Hi Eskobar69,

die alten Threads sind noch abrufbar (Beiträge älter als 1 Monat). Ich bin seit Jahren investiert, habe an den einzelnen KE teilgenommen - aber MPJ ist momentan eine echte Depotleiche.
Ich hatte vor kurzem beim Goldreport angefragt, was dort von der Aktie gehalten wird. Antwort: Vom Kursverlauf und vom Management enttäuscht, Halte- bzw. Verkaufsempfehlung.

Ich bin froh, dass zumindest der Relaunch der Homepage gelungen ist. Die Homepage war monatelang offline. Ich habe dem Unternehmen mal eine Mail geschickt und um Einschätzung der künftigen Entwicklung gebeten. Da wird möglicherweise nichts konkretes zurückkommen - aber (hoffentlich) zumindest ein Lebenszeichen ...

Also ich bin auch kein Geologe...

Aber in dem Text steht ja sinngemäß was davon, dass die Ergebnisse "teilweise ermutigend für weitere Bohrungen" sind und sie sind "optimistisch".

Denke, wenn die bisherigen Bohrungen schlecht wären, würden sie nicht weiter bohren, sondern das Projekt abbrechen.

Aber die einzelnen Angaben in den Tabellen kann ich auch nicht genau einordnen.
Vielleicht schaut ja hier mal einer vorbei, der mit diesen Ergebnissen was anfangen kann. Ob die gut, schlecht oder durchschnittlich sind. Danke.

Attached for your consideration is the announcement made to the Australian Stock Exchange yesterday and also the most recent half yearly report which we released at the end of January 07. The next quarterly report for the March quarter is due at the end of April. You will observe from these two reports that we have had some highly encouraging silver, base metals and gold results from recent work up at the Talga Peak Project. This work is ongoing and we believe we have a high quality project on our hands. Also in the half yearly report the company announced that it held net assets (cash and listed securities) of $10.7m, the company has no corporate debt. This compares to a current market capitalisation of only $9m accordingly the market has subscribed no value to the Talga Peak Project or the listed vehicle.

We believe the company has a number of valuable and highly prospective projects and investments and will be working hard to ensure that message gets across to the market.

Ich habe gerade erst begonnen mich mit diesem wert zu beschäftigen und habe einige Fragen.

1. Warum gibt es keine Board member mit eologischem Hintergrund?
- Dies halte ich bei einem Explorations-Unternehmen für sehr fragwürdig.

2. Die Hauptaktivität scheint im Investment bereich zu liegen, sehe ich das richtig?

Soweit erst mal, habe noch weitere Fragen aber leider keine Zeit…

Zu 1.
Die Frage verstehe ich ehrlich gesagt nicht ganz.
Warum ist es fragwürdig, dass es kein Board Member mit "geologischen Hintergrund" gibt?
Darf man in Explorer nur investieren, wenn man Geologie studiert hat? Hast du ein solches "Hintergrundwissen". Falls ja, kannst du uns ja weiter helfen.
Wer sagt ausserdem, dass hier kein Boardmember mit solchenm Wissen ist? Vielleicht hat er/sie bis jetzt sich nur nicht getraut zu posten?

Wie genau jetzt das Verhältnis von Investments zu eigenen Projekten ist, kann dir nur die Group selber sagen. Ich jedenfalls nicht.

Leute, ich bin auch noch dabei!
Hatte mir heute mal kurz die Zeit genommen, ob seit der Umbenennung wieder ein Thread entstanden ist und siehe da

