Mr. Isaac Nussen, President and CEO of United Ventures Group, stated, "We are extremely pleased to be re-listed on the OTC Bulletin Board. We continue to forge ahead with strategic objectives which include acquisitions and joint ventures that work synergistically with our expectation of the expansion of our business through e-commerce and Internet marketing."

zwar schon länger den Kurs nicht mehr an (bin kein Masochist) aber ich kenne einige Leute die in diesen "Wert" inverstiert sind.

TOKIO (dpa-AFX) - Die japanische Internetholding Softbank will mit dem amerikanischen Online-Diamantenhändler Odimo.com eine Gemeinschaftsunternehmen für den Schmuckversand im Internet gründen. Das Unternehmen soll im September gegründet und im November den Betrieb aufnehmen, teilten die Firmen gemeinsam am Mittwoch mit. Softbank wird den Angaben zufolge 60% an dem Joint-Venture halten. Odimo.com halte den Rest. Das neue Unternehmen soll Diamanten-Accessoires und Uhren anbieten./cs/kg
