Providential Holdings to Acquire a Major Steel Company in China

FOUNTAIN VALLEY, CA, Jun. 03, 2004 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Providential Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB: PRVH); (Berlin Stock Exchange: PR7, WKN 935160); (www.phiglobal.com) today announced that it has reached a memorandum of understanding to acquire and restructure Hefei Iron & Steel Group Company, Ltd, Hefei, Anhui Province, China.

Hefei Iron & Steel Group founded in 1958 and reorganized in 1998 with a registered capital of $140,000,000. In 2003, its revenue was $257,000,000 and gross profit of $36,125,000. From Jan 1, 2004 - Apr 30, 2004, its revenue was $105,000,000 and gross profit was $11,375,000. Its current steel making capacity is 1,400,000 metric tons per year. Providential intends to lead a consortium to invest into HISG to upgrade its equipment and boost its capacity to 2,000,000 metric tons per year.

According to the memorandum, both parties have agreed on ten major guidelines leading to a definitive agreement for the transaction, subject to further due diligence review, the approval of shareholders and the board of directors of both companies and appropriate regulatory agencies.

Überall kommen die Basher aus ihren Höhlen gekrochen, hier und auch in den amerikanischen boards. Wobei es sich vielfach um identische Personen handelt.

Und? Sie machen eine Menge Wind, hauen drauf und sprechen und schreiben PRVH in Grund und Boden.

Irgendwie doch interessant. Vielleicht glauben die Basher, dass es heute einfach nötig ist, um die Stimmung im Keller zu halten.

Ich warte mal ab, aber bei Annahme eine Kontraindikators müsste man jetzt kaufen.

Erstmal abwarten, was Henry in dem angekündigten Interview so von sich gibt.

Ich denke, dass das Interview erst kommende Woche veröffentlicht wird.

Aber ist das hier nicht zum lachen??? Jetzt werden die statements der basher auch noch zunehmend aggressiver.

#11 "die Basher", un die Grünen, die Schwarzen & Wei(s)ßen, Guten un Schlechten / ich glaube nicht, dass sich in letzter Zeit irgendwas zum Schlechten bei prvh - boards gestaltet hat; mit Sicherheit ist das "Gekreische" nicht halb so laut - und schon gar nicht neu - wie zu Anfängen des prvh-hype.
Aber die sentimentale Konzeption für eine blütenweisse Huldigung & mit jungfräulicherer Affektiertheit ist gleichgeblieben. :-) Diese beiden Extreme lassen ( ließen ) sich auf beiden Seiten finden. Wie überall in stocktown
