Jan. 31, 2008 - Shares of Universal Detection Technology (OTC BB: UDTT) soared on Thursday, as the company announced that it reached an agreement with Kadinuo Science and Technology Company in Beijing to market and distribute UDTT's products in China. Kadinuo Science and Technology has been active in the introduction and promotion of advanced radiation instruments in the Chinese market for over 10 years. Presently, the company is a strong regional supplier of emergency nuclear monitors, environmental radiation monitors, decontamination technologies, and the like. UDTT's BSM-2000 and other bioterrorism and radiation detection technologies are anticipated to be a great match for Kadinuo's present products and services. Kadinuo has established relationships with more than 200 customers in China, including government administrators such as the Chinese State Environmental Protection Administration, Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of China, and the Public Security Bureau. Jan. 31, 2008 -- Raytheon Company (NYSE: RTN) reported fourth quarter 2007 income from continuing operations of $634 million or $1.45 per diluted share compared to $344 million or $0.76 per diluted share in the fourth quarter 2006. Fourth quarter 2007 income from continuing operations was higher primarily due to operational improvements, combined with lower net interest and pension expense as well as tax-related benefits of $214 million or $0.49 per diluted share. "2007 was a very successful year for the Company; we grew sales 8% in 2007 while increasing operating income by 20%," said William H. Swanson, Raytheon Chairman and CEO. Jan. 31, 2008 -- Lt. Col. James "Flipper" Kromberg of the U.S. Air Force became the first military service pilot to evaluate the F-35 Lightning II, taking the aircraft through a series of maneuvers Wednesday on its 26th flight. Kromberg took off from Lockheed Martin's (NYSE: LMT) Fort Worth plant at 11:54 a.m. CST, flew the plane to 6,000 feet and checked handling qualities at 15-degrees angle of attack. He then climbed to 10,000 and 12,000 feet assessing the up-and-away flight-control response. Kromberg also tested the F-35's engine performance and formation-flying characteristics.

Merenge und splitti haben wenigstens Plan.
Durch Splitt bin ich auch in Cyberlux geblieben auch wo es fast gen 0 ging.Am Ende bin ich mit fettem Plus raus.

Mit swvc und cyberlux hätt ich mich zur Ruhe setzten können.
Swvc rechtzeitigen Ausstieg verpasst und bei cyber zu früh rein.
Am Ende überall mit plus raus aber was wäre wenn.

Hallo,
mit einem Tagesschluss auf der 0,0015 besteht die Gefahr das, falls wir Montag wieder runter gehen, wir an der 100MA abprallen und es so beim nächsten Versuch noch schwieriger wird diese zu überwinden.
Wenns Montag aber gleich wieder höher geht ist es kein Problem.

Das könnte der Grund für unseren Absturz bis auf 0,0005 gewesen sein. Um die Shares richtig günstig zu bekommen. Das dumme ist dabei nur das wir wohl bei rund 800 Mio Shares angelangt, falls die 670 bei OTCBB.COM vorher korrekt waren.

Die jetzige Marktkapitalisierung des Unternehmens liegt bei gerade 1 Mio. USD.
Und stellt euch mal vor, was passiert, wenn es wirklich eine Bakterien-Anschlag in USA geben würde, dann würde der Einsatz solcher Sensoren unabdingbar. Meiner Meinung nach ist die Aktie jetzt schon mehr als 0,01 USD Wert.

Der Wert ist zurzeit ein "Schnäppchen", in Anbetracht des Potentials.

Die Fakten sind wichtiger. Der CEO hat ja nicht umsonst 100 Mio. UDTT-Aktien Anfang letzten Jahres gekauft. Der wusste schon damals von dem Potenzial. Also schön abwarten, der Ausbruch ist im vollen Gange, ansonsten hätten wir nicht solche hohen Umsätze.

Hallo,

das Problem ist nur das immer wieder neue Aktien dazukommen. Siehe Form 8K vom 01.02.08 und das fast nie genaue Zahlen genannt werden. Das verunsichert die Anleger (wie im übrigen auch mich) natürlich.
Was jetzt mal wichtig wäre, wäre eine Erfolgsmeldung im Verkauf über neue (Asien) und alte (USA) Vertriebswege mit genauen Angaben zu Stückzahl und Preis. Ich denke das viele von den bisher gemeldeten Verkäufen nur "Testkäufe" zu Sonderkonditionen waren (nur meine Meinung). Also sollten von den schon vorhanden Partnern noch einige nachkaufen wenn die Produkte das halten was sie versprechen.
Bin weiterhin voll investiert, werde aber nicht nachkaufen wenn keine o.g. News kommt.
Ich halte es momentan eher wahrscheinlich das wir nochmal in Richtung 0,001$ zurücklaufen und dann an der MA50 wieder nach oben drehen, RSI momentan überkauft, deutet also eher auf Verkäufe hin.
Alles unter der Annahme das keine weltbewegenden News von UDTT kommen. (Da diese Chance aber immer besteht traue ich mich auch nicht zu verkaufen um nochmal tiefer einsteigen zu können )

