Paypro Ink. - über einen hallben Monat schon jeden Tag 10-20 % Anstieg an jedem Tag ! - 500 Beiträge pro Seite

Anfang September stand Paypro noch bei 0,0005 USD (von
0,0001 kommend) und ist seitdem täglich mit 10-20 % Anstieg
dabei. Der Kurs hat quasi täglich neue All time Highs auf denen
er schließt um gleich am nächsten Tag wieder weiter zu steigen.

Ende September (am 21) gab es auch mal ziemlich positive News (über
den Gewinn siehe unten), eine Beschleunigung oder Abschwächung
des Aufwärtstrendes konnte ich allerdings nicht feststellen.

Frage mich immer ob es sich noch lohnt einzusteigen da der
Wert ja schon so stark gestiegen ist (vielleicht mit einem
nicht zu engem Stopkurs, falls es so weitergeht wie bisher
könnte man den ja schnell nachziehen..). Heute ist der Wert auch
erst um um gut 12 % gestiegen (Stand als ich das hier geschrieben
habe), würd sich vieleicht noch lohnen...von Watchlistgewinnen
hab ich ja nix

Denke das ich mir gleich mal einen kleinen Posten zulege,
hab jetzt lange zugeschaut, was meint Ihr ?

Bisher wenn ich das Papier in anderen Beiträgen erwähnt habe,
hat es auch scheins keinen so Recht interessiert. Da das Teil aber
bisher einfach nicht aufhört zu steigen , nichtmals einen Tag
ne wirkliche Pause einlegt, hab ich dann heute auch einen eigenen
Beitrag dafür aufgemacht und bin entsprechend noch eingestiegen.

Das mit den 10-20 % die die jeden Tag seit einiger Zeit steigt
war ja dann heute auch falsch...waren gut 30 % heute

Losgelöst von den von Dir genannten scheins sehr postiven
Fundamentaldaten, sieht die Technik doch sehr anders aus.
Das Volumen ist gemessen an Paypro auch (noch) sehr klein,
sprich das waren gestern grad mal 5,5 Mio zu 0,0008-0,0009
zu 97 Mio zu zu 0,003 - 0,004 bei Paypro, wobei ich bei
denen auch schon ohne weiteres das doppelte gesehen hab.

Nichtsdetotrotz hört sich das mit den KGV interessant an,
Danke, werd mir das "Teil" mal genauer anschauen

Wer guckt schon in ein NT10K-Filing?
Da weiss man bescheid, daß die Zahlen in den nächsten 14 Tagen kommen und nur wer mit einem positiven Ergebnis rechnet, guckt auch noch rein. Das machen aber nur (vielleicht) die wenigen Aktionäre, die investiert sind, alle anderen erfahren es erst mit den offiziellen Zahlen.

heute runter, nachdem Anfangs nochmal kurz grüne

Bin selbst wieder draußen, nach dem Anstieg gestern lag mein
Stop bei 0,0037, rausgeschafft hab ich es dann im Endeffekt
zu 0,0035. Jetzt steh ich erstmal wieder am Rand und schau
ob es "nur" ein Rückstzer war und die Geschichte schlicht
gegessen ist...schade das

REPORT!!!! Seriously, here's the deal...myself, 4Godwv, and Drugtester met with Mike Terrell for several hours today and again for several hours tonight. Here are the answers to the "question list". It's 1:38 AM here, and I'm going to post these tonight simply because I said I would! Going to bed now! Gotta get up in three hours!

1. SPECIFICALLY where are Revenues and Profits coming from?

Some profits are coming through the debit cards for payroll that we provide through Pay Pro.

Revenues come from the Microforest projects.Companies and individuals receive a tax credit for “ecology friendly” contributions. We collect a percentage of these donations as an “administrative fee” by brokering and marketing the forests.

We also own E-Biz Finance, a micro-loan company in Panama. We are the ONLY finance company licensed to do micro-loans and currency exchange on line. We do micro-loans of $100-$300 per month and have our loans repaid through payroll deduction from the employer. Loans are funded through our debit cards.

2. Does Paypro still have plans/intentions to be listed on the OTCBB? If yes…Would you be willing to share the company's plan for moving to the OTCBB?

Yes, and as quickly as possible. See question #3.


3. Audited financials for the 4th quarter would show more commitment for preparing for OTCBB listing. Any chance of this?

It will be difficult to have them for Q4 because of time. The stated goal is to have our first audited financials released for Q1 2007. We will file our first Q at that time. In order to move to the OTCBB, we need 2 years of audited financials. We will be working on getting our 2 years of audited financials by having 2005 and 2006 “back audited”. This “back audit” will begin early next year. Terrell still wants to go OTCBB “As soon as possible”.


4. Has the share buyback begun?

Only direct buybacks. Market buybacks will begin as soon as all compliance procedures are in place. Mike Terrell said that it IS possible to update us as the buyback progresses. He is considering as one possibility, doing this via the new website.

5. Could you clarify this footnote #2 in financials ? Its the implication that’s disturbing if the notes were called ....rate to be deterimed =how many shares and then be sold in market ect.
"The Company has received short term loans of operating funds. the notes are unsecured, non-interest bearing and due upon demand. The Company intends to repay the loans from the issuance of shares of it's common stock at a rate to be determined."

This was verbage that should not have been included in the financials . These “loans” are personal loans to the company by Mike Terrell, and will NOT be have shares sold to satisfy them.


6. Does the Company plan on opening up new Business Ventures in other regions of the World.

Company debit cards can be issued in 125 countries presently.

7. Is the Company looking into Merging with a larger company to get listed on a higher exchange? Reverse Merger.

No.