Seit ca. 3 Mte. bewegt sich der Kurs zw. 0.006 und 0.007 AUD....wenn man den Chart der vergangenen 5 Jahre anschaut, war die Aktie zweimal schon so tief und in beiden Fällen kam danach ein heftiger Ausbruch bis auf etwas über 0.015 AUD......das lässt doch hoffen

hab natürlich auch sofort auf irgendwelche News getippt......bin dann beim Suchen auf einen Brief der Börsenausicht an MPJ gestossen, wo diverse Fragen gestellt werden, wegen des 50%-Kursanstieges unter grossem Volumen ohne News. Es wird Erklärung von MPJ verlangt.
Diese ist heute gekommen. Es gäbe keine spez. News. Der Kursanstieg sei durch den Kursanstieg von AGO, EKM und MLI, wo MPJ beteiligt ist zu erklären.
Jetzt schau dir einfach mal den Kursverlauf dieser 3 Explorer an und du weisst Bescheid

denke, das sollte drin sein, aber wie der Kurs von heute zeigt, geht das nicht so schnell....im Bereich von 0.009 AUD ist doch ein grosser Widerstand, aber der wird sicher überwunden, wenn die Beteiligungsgesellschaften ihre starken Kursanstiege halten können!

heute scheint in Ausstralien ein neuer Anstieg eingeleitet worden zu sein. Tippe mal, dass es jetzt reicht, um die 0.009 AUD nachhaltig zu überwinden, alle Faktoren sprechen dafür: Beteiligungsaktien und der Goldpreis sind am Steigen!

na, was hab ich gesagt, die 0.009 AUD sind heute wieder erreicht. Das erfolgreiche PP hat offensichtlich zusätzlich (zu den steigenden Kursen bei den Beteiligungen) beflügelt!
die nächsten Tage werden ziemlich spannend, Kurse in der Spanne von 0.012 bis 0.015 AUD würden mich jedenfalls nicht überraschen!
auch der rege Handel im Optionsschein zeigt, dass Interesse am Titel besteht

Sehr erfreulich, dass unter grossem Volumen die 1-cent-Marke gekratzt wurde!
Wenn das so weitergeht, sollten nächste Woche Kurse über 1 cent drin sein, der Goldpreis wird vermutlich weiter anziehen und dementsprechend Unterstützung bieten.

aufgrund dieses positiven Berichtes sollten wir nächste Woche die 1-cent-Marke überwinden!
wenn man das Aufgeld der Vergangenheit zum inneren Wert nimmt, sollte ein Kurs von 1.7 cent drin sein

Du sagst es. Und dass Bryan Frost das ganz genau so sieht, belegt sein Schlusswort:

Geht es heute weiter? Ich denke schon. Weil so ein Umsatz und so eine Steigerung von 50% gibt es in Australien selten. Und das ohne News. Denke da hören wir diese Woche noch einiges.

Diese News liefert eine Teilerklärung für den Anstieg der letzten Tage. Offenbar geht der Markt mit der Veröffentlichung davon aus, dass diese Käufe vorbei sind und dementsprechend ist der Kurs heute wieder zurückgefallen:

ich vermute mal, wenn das allg. Börsenklima wieder besser ist, wird die Aktie kräftig anziehen!

Das Kapital soll sich ja verdoppelt haben vom 12.2006 bis zum 12.2007.

Zum anderen denke ich persönlich auch, dass diese Aktie noch explodieren wird, da das MK immer weiter ansteigt.

News kommen glaube ich am 14.04.2008.

heute könnte der Anfang sein!!!.....
schau mal das Volumen in Australien an und es gab seit langem wieder einmal Kurse über 0.006!!!

die letzten Monate mussten wir ja schon darben, aber es scheint, dass ein guter QB vor der Tür steht, kann ja kein Zufall sein, dass die Aktie genau heute aus dem Dornröschenschlaf gefunden hat!!!

Also ich habe seit ungefähr 07.2007 diese Aktien und warte und warte, aber ich fand es auch schade das hier nichts passiert in Thread :-)
aber nun meldet ihr euch ja auch :-)

was mich dazu gebracht hatte entlich wieder auf MPJ zu zählen ist die Atlas Iron Aktie A0DNWE schaut bitte mal alle nach!!! die gehört nämlich zu MPJ und ich freue mich schon jetzt.

