11:39 New World CyberBase`s (0276) oCEN proposes to be dual-listed on GEM and Nasdaq
(Infocast News) As quoted from HK Economic Journal, the market source pointed that oCEN, an Internet telecom company, plans to be listed on GEM and Nasdaq simultaneously. oCEN plans to launch IPO in April. New World CyberBase (0276) will hold 15% stakes in that company.

oCEN`s turnover surged 36% in 99 compared with 98, transmission capacity up 56%. For the time being, the turnover exceeds USD 1 million every month, the liquidity will meet break even in end-00.

New World CyberBase: Internet Joint Venture
Wie die South China Morning Post mitteilt, wird New World CyberBase zusammen mit anderen Unternehmen eine Holding gründen, die vor allem in Unternehmen investiert, die sich mit Internet Sicherheitsdienstleistungen beschäftigen.

Das Joint Venture von New World CyberBase, Acer, HSBC, American International Group und VergiSign wird über 100 Mio. US-Dollar sofort verfügen können. Das Joint Venture mit Namen Hitrust.com soll Ende des Jahres eine Kapitalisierung von 150 Mio. US-Dollar haben. Die Holding wird zunächst auf dem Finanz- dann auch im Bereich des Online-Shopping tätig sein. Die Absicht besteht, das Unternehmen an der Nasdaq zu listen.

Die Aktie von New World CyberBase notiert bei 0,10 Euro mit einem Plus von über 11 Prozent.