Die ganzen Sprücheklopfer tummeln sich übrigens derzeit bei IVOT herum. Der Zug heir bei UDTT ist erstmal abgefahren. Jetzt versucht man(n) IVOT schün zu reden. Bin in diesem Wert schon seit zwei Jahren investiert und da passiert genau so viel wie hier- nämlich nichts. Ausser das dort nicht jeden Tag soviel Müll vermeldet wird wie hier. Morgen allerseits,

bist du eigentlich auch investiert? Das Bid auf der 1 mit 11MMs sieht ja noch ganz gut aus. Darum rechne ich, wie gestern geschrieben, das wir nochmal hoch gehen. Überlege aber mittlerweile dann wenigstens mit der Hälfte auszusteigen.

Keine Frage die Firma hätte das Potential mit den Produkten, aber die erneute Aktienausgabe und die News ohne Zahlen haben einen faden Beigeschmack. Was meint ihr wie es heute weiter geht, der Newspolitik der letzten Tage und Wochen folgend rechne ich diese Woche noch mit weiteren News, nur ob die was aussagen und für den Markt bringen kann ich nicht einschätzen.

Bin seit über einem Jahr hier investiert. Bei den ganzen News die schon vom Unternehmen gekommen sind könnte man ein Buch locker voll bekommen und das würde nicht durch meinen Briefkastenschlitz passen. Und der ist nicht eng......

Aber ausschließlich Meldungen wie "...haben Partner gefunden..." "....Kids verkauft...." u.s.w.

Nie wurden Zahlen und Fakten geschrieben. Was hilft es wenn ich 1000 Stk. verkaufe und ein so ein Teil kostet 1o $ !!!!

Bei OTC werden erfolgt in der Regel im laufe des Jahres mal ein Zock nach oben. Auch hier bei UDTT ist das schon dann und wann passiert ( weil es nette Helfer gibt dieleider alle aktuell nicht mehr hier sind ).Bei der nächsten Aktion bin ich raus.

habe das schon so oft erlebt an der OTC.

Es muss eine gute Meldung dazu kommen, dann geht es hoch, sonst geht unter 0,001.

Seht euch doch mal die Entwicklung dieser Werte an : IVOT, FFGO, UDTT, etc. Da kann man zwischendurch schnell Geld verdienen. Einziger Auftrag : Schnell wieder raus wenn die ganzen Sprücheklopfer kommen "... Chart sieht gut aus...", "....M50 nach oben gerissen...", "...da stehen super News an..." bla,bla,bla....

Bei den Sätzen : " ... es stehen gute Nachrichten an die heute oder morgen kommen ..." ganz schnell raus !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kein Anleger hier kann bei OTC-Werten solche News vorhersagen

naja dann hoffe ich für dich das du nicht zu sehr in den Miesen bist, ich bin durch günstige Nachkäufe noch recht gut dabei.

Ich kann mich in den letzten Monaten auch nur an eine News erinnern wo mal eine Zahl zum Verkauf gemeldet wurde, alles andere war unkonkret. Trotz allem halte ich eine Meldung wie die Zusammenarbeit mit Kadinuo als wertvoller wie die voran gegangenen Meldungen über die Verkäufe, aber hier natürlich auch nur wenn wir bald etwas mehr darüber hören wie die Konditionen für UDTT sind und Erfolgsmeldungen von dort bekommen.

ich weiss das OTC Aktien wohl nicht gut nach Charttechnik zu bewerten sind, trotz allen denke ich das diese und das Orderbuch Anhaltspunkte über die Entwicklung geben können.
Wenn News kommen ist das natürlich wieder was ganz anderes.

Ich meinte nicht dich damit. das war eine grundsätzliche Aussage. Und zu der Aussage von Clickto : Richtig, nach unten kann nicht mehr viel passieren. Und mehr als ein Taschengeld sollte man nicht investieren.

