hat sich schon jemand gedanken über einen möglichen preis gemacht? 28 euro ist ja das untere limit. trius selbst erwartet einen umsatz von rund 1,7 mio. euro, was bei 2,73 mio. aktien rund 62 cent umsatz je aktie entspricht. demnach wären 28 euro eine umsatzmultiple von rund 45.
die angabe zum umsatz geht von einer steigerung von 30% gegenüber dem vorjahr aus. unterstelle ich hier ein wachstum von 50%, was wohl in der software-branche durchaus möglich erscheint, so ergäbe sich ein umsatz von rund 2 mio. euro oder rund 73 cent. bei der umsatzmultiplen von 45 ergäbe das einen kurs von 32,85, bei 50 von 36,50.
imho sollte daher ein zeichnungsgebot in der größenordnung 33 bis 35 euro, je nach risikoeinstellung, durchaus gerechtfertigt sein. ob das reicht, bleibt abzuwarten.

Die Zahlen stimmen mit meinen überein. Ich habe mit 34 Euro gezeichnet. Angebote über 36 Euro halte ich für so hoch, vor allem mit Hinblick auf die doch sehr starken Konkurrenten.
