Hallo allerseits, ich bin normalerweise nur im adultshop.com Board tätig, bin aber auch mit einer kleinen Summe in adelong investiert und habe folgende Fakten mit offenen Fragen:

Also folgende Analyse:

Um ca. 11:00 wird bekanntgegeben, daß der Kurs ausgesetz werden soll.
Nun bin ich der Meinung, daß der Markt sehr wohl auf diese Meldung reagiert hat und viele Anleger ausgestiegen sind (siehe höheres Vol. von 2,5 Mio. Aktien).
Nun die Frage, warum dann der Kurs nicht konsolidiert. Hier gibt es doch nur die Möglichkeit, daß sich sofort ein Käufer findet, der zu den hohen Kursen noch einsteigt. Hierzu aber die wesentlichste Frage:
Wer kauft eine Aktie, die ausgesetz wird und in den letzten 3 Wochen um 450 % gestiegen ist.

Habt ihr schon mal überlegt, daß jemand die Firma verdeckt übernehmen möcht, oder zumindest die Aktienmehrheit haben möchte. Auch die rd. 1,4 Mio Aktien der Vorstände für die sich ja auch relativ schnell ein Käufer gefunden hat, sprechen irgenwie dafür.

Mir kann jedenfalls keine erzählen, daß es so viele Anleger gibt, die ein derartiges Risiko eingehen würden und es normalerweise zu keiner Konolidierung des Kurses kommen würde.

das ist ein interessanter Gedanke, daran habe ich auch schon gedacht, denn trotz der Verkäufe kam es zu keiner Konsolidierung des Kurses, was bei den 1.4 Mio Aktien seltsam wäre.
Vielleicht ist der Vorstand clafer und gibt lieber seine eigen Akiten ab, damit der kusr nicht im Null komma nichts uaf 3 E steht und alle wieder aussteigen,
Ich wünsche mir , daß es so ist, denn wenn nicht wird es übel mt Adelong...