Aber nach einem kleinen R-Splitt sieht die Sache ganz anders aus. Habe ich schon 3x miterlebt ( GWGO, IVOT, TEXG). Danach war selbst das Taschengeld weg.

klar rs splitt ist schlecht , kann aber auch posetiv verlaufen , ( allerdings sehr selten , ist ja auch hier nicht angesagt , bis jetzt ) und wie gesagt etwas taschengeld investieren und abwarten ,hier bekommste im euroland für 100 euro 100000 aktien gut ami ist noch billiger aber macht letztendlich einige zehntel aus, ist im augenblick nicht der rede wert, bin eigentlich optimistisch das es hier was werden kann , und bei den ängsten die im moment von verschieden staaten hervorgerufen werden, kann diese erkennung eine abwehrmöglichkeit zu bieten an bedeutung gewinnen . mal sehen was wird

stimmt, das "Umfeld" ist gut für eine Firma wie UDTT. Trotzdem verstehe ich nicht wieso in 3 bis 4 Monaten grade mal eine News gab in der drin stand wieviel durch den Verkauf verdient wurde, bis zum Quartalsbericht ist es wohl auch noch etwas hin, wird wahrscheinlich wieder Ende März Anfang April gleich einen Jahresbericht geben.

das verstehe ich auch nicht , aber trotzdem jeder kunde für udtt ist eine gute sache denn es kommt letztendlich auf die kunden an ,und wenn die mit dem produkt zufrieden sind wird sich das herumsprechen in den verschieden bereichen ,und dann kommen die bestellungen von ganz alleine , einfach abwarten was weiter passiert.

noch irgend jemand hier ?? Also die 0,001 hat gehalten und zum Schluss noch ein paar Käufe auf der 0,0012. Also charttechnisch hält die MA50 und darum rechne ich wieder mit einem neuen Anlauf auf die MA100, bei überschreiten per SK dann richtung MA200.
Aber wie schon vor ein paar Tagen geschrieben ist Charttechnik bei solchen Subpennystocks nicht die perfekte Handelsmethode.

Ist wieder ruhig geworden hier, scheint als ob UDTT seine 300 Mio Aktien unters Volk gebracht hat und jetzt erstmal wieder abwartet. Ich bin zu den von mir gewünschten Preis nicht rausgekommen, also warte ich auf den nächsten Hype (denke der wird früher oder später kommen) und bin dann aber definitiv auch raus hier, die vorgehensweise der Firma gefällt mir nicht auch wenn ich denke das die Produkte Potential haben.

Police in Las Vegas said a man is in critical condition after being found unconscious in a motel room with a powder suspected of being the poison ricin.

Police have cordoned off the area and isolated the room where the substance was found and three motel employees and another person were quarantined and decontaminated at the site, then taken to hospitals for further testing, authorities said. Three police officers who had been exposed were also taken to hospitals. However, the man believed to be living in the room with the toxin is in critical condition.

Ricin is a toxin that can be made from the waste left over from processing castor beans. It is one of the most toxic and easily produced plant toxins. If injected, as little as 500 micrograms of ricin could be enough to kill an adult; some animal research indicates that similar amounts could be lethal, if inhaled. Ricin has been used in the past as a bioterrorist weapon and remains a serious threat.

"The Las Vegas incident is of serious concern as ricin is one of the most toxic substances known to man. A small amount of ricin, the size the head of a pin is enough to kill a man," said Mr. Amir Ettehadieh, UDTT's Director of Research and Development. If injected, as little as 500 micrograms of ricin could be enough to kill an adult; some animal research indicates that similar amounts could be lethal, if inhaled. Universal Detection Technology Receives First Purchase Order for Bioterrorism Detection Devices From China
Kits Provide Detection of Anthrax, Ricin, and Other Toxins

The purchase order has been placed by Kadinuo Science and Technology in Beijing. Kadinuo Science and Technology has been active in introduction and promotion of advanced radiation instruments in the Chinese market for over 10 years. Presently, the company is a strong regional supplier of emergency nuclear monitors, environmental radiation monitors, decontamination technologies, and the like.

SEC setzt 26 Unternehmen vom Handel aus um „Corporate Hijacking“ zu bekämpfen

Die amerikanische Börsenaufsicht SEC (U.S. Securities and Exchange Comission) hat am gestrigen Donnerstag, 13.03.08, 26 Unternehmen vom Handel ihrer Wertpapiere an den entsprechenden Börsenplätzen suspendiert. Die Suspendierung ist der erste Schritt eines Aktionsplans, der erst vor kurzem ins Leben gerufenen „Microcap Fraud Working Group“ – einer SEC-Arbeitsgruppe, die sich der Bekämpfung und Aufdeckung von Betrugsfällen im Microcap-Bereich widmet.

