After the filing of a Report on Form 8-K, the Company became the successor reporting entity. The corporate relationships are the result of transactions in 1999 and 2000, through which the Company became the reporting, trading, development stage Nevada corporation with shares publicly traded on the NASDAQ Bulletin Board Exchange."