Also ich behalte auch meine Aktien, da ich auch denke das MPJ nur steigen kann und da sie in den letzen Jahren immer ungefähr den gleichen Wert hatten (Ausnahmen gab es auch dort, aber im ganzen finde ich die Aktie sehr beständig.
Obwohl ich hätte schon gern meine Haus bestellt (Spaß), aber ich habe ja Zeit und Ihr sicherlich auch.

Zu meinem Beitrag ich hatte mich vertan bzw. verschrieben (Sorry).
Wenn die Aktie auf 0,0092 Cent geschätzt wird ist das gar nicht mal so wenig, aber man siehe den Anteil an Atlas Iron mit 1.625.000 Aktien. Diese Aktie ist in der letzen Woche um ca +38.51% (zurzeit Berlin 1.97€) gestiegen, zudem wurde diesem Unternehmen ein Kursziel von 62,75€ abgegeben.

Zudem ist mir gerade aufgefallen das der Kurs vom 31.03.2007 angegeben ist (2,12 AU$,)derzeit ist dieser Kurs auch schon auf 3,37 AU$.

1625000 * 3,37 = 5.476.250 AUD

Angenommener Kurs 20 EUR
1625000 * 20 € = 32.500.000 EUR

bei den utopischen Kurs von 62 EUR
1625000 * 62 € =100.750.000 EUR

Das MK würde sich enorm steigern und somit auch der Kurs der Aktie.

Doch ich muss sagen ich glaube an die MPJ noch und lasse mich nicht abbringen.

Ich habe meine Bezugsrechte voll ausgeschöpft ... Durchschnittskurs senken ... und natürlich hoffen, dass dem Unternehmen und der Aktie das Potenzial des Vervielfachers eingehaucht wird. Ich habe die Hoffnung auch nach Jahren noch nicht aufgegeben

Bezüglich dem Umtausch der bestehenden Optionsscheine in neue Scheine mit Laufzeit bis 2014 bin ich überrascht, dass das Unternehmen nur auf den Auslauf der alten Scheine aufmerksam gemacht hat mit dem Hinweis, dass ein Ausüben beim derzeitgen Aktienpreis bekanntlich keinen Sinn macht.

Xplor was acquired in exchange for 246,628,140 shares in MPJ at a price of 0.2 cents per share or the equivalent of approximately $500,000. Subsequent to the acquisition the Company disposed of the Egerton project to Exterra Resources Limited (“Exterra”) for a cash payment of $40,000, 2,500,000 Exterra shares and 1,750,000 Exterra options and 2% net smelter royalty to maximum value of $500,000.

Under the agreement Minotaur is required to spend a minimum amount of $200,000 on exploration on the prospects and may then acquire Xplor for a $35,000 cash non-refundable option fee, $115,000 cash payment, $75,000 in shares in Minotaur and a 2% net smelter royalty capped at $1.3 million. Raptor has secured a number of granted prospecting rights strategically located in key regions of South Africa which MPJ considers have potential to host significant gold, uranium and molybdenum mineralisation. The exploration program for Raptor has now been approved by the board, which will initially consist of an airborne geophysical survey to identify the most prospective near surface uranium anomalies. The Company is reviewing quotes from a number of contractors with regards to the suitability, availability and costs of fixed wing aircraft versus helicopter borne surveys within the Karoo Basin areas, some of which contain mountainous terrain. Subject to availability, it is anticipated that this survey will be completed in January 2011 and the interpreted data available shortly thereafter for analysis.

The Company is looking forward to now being able to progress these uranium targets around Beaufort West, within the Karoo Basin. The Raptor uranium prospects have been strategically selected based on the potential indicated by exploration completed on the adjacent properties to host significant uranium mineralisation. Several significant uranium exploration and development operations are being established in the Karoo Basin and MPJ believes its Raptor prospects could be located within the next uranium hotspot.

