Zwei neue Produkte sind in der Testphase 2 und 3. Wir stufen das KZ auf 2,5? ein, und immer in kleinen Orders verkaufen, sonst stürzt der Markt komplett ein!!

Also ich hab die Aktie auch schon einige Zeit in meinem Depot liegen und bin fest davon übertzeugt, dass sie bald ganz schön wieer steigen wird.

Auch sehe ich nichts, was dagegen sprechen könnte.

Die Leute haben einfach ein bisschen Schiss vor Biotech, da es in den letzten Wochen ja so rasant bergab ging. Das ändert aber nichts an den hervorragenden Zukunftsperspektiven dieser Aktie. Ebenso wie BIONUTRICS, die auch günstig zu haben ist und bereits bei 8,90 € dieses Jahr war.

SALT LAKE CITY, Aug 15, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Biomune Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq SmallCap: BIME) and Donlar
Corporation announced today that they have entered into definitive agreements that would result in the combination of the two
corporations. The final transaction is subject to completion of due diligence and shareholder approval and compliance with
regulatory matters. Completion of the transaction is expected to occur during the fourth quarter of 2000.

Under the terms of a Stock Purchase Agreement entered into on August 7, 2000, Donlar Corporation ("Donlar") acquired
approximately 19% of Biomune Systems, Inc. ("Biomune") common stock for a purchase price of $1,100,000. On August 8, 2000,
the corporations entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement for the sale of substantially all of the assets of Donlar to Biomune in
exchange for shares of Biomune convertible preferred stock. When the transactions close, Donlar will own approximately 95%
voting control of Biomune. It is anticipated that the resulting company will be re-named Donlar Corporation. Pending the name
change, the company`s stock will continue to trade on the Nasdaq SmallCap under the symbol BIME.
