal Revenue Code sections 189 and 199 as well as the Georgia Film Tax Credit.

Structure of Partnership:

As previously stated, an investor can write off against their federal income taxes 100% of their investment in the partnership producing the project as a deduction against passive income.

Dividend Declaration:

We are pleased to announce the dividend to our shareholders of record as of November 15, 2006. The dividend is valued as follows:

Shareholders of record as of November 15, 2006 shall receive a dividend, cash and stock valued at $0.75 per share of SSSU payable as follows:

1. The dividend shall pay in cash value derived from 15% of the net income generated from Global Franchising Corp. for a period of 24 months.

2. Each share of SSSU shall receive one (1) of non-CUSIP share of Global 1 Franchising Corp. which will not trade in the market and will require a paper certificate to receive the dividend.

Our board of directors has approved a name change to Global 1 Investments Holdings Corporation to reflect our new business model effective November 3, 2006. We will continue to trade under the symbol SSSU until a new symbol and a new CUSIP number are assigned. Our areas of focus will be entertainment, real estate and financial services.

Growth Strategies:

Our growth strategy is to grow through acquisitions and business opportunities financed by the financial services unit. The strategy is to create ten (10) Business Development Companies, Reg. E Funds. Each fund will raise $5,000,000.00 per year exempt from registration and an additional $5,000,000.00 privately for a total of $10,000,000.00 per year for investment.

Acquisitions:

WOW, das hört sich klasse an. Ein Namechange kommt immer gut an der OTCBB. Dann noch ein geplanter Wechsel an die Nasdaq, da müssen sie den kurs aber kräftig steigen lassen. Habe ich das richtig verstanden, dass der Kurs 0.05-0.10 geschätzt wird, bzw. bis auf $0.60-$1.50 steigen soll? klar viele ankündigungen, aber ganz recht geb ich dir auch net. ich bin hetzt seit fast 6 monaten hier dabei und was hier abging ist ungleublich. natürlich lebt die aktie viel von ankündigungen, aber zum beispiel die dividenden cashzahlung ist beschlossene sache zum 15. Nov.

hab das so verstanden, daß sie mehrere firmen integrieren wollen, die jede einen wert von 0,05-0,10$ besitzen und aufgrund dieses zusammenschlusses der aktienkurs auf 0,60-1,50$ ansteigen kann.
weiterhin sie an die nasdaq wechseln wenn der firmenwert bei 70mio$ liegt oder der aktienkurs bei 4,0$ steht. hab ich das richtig interpretiert oder seht ihr das anders?

We have received many questions regarding our recent announcements and will use this information release to address the questions.

Q1. Why did SSSU change its name, symbol, and cusip number?

A1. The management thought it was in the best interest of the company to verify the number of shares outstanding and the authenticity of its shareholder base. Accordingly, we ordered the NOBO list and the transfer agent's report and compared the two. We discovered there was an imbalance in the two lists.

Q2. Why did TD Ameritrade and E-Trade prevent the purchase of SSSU shares?

A2. Our legal counsel contacted TD Ameritrade on two occasions and attempted to determine the cause of their actions. Our legal counsel was told there was no one at TD Ameritrade who knew why the action was taken nor was there any person our legal counsel could address the issue with. Our legal counsel contacted more than 20 brokers and only TD Ameritrade prevents investors from purchasing our shares.

Q3. After the name change, symbol change and cusip number change, what effect will it have on the shareholders?

A3. The effect will be that a shareholder can be assured they have purchased registered shares and they are in fact owners in Global 1 shares. A shareholder will own the same number of shares of Global 1 as they owned in SSSU. These actions are not a reverse split.

Q4. What is the record date and can a shareholder still qualify for the dividend?

A4. The record date is set now for November 16, 2006. A shareholder that owns shares now and owns the shares on Nov. 16, 2006 will qualify for the dividend. A shareholder that buys shares or additional shares on or before Nov. 16, 2006 will qualify for the dividend.

Q5. Who will receive the dividend and what is the procedure to receive the dividend?

A5. All shareholders who own shares on the record date will receive the dividend regardless of how many shares they own. The procedure to receive the dividend is being worked out with our transfer agent and will be published on a new IR site, www.global1inc.com that is under construction.

Q6. Will a shareholder have to order a physical certificate to receive the dividend?

A6. That issue is being addressed and a determination will be made after the record date of Nov. 16, 2006. If a certificate has already been ordered we request that the shareholder maintain possession of the certificate until further notice from the company. If a shareholder has not ordered the certificate, do not at this time.

Q7. How will our European shareholders be addressed?

A7. Our European shareholders will receive the same dividend as all shareholders. Der Kurs kann der Grund ja nicht sein und der ist das einzige was zählt.
Dies ist eine weitere ganz üble OTC-Abzocke.