Appendix 5B Mining Exploration Entity Quarterly Report Mining Projects Group Limited Quarterly Report for the 3 Months st Ended 31 Dec 2010 Highlights • • • Independent review to help prioritise Uranium exploration in the Karoo Basin is expected to be completed in late Jan/ early Feb Low Level airborne geophysical survey now confirmed for mid-Feb after consultation with local landowners NTA as at 31 Dec 2010 was approximately $6.77 million Review of Operations Raptor Minerals Pty Ltd (“Raptor”) Preliminary exploration undertaken by the Company in assessing the various prospects within the Karoo Basin tenements held by Raptor is well advanced. An independent geological consultant was engaged to complete a desktop review of each prospect and an airborne geophysical survey was commissioned. The study will be used to help prioritise the uranium prospects, while the geophysical survey is a non-invasive exploration tool to assist in generating uranium targets.

Any anomalies will be subject to field validation by systematic sampling and geological mapping prior to delineation by exploration drilling. The geological report is in the final stages of completion and is expected to be presented to the Company early in the first quarter of 2011. An aerial geophysical survey contractor has been engaged who has indicated, subject to any unforeseen delays, the survey will start in mid February now that the required l landowner permissions have been attained..

The survey will be a low level (25-30m flight height) on 100m closely spaced flight lines using helicopter borne geophysical instrumentation and is designed to maximise the potential to map surface uranium anomalies. The survey should be completed within 2 weeks of the start date and initial raw data will be available shortly after with further processing and interpretation to be completed by the end of the first quarter, 2011. The Company is looking forward to now being able to progress these uranium targets around Beaufort West, within the Karoo Basin.

At the start of the period the consolidated entity held a 6.25% non-controlling interest in the Casey
Gardens Developments Joint Venture which was diluted to a 5.71% non-controlling interest by a
further round of capital raising that was completed in September 2010. Subsequently on 24
September 2010 the joint venture participants entered into an agreement to sell a 30% interest in
the joint venture to an external investor which resulted in further dilution to a 3.99% noncontrolling
interest for the consolidated entity.

Exterra Sale Agreement
Mining Projects Group Limited (‘MPJ’) (ASX: MPJ) entered into a sale agreement of its Egerton Gold
Project to Exterra Resources Limited (‘Exterra’), the conclusion of which was subject to the listing of
Exterra on the Australian Securities Exchange (“ASX”). MPJ is pleased to announce that Exterra
successfully listed on the ASX (25th May 2011) and the transfer of ownership is under way. The basic
terms of this sale agreement has resulted in MPJ receiving a total of :
• $60,000 cash,
• 2.5M fully paid ordinary 20 cents shares,
• 2.1M options exercisable at 20 cents on or before the 30 September 2013, and
• MPJ has a 2% net smelter royalty on all gold produced from the mining leases capped at
$500,000.
The shares and 1.6M options are to be held in escrow for 12 months and the Company wishes
Exterra success in its endeavours to convert its exploration potential into gold production.
Raptor Minerals Pty Ltd - South Africa
Raptor Minerals Pty Ltd (Raptor), a wholly owned subsidiary of MPJ, is focused on gold and uranium
in the Free State and the Karoo Basin areas of South Africa. Raptor recently completed a low level
geophysical survey over its uranium prospects in the Karoo, with the data reviewed by an
independent consultancy in Perth. The reprocessing of this data is now complete with interpretation
to be finalised in the coming weeks. The unfortunate delays associated with the whole process of
data capture, reprocessing and interpretation is a reflection of the difficulties in securing the services
of consultants in the current buoyant market.
Once the interpretation has been received any areas of interest will be confirmed by on the ground
exploration to confirm the presence, form and distribution of potential uranium anomalies.
As a result of a geological review, the unfavourable interpreted structural position and depth to
potential gold mineralisation (>700m below surface) within the 2 gold prospecting licences on farms
Wintershoek 128 and Nieuwe Moed 534 in Ventersburg and farm Boschkop 227 portions 1 to 7 in
Theunissen - Free State, MPJ has decided to surrender these prospects.
Victorian Gold Projects
On the 17 September 2010 MPJ entered into an Exploration Option agreement with ASX listed
Minotaur Exploration Limited (‘Minotaur) (ASX:MEP) to explore the Mt Tarrengower Gold Project at
Maldon, Victoria and the Golden Mountain Gold Project at Bonnie Doon, Victoria. This agreement
expired on the 30th of June 2011 and Minotaur has elected not to take up the option to purchase
Xplor Pty Ltd (‘Xplor’), a wholly owned subsidiary of MPJ and owner exploration licence EL4533 (Mt
Tarrengower) and mining licence MIN4683 (Golden Mountain).
MPJ will now review the results of the exploration completed by Minotaur to make an assessment of
how to best add value for MPJ shareholders and evaluate the potential for alternate exploration
partners as an option.