8. Who holds restricted stock in the Company and when will the Stock become unrestricted.?

Mike Terrell is the major shareholder.

9. What forms of financing will the Company use to expand?

Other than the sale of PDR’s… ”None, we don’t need any.” PDR’s are sold “project specific.”

10. PDR’s - What is the ratio structure? (i.e. How many shares of stock are in one receipt)? Is it the receipt that is priced at .04? When can the PDR’s be “cashed in”, and will that cause a sudden large sale of stock on the open market?
In reference to the PDRs, "never" hitting the float is a long time. I believe the last sentence quoted herein provides a clue. "A PDR can be cancelled for its underlying restricted shares at any time."

PDR holders may convert the PDRs at their option. At such time, the restricted shares would be issued as restricted stock with the restriction start date as of the date the restricted shares were issued for the PDR.
There are 10,000 shares of stock in one PDR. One of these PDR’s costs $400. (.04 per share).PDR’s are underwritten by “restricted” stock held in the
foundation. They can be “cashed in” at any time for their current value or the underlying shares. The value PDR increases as the share price increases.They can also SOLD to another party, as they are a “negotiable instrument”.


11. Does the Company have a plan to deal with and counteract the parties that are shorting the Company Stock?

Yes. Several options are being discussed. Terrell said he gets the DTC’s daily and the NOBO weekly in order to stay up to date on the shorts. He plans to aggressively fight shorting.

12. What kind of commission % are they getting. How much commission would Paypro earn on a $1 sale? 5%? 10%? At 10% commission, the principal would have to be 56 million in sales. Where is the explanation of how Paypro sells these microforests or whatever it is they are doing???

The commissions are all based on the individual “deal” See question #1.

13. Through which brokerage is the company buying back shares?

es ist ja egal was für eine divi man bekommt. im grunde genommen geht es nur darum, dass nur so allen shortern und bösen brokern das handwerk gelegt wird. bei den pinksheets ist es nämlich möglich, dass broker selbst aktien ausstellen, die keine aktien sind. der investor merkt den unterschied nicht und der reale kurs geht in den keller, da kein richtiger kauf stattgefunden hat. mit einer dividende kommen nun die schwarzen schafe unter den brokern unter zugzwang. alle selbst ausgestellten aktien sollten nun auch real gekauft werden, was den kurs von paypro sicherlich nach oben treiben wird.

also strong buy

ich tippe, dass der kurs in den 1-2 Cent Bereich steigen wird, da nun alles auf den neuen businessplan aufgebaut wird, d.h. steuerbegünstige grundstücksverkaufe in naturparks. das geschäft läuft so gut, dass im Q3 bereits über 2 Mio. US$ Gewinn erwirtschaftet wurden. Die abgeschlossenen Kooperationsverträge mit Versicherungen, ... werden auch noch ordentlich viel Gewinn bringen. Panamersa/Paypro ist mein Tipp für 2007

doch, habe mich einige tage mit dem wert auseinandergesetzt und auch mit dem CEO per mail verkehrt. am 20. Dezember ist bereits dividendenauszahlung, d.h. alle nicht real ausgestellten aktien müssen nachgekauft werden. und so eine dividende kann kein broker ausstellen, da es ja keine cash-dividende ist.

Hi habe mich gerade ein bisschen Intensiver mit diesem Wert befasst und da ist mir bei meiner Analyse (Chart / fundamental ) etwas nicht so gutes aufgefallen. KURZ:

Wer sagt eigentlich das das ding bis spätestens 15 Februar abgeht!

Schaut man sich genau die NEWS, PR an korrelieren die soagr neativ zum veröffentlichten Quartalsbericht. Echt Krass. Beim letzten ist das die sogar abgeschmiert. Es könnte sein ,dass das es das hier schon auf lange Sicht gewesen ist. "Bezweifle" das der Q4 Bericht und er Jahresabschluss einen RUN auslösen werden. Wiederum spendelte sich pypr bei ,002 ein, man hatte schon fast soetwas wie Bodenbildung. Alles deutet darauf hin, das es "bald" ein Zeichen für den Langfristigen Trend geben könnte . Auf der anderen Seite ist eine Systematik in Richtung Keller seid dem Q4 zu erkennen. Meine Meinung: Momonentan kann sich das Ding nicht entscheiden.

Ist eine rein Objektive Bewertung.

So ist es gut!

Jetzt habe wir wieder die Unterstützung getestet. Glaube nicht das es noch weiter als 16/15 geht. Leg nochmal nach wenn wir diesen halten. Falls doch dann bricht das teil richtig ein, glaube ich aber nicht, da wirklich jeder Depp die PR usw. abwartet. Mein Persönliches erstes Ziel, ist 0,0035-0,004 da der erste kein "echter" Wiederstand im klassicher Sicht ist. Außerdem ist der candlestick von Gestern sehr aufschlußreich, weswegen das hier heute für mich nur ein Test ist obs hält.

entwickelt sich so wie erwartet!

Der Candelstick ist sehr interessant, vor allem in Verbindung mit den zwei letzten Handelstagen. Zeigt, das die Unterstützung hält, aber sich ein Wiederstand bei 0,002 bildet. Heißt die Spanne ist 0,0015-0,002. Könnte vielleicht ein ausbruch über 0,002 am Monatg geben.Den er will steigen und leichte ansätze sind da. Persönlich glaub ich es nicht, solange keine PR kommt.

PS: Ich verzichte auf beweise mit charts da ich der Meinung bin das nur 0,01% diese RICHTIG interpretieren können.Meine das Zusammenspiel von Candelstickformationen, BB, RSI, GL, MACD, Stochastik und Volumen.