Wahrscheinlich, dass die Company vorhat jedem seine Hypothek zurückzuzahlen, dass wieder ein paar Trottel das Ding kaufen sollen.
Wenn die Meldungen, die bereits veröffentlicht worden sind stimmen würden, hätte sich das Teil längst verhundertfacht.

richtig, eine gute einstellung. die hat lange gebraucht dahin zukommen wo sie jetzt steht und deshalb kein grund jetzt überstürzt irgendwas zu tun. nächste woche ist stichtag und dann werden wir sehen was passieren wird, also immer ruhig weiteratmen .

also,an magicweasel kann ich nur sagen,warte einfach ab,nen otc scheiss ist das auch nicht.handlungsstärker war das ding schon,klar,das war zu beginn der berg- und talfahrt von sssu.und wenn du dir so nen kopf machst,geh ich entweder davon aus, das du übel teuer eingekauft hast oder mit wenig kapital spielst.bis zum wochenende hast du sicher deinen kurs,dann steig doch aus?

das kann ich dir genau sagen:

wollte den momo-play mitmachen, jedoch bin ich wohl zu spät aufmerksam geworden. habe die zeit genutzt mal intensiver die flut an news zu lesen und stelle fest,dass immer nur ankündigungen kommen, bisher noch keine handfesten sachen.

mag sein das noch was kommt, jedoch bin ich erstmal raus und beobachte von der seitenlinie und werde weiterhin die news kommentieren.

NEW YORK: Morgan Stanley Inc. was fined $500,000 (€391,359) by the New York Stock Exchange for failure to file accurate short-interest sales reports to several U.S. stock exchanges.

The Big Board said Wednesday the brokerage failed to "establish and maintain appropriate procedures" to disclose its short selling. The inaccurate reports were filed during an "unknown but significant" number of years, according to the NYSE.

The fine will be split between the NYSE, National Association of Securities Dealers, and the American Stock Exchange. The NASD is the regulatory body responsible for the Nasdaq Stock Market.

Morgan Stanley agreed to the fine, and neither admitted or denied wrongdoing. The fine was given to the New York-based financial company through NYSE Regulation Inc.

Denke zwar das nach dem Divistichtag erstmal wieder etwas runder geht aber dann sind die ersten Zahlen interresant die Sie bringen.... und ich persönlich bin zuversichtlich......


Die PR von SSSU ist auch prima...... Die melden jede Kleinigkeit und das ist ja das was ein Aktionär von einem Unternehmen in dem er Investiert ist auch erwartet.

Denke mal das alles Shorties schon gecovert haben, die sind ja auch nicht blöd und haben die Buschtrommel seit dem 10.10.06 mitverfolgt...
also deshalb wird hier nicht besonders zum Short Squeeze kommen !!!

Denke eher die Dividende macht den Kurs...

Und wer die Pläne der werthaltigen Assets richtig versteht rechnet auch mit einer künftig viel höheren MK

daher decken sich einige einfach mal ein, bei dem Preis... kann man da was falsch machen ???

A company that's building integrity week by week...
1. They're not a pinky (they actually file SEC reports!)
2. They PR'd they would reduce the AS by half (they did it!)
3. They PR'd they would change the symbol & CUSIP. (they did it!)
There's more coming that they have PR'd (Reg E's, SIP, dividends, etc.)
IMO they're likely to do those too.
I can hardly wait. The crooks who have plagued this market (and us) for years
hopefully have encountered an honest and formidable foe.
I'm sticking around because I want to be here if and when it happens.

Das einzige was mir nicht gefällt, ist das sie den Dividendentermin der ja angeblich schon feststand gestrichen haben und uns nun weiter auf die Folter spannen wollen...:

die änderung der wkn wird ab nächste woche erfolgen und du bekommst eine bestätigung zur änderung in papierform nach hause geschickt
die divis werden neu bei der nasdaq ausgehandelt,sobald es abgeschlossen wird bekommst du die eingebucht.

Also, nix großartiges bisher und die Dividende zum 16.11. wurde erstmal auf Eis gelegt, damit ist die Höhe der Dividende, wann sie nun gezahlt wird und woraus sie besteht wieder völlig offen !!!

Die entsprechenden Geschäftsmodelle sind noch garnicht vorhanden, mit den mam eine Dividende durch Umsatz-Kosten = Ertrag erzielen kann !!!

Also, tut mir leid, halte das alles für unzuverlässig mittlerweile...

Ich versuche immer ehrlich zu sein, leider haben die mir zuviel Hin und Her veranstaltet, erst wollten sie die Dividende nur ab eine bestimmten Aktienanzahl zahlen, dann sollte es nur über ein Zertifikat gehen, jetzt gibts nach Verkündung das der Stichtag am 16.11. ist, den Widerruf der Dividende !!!

Dann zum Thema Shorting !!!

Erst sollten es 100 Mio Shorts sein, jetzt wurden 20 Mio gefunden ???

In Wwirklichkeit wird auch das garnix bringen...

Und dann der Chart, niemals wurde der Ausbruch weitergeführt, der MACD hat auch am Freitag nicht geschnitten, Momentum = 0 !!!

Sorry 3 Gründe die zur ZEit dagegensprechen....

This is absolutely the best BB company I have ever been invested in. When they say they are going to do something they come through with their plans at a fast pace.