Review of Operations
Raptor Minerals Pty Ltd (“Raptor”)
Raptor, a wholly owned subsidiary of MPJ, completed its low level geophysical survey over its
uranium prospects in the Karoo Basin, South Africa in May, and this data was then sent for further
processing and interpretation to an independent geophysical consultant. The low level airborne
radiometric survey only measures the radiation within the first few centimetres of the surface and
is used as a tool to indicate uranium values at surface.
The interpretation of the radiometric data showed a generally subdued contrast which reflects
the extensive sedimentary cover and limited surface expression of the targeted lithologies, which
have historically hosted the uranium mineralisation in this region. However two (2) of the five (5)
areas tested showed minor uranium anomalies (greater than >5ppm mean equivalent uranium
values (eU)) compared to the background values, whilst the remaining three (3) areas exhibited
only subtle anomalism.
These weakly anomalous uranium areas will be reviewed and verified by field inspection,
correlation with landform and geology and where appropriate, additional close spaced
measurements using a handheld spectrometer to validate and define the anomalous target areas.
Xplor Limited (“Xplor”)
On the 17 September 2010 MPJ entered into an Exploration Option agreement with ASX listed
Minotaur Exploration Limited (‘Minotaur) (ASX:MEP) to explore the Mt Tarrengower Gold Project
at Maldon, Victoria and the Golden Mountain Gold Project at Bonnie Doon, Victoria. This
agreement expired on the 30th of June 2011 and Minotaur has elected not to take up the option

to purchase Xplor Pty Ltd (‘Xplor’), a wholly owned subsidiary of MPJ and owner exploration
licence EL4533 (MtTarrengower) and mining licence MIN4683 (Golden Mountain).
MPJ will now review the results of the exploration completed by Minotaur to make an assessment
of how to best add value for MPJ shareholders and evaluate the potential for alternate
exploration partners as an option.
Exterra Resources Limited (“Exterra”)
MPJ entered into a sale agreement of its Egerton Gold Project to Exterra Resources Limited
(‘Exterra’). Exterra successfully listed on the ASX on 25th May 2011 allowing transfer of ownership
to take place. The basic terms of this sale agreement has resulted in MPJ receiving;
• $60,000 cash;
• 2.5M fully paid ordinary 20 cents shares;
• 2.1M options exercisable at 20 cents on or before the 30 September 2013; and
• MPJ has a 2% net smelter royalty on all gold produced from the mining leases capped at
• $500,000.
The shares and 1.6M options are to be held in escrow for 12 months.
Further Opportunities
The Company is continuing to review and assess various new mining opportunities in conjunction
with MPJ’s other existing activities.
Corporate
As at 30 June 2011 the net tangible asset position of the Company equated to approximately
$3.73m.
MPJ holds no debt or leveraged investment positions.