Die 26 betroffenen Unternehmen stehen unter dem Verdacht, die Identität von inaktiven oder ruhenden, aber nach wie vor börsennotierten Unternehmen an sich gerissen zu haben. Ein solcher Vorgang wird von der SEC als „Corporate Hijacking“ (dt. „körperschaftliche Zweckentfremdung“), bezeichnet , wobei der Begriff „hijacking“ (dt. „Entführung“) deutlich den kriminellen Aspekt untersteicht.

Offiziell werden als Grund Unklarheiten und offene Fragen bezüglich des Status als „publicly-traded companies“ angeführt. Die Suspendierung wird als Beginn einer Kampagne betrachtet, die „non-exchange traded“ Unternehmen – also die nicht börsengelisteten sondern lediglich notierten Pennystocks aus dem OTC-Markt – einer verstärkten Kontrolle und Prüfung unterziehen will.

Unter den 26 aufgeführten Unternehmen sind mit Paramount Gold (US69924P1021), Mvive (US62847A1043) und JSX Energy (US46629L1070) auch drei in deutschen Pennystock-Kreisen wohlbekannte Werte zu finden, die im letzten Jahr oder in den letzten Wochen verstärkt von einschlägigen Promotion-Agenturen beworben wurden.

Bereits im März letzten Jahres wurden im Rahmen einer Anti-Spam-Kampagne 35 Microcaps für 3 Wochen vom Handel ausgesetzt.

Laut Linda Chatman Thomsen, Direktorin der “SEC-Division of Enforcement”, ist das corporate hijacking ein “immer stärker aufkommendes Problem“, dem sich die „Division of Enforcement“ gezielt widmen soll. Die aktuellen Trading Suspensions werden von ihr als „Warnzeichen an den Markt“ verstanden und als Fingerzeig was passieren kann, wenn nicht mehr in einem geregelten Geschäftsbetrieb stehende Shell-Companies akquiriert werden, nur um schnellstmöglichst eine Börsennotierung zu erhalten. Alle 26 betroffenen Unternehmen sollen nun einer weiteren und in die Tiefe gehenden Untersuchung unterzogen werden.

Hauptsächlicher Ansatzpunkt dieser Untersuchung wird sein, die Tatsache zu erhellen, dass einige wenige Personen alle 26 Unternehmen untereinander vernetzt haben, indem sie im Hintergrund den selben Namen benutzten und so den Eindruck erweckten, es handle sich um inaktive aber notierte Unternehmen. Den nicht näher genannten Personen wird vorgeworfen, CUSIP-Nummern und Ticker-Symbole der inaktiven Firmen auf die neu inkorporierten Unternehmen übertragen zu haben. Danach wurden anscheinend anstelle der alten CUSIPs und Ticker-Symbole neue angefordert. So konnte der irreführende Eindruck erweckt werden, als handle es sich um ein ordnungsgemäß eingesetztes Board of Directors und Management., bzw. um ein ursprüngliches und rechtmässig notiertes Aktienunternehmen.
Die Handelssperren wurden von der SEC vorläufig einmal auf 10 Handelstage festgesetzt und sollen bis 27.März andauern. Demnach wäre eine Aufnahme des Handels frühestens am Freitag, 28.März 2008 möglich.

Sollten sich jedoch die von der SEC formulierten Verdachtsmomente erhärten, könnte sich der Trading Halt auch durchaus auf unbestimmte Zeit verlängern.

Das Beispiel BHUB (The Bighub) vom April 2007 dürfte hier wohl auch bei der SEC noch im Hinterkopf präsent sein. Der Fall BHUB war der erste massiv publik gewordene Fall von corporate hijacking. Über Jahre hinweg bedienten sich Betrüger des Namens einer inaktiven Shell-Firmierung, eben der BHUB-Aktienhülle, um illegal nichtauthorisierte Aktien in Umlauf zu bringen und sich an deren Abverkauf zu bereichern. Die Folge: die über dieses Treiben nicht informierten Transfer Agenten schleusten die Phantom-Aktien in den Markt ein, wo sie von Market Makern weiterverkauft wurden. Aus einem ursprünglichen 50 Millionen Float wurden über die Jahre mehrere hundert Millionen Aktien. Mit Aufdeckung der Ungereimtheiten wurde auch die im Hintergrund aufgelaufene Shortposition plötzlich offensichtlich: die jahrelang verkauften Shares, die eigentlich gar nicht existierten, führten dann tatsächlich zu einem immensen Shortsqueeze – BHUB stieg von $0,0001 auf bis zu $0,0070 in der Spitze – bevor die SEC dem chaotischen Treiben ein Ende setzte und eine Handelssperre für die Aktie verhängte. Diese Handelssperre ist noch heute existent! Ob BHUB überhaupt jemals wieder zum Handel zugelassen wird, ist fraglich.

