Further to AdultShop.com Limited`s announcement on 24 April 2001 in
relation to the proposed acquisition of an online adult entertainment
company, we advise that the transaction involves the acquisition of
100% of the share capital of Today`s Success Pty Ltd.

Today`s Success Pty Ltd commenced operations in late 1998 and the
year ended 30 June 2000 represents its first full year of operation.
The historical results of Today`s Success Pty Ltd set out below are
unaudited and subject to due diligence by AdultShop.

basis that significant new business (by way of internet traffic) has
been very recently acquired and vended into the existing business of
Today`s Success and that normal operating conditions will otherwise
continue to prevail.

AdultShop.com expands adult reach

April 26, 2001

AdultShop.com (ASC) advised late Tuesday that it had agreed to
acquire a company operating in the on-line adult entertainment
business. The announcement comes after the shares were
suspended from trading on Tuesday afternoon.

AdultShop.com company secretary, Mr K Lee, said the unnamed
target company has been: “operating in the on-line adult
entertainment business for more than 2 years…[with] 27,000 active
paying members subscribing to online entertainment. The vendors
have advised that, due to the recent expansion initiatives, the
company is in a growth phase and the company`s turnover and
earnings are expected to increase steadily.”

The acquisition will cost Adultshop.com $12 million, payable by the
issue of 61,111,111 of ordinary shares at 18c per share plus $1
million cash payable in four equal monthly installment.

Upon settling of terms and conditions of the acquisition,
AdultShop.com hopes that a binding agreement will be executed
within the next week.

“Completion of the acquisition will be subject to due diligence by
AdultShop.com Limited and the Company obtaining all regulatory
approvals, including shareholder approval for the acquisition,” Mr Lee
said.

AdultShop.com were steady at 20c.

Hallo zusammen!

Zunächst mal bleibt festzuhalten, daß das heutige Announcement als Ergänzung zur Bekanntmachung vom 24.4. zu sehen ist. Die heutige Bekanntmachung kam in Australien nach Börsenschluß des Donnerstags. Folglich kann am Donnerstag auch in Deutschland kein Handel stattfinden. Von der Ankündigung einer weiteren Handels-Aussetzung konnte ich nichts entdecken (vielleicht hab ich ja was überlesen). Frühestens könnte also der Handel in Australien erst am Freitag wieder aufgenommen werden, was natürlich bedeutet, daß auch in Deutschland frühestens ab morgen wieder gehandelt werden kann!