Core Investments
West Wits Mining Limited (ASX : WWI)
West Wits Mining Limited (“West Wits”) during the quarter completed successful due diligence at
the Derewo River Gold Project (“Derewo”), located in Papua Province, Indonesia, thus allowing it
to proceed to the execution of a definitive agreement.
This acquisition provides entry into a promising high grade placer gold project based on evidence
from existing artisanal operations, but the real opportunity and focus of this project is in the
exploration upside of uncovering the source of this placer setting. The Derewo River Gold project
is located approximately 110km north west of Freeport’s Grasberg complex in the central
highlands of New Guinea, Indonesia.
West Wits raised $3.5m through a placement and SPP with institutional and high net worth clients
of BGF Equities. The majority of funds raised (circa $2m) are to be applied to the Derewo River
Gold Project with a further $1.2m to be applied in further drilling of the Emerald project in South
Africa.
West Wits will develop a hydraulic gold mining project at Derewo by introducing modern
mechanised production methods. These activities are expected to enhance knowledge of the
regional geology and assist with targeting the primary hard rock source of the gold nuggets. CSA
Global Pty Ltd who independently reviewed Derewo reported; “based on the high gold grades and
the mineralization observed at Area 81, this is a truly outstanding exploration prospect. Gold
occurrences like this are extremely rare and this area deserves to be thoroughly explored for a
hardrock gold deposit as a source for the alluvials.”….. “the coarse nature of the gold and the
mineralization in the clasts suggests that the source is fairly local.”
This project area exhibits favourable geology with significant gold deposits nearby, including
Wabu and Grasberg. The exploration target is a Porgera Zone 7 and Wafi/Gobu type deposit.
West Wits believes that Derewo River exhibits many similarities consistent with the early stages
of several large gold projects on the PNG side of New Guinea. Whilst many well known discoveries
have been made on the PNG side of the border relatively few have been made on the Indonesian
side until recently for a variety of historical reasons; including political environment and physical
isolation. Derewo River provides a promising setting for the pursuit of a well known pattern for
development of placer style deposits established over several decades in PNG but not yet
undertaken on the Indonesian side.
With an already strong and developing resource base in South Africa and a promising new
exploration project in Papua, West Wits is poised to provide its shareholders with a stable value
proposition coupled with the potential upside of an exciting Papua exploration story.
MPJ currently holds 9.013m WWI shares.
Watermark Global PLC (AIM : WET)
Watermark Global Plc (“Watermark”) through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Western Utilities
Corporation (Pty) Ltd (“WUC”) made some progress on its Acid Mine Drainage project in
Johannesburg, South Africa.

In February 2011, the Department of Water Affairs, through an Iinter-Ministerial Committee,
appointed the Tans-Caledon Tunnel Association (TCTA), a quasi state organization to implement
critical infrastructure with specific reference to bulk water supply, as its implementation agent.
TCTA’s role is to implement a short term solution to prevent AMD from causing further damage to
the environment. WUC has signed an agreement with the Trans-Caledon Tunnel Association
(“TCTA”) whereby TCTA will purchase selective information in stages, from WUC’s Definitive
Feasibility Study (“DFS”). The information purchased in the first stage will assist TCTA’s due
diligence review on possible technical solutions to clean up AMD for which WUC will be paid an
amount of approximately £120,000. Additional fees will be charged in future for the provision of
further aspects of the DFS.
Importantly, TCTA’s acquisition of this information does not prevent WUC from participating in
the operation and maintenance of the short, medium and long term AMD clean-up projects. WUC
is positioned favourably with regard to future contract awards and WUC intends to participate in
any formal tender process. All the information that was developed within the DFS relating to the
long-term solution will remain the property of WUC which it believes will be used in the context
of the longer-term solutions.
MPJ holds 28.12 million WET shares.

Tja,ich werde als neutraler Beobachter mal antworten,ich beobachte das Ding schon seit der letzten KE gelegentlich,die Zahlen,die hier kommen sind nicht so pralle,habe sowas nicht zum erstenmal erlebt,aber damals haben die Aussis diese Minensteuer wieder abgeschafft zur Konjunkturbelebung,villeicht brauchts sowas in der Art,oder eben den Glauben daran.Wenn es hier richtig billig wird,wächst villeicht auch bei mir der Glaube aber derzeit...