Mit BHUB wurde die SEC zweifellos für derartige Machenschaften im Hintergrund sensibilisiert – nicht zuletzt um einer Wiederholung des damals entstandenen finanziellen Schadens vorzubeugen, wurde jetzt diese „Task Force“ der SEC ins Leben gerufen. Es bleibt abzuwarten, inwieweit in den aktuellen Fällen die Indizien zu Fakten verdichtet werden können. Den Schaden hat wieder einmal derjenige, der in den betroffenen Fällen den Handel mit Microcaps als Langfristinvestment verstanden hat

Ich glaube da wird nur Inhaltloses gepusht......die Bude hat hier 0 Umsatz bzw. 10$ , wenn die mal einen ihrer Schlüsselanhänger mit PH Streifen verkaufen. Dem scma sollte ein Ende gemacht werden.

über CYBL wurde auch gesagt, dass die nichts taugt( es war Mitte 2007) da stand die Aktie bei 0,0002 schaue wo die jetzt steht.

Ich rede vom Taschengeld Invest, wenn nichts wird, tut auch nicht weh, wie bei swvc, wo man liest, dass die leute bis 25 Tausend EUR Verlust haben...

Universal Detection Technology Invited to Present Its BSM-2000 Anthrax Detection System to the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Homeland Security

oh, bei swvc bin ich raus mit blauem Auge

aber inzwischen habe ich auch gelernt, 20% Gewinn oder Verlust und raus aus der Aktie.

Bis jetzt klappt es, muss noch etwas üben, aber für eine Hausfrau ist OKbin seit Ende 2005 in OTC Werten.

UDTT hat mit diesen Aktien eigene Schulden beglichen und diese Aktien sind schon auf dem Markt,denke ich mir...

Also es heißt, dass UDTT jetzt mehr als 1b Aktien hat, das ist nicht gut.

Einziege Hoffnung,die ich noch habe, dass von Chinesen ein Auftrag kommt wegen Olympischen Spielen.

das heisst mit anderen Wörten die Aktien waren nicht auf dem Markt geschmissen,sondern der jeniger, der die Aktie erworben hat( zum Preis 0,0004...und 0,0002...) hat die dann später verkauft, daher haben wir die ganze Zeit (bis gestern) nur diese grünen Balken auf dem Chartbild beobachtet.
das ist meine Erklärung für den Hergang, kann mich natürlch auch irren, würde gerne besseres gelehrt.

na, alle schöne ostern gehabt,
waren ja schöne umsätze die letzten 3 tage um die 150 millionen .
die news scheinen auch nicht schlecht zu sein ,sonst wären die ümsätze nicht so stark gewesen ,( schade das diese umsätze den kurs nicht höher gebracht haben ) das sie soviele aktien haben ging ja aus vorrigen news hervor bzw man konnte sie errechnen ,
mal sehen was der china auftrag bringt, und was die messe am 2 april für aufträge bringen ,
bin mal gespannt ob es noch was wird oder alles weg ist , warte weiter auf zahlen ,
nja ,hopp oder top bleibt weiterhin offen ,

Wo hast du die Info her das der Bericht fehlt?
Oder habe ich was überlesen?
Also bei der OTC List of OTCBB Filing Delinquent ist
die Bude noch nicht aufgelistet worden!!
Das wundert mich da es eine Tagesaktuelle Liste ist.

Das selbe Spiel ist bei CNES diese Woche passiert.
Bericht nachgereicht und wieder handelbar unter altem Kürzel.

Sollte UDTT es allerdings versäumen fliegen sie aus der OTC Liste raus in eine andere Liste. Dort haben sie weniger Vorschriften uns Anleger und den Behörden gegenüber usw.
Also keine Panik, das wird nachgereicht und gut.
Es ist verschlampt worden, aber wenn man mal die News sieht was die alles vorbereiten müssen....

ähh, ich habe das mit dem Wort Panik garnicht so gemeint!

Ich habe es vor einer Woche erlebt bei CNES.
Da gingen gleich wilde Spekulationen los das unser
