(OTC Bulletin Board: GMXX; Frankfurt and Berlin: GX1) today announced an amended contractual agreement with Molecular Medicine BioServices, Inc. of San Diego, California for the production of its clinical vector for delivery of the TAP genes (Transporters Associated with Antigen Processing) used in GeneMax`s lead product, an immunotherapy aimed to treat a wide variety of carcinomas that include lung cancers, liver cancers, kidney cancers, head and neck cancers, breast cancers, melanomas, prostate cancers, colorectal cancers, and cervical cancers. The new production contract incorporates the use of a proprietary adenovirus-based vectoral technology from Crucell, which was licensed and announced by GeneMax in August 2003.

The new contract is based on production of sufficient vaccine to conduct the balance of pre-clinical work as well as Phase I/IIa clinical trials. The contract defines that the product is to be tested by an independent laboratory. Toxicology tests are planned on the product before filing the IND (Investigational New Drug application). Management expects that Phase I/IIa Clinical trials can begin in Q2 of next year subject to adequate funding. Based on GeneMax`s internal development program, projects within the new contract include:


-- Vector Construction and Cloning,
-- Production of an Adenoviral Master Viral Bank,
-- Pilot Production under cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practice standards
as set forth by US FDA regulation US 21 CFR Parts 210 and 211 for pilot
scale facilities and 21 CFR Part 600 applicable to biologics) and,
-- cGMP Clinical Vector Production Lot.

Based on cancer incidence data collected for the year 2000 from a Lyon, IARCPress document of 2001, the Company`s TAP cancer technology, if successful, may form a relevant immunotherapy for 60%-70% of all new incidences of cancer in the US, Japan, and the four major European markets. The competitive advantages include: efficacy against secondary cancerous growths elsewhere in the body, no restrictions on the patient`s HLA type, no restrictions regarding the genetics of the tumors, and non-toxicity to normal cells. Ich krieg die Broschüre heute aus der Schweiz! Bin schon gespannt! Hat dich auch ein gewisser Gantner aus der Schweiz angerufen und dir Genemax um 1$ bei 1 Jahr _Haltefrist angeboten?
Ziemlich ungewöhnliche Methode! Denke mal Genemax braucht dringend neues Kapital. Sehr gefährlich!
Ansonsten echt interessant. Auch der Langfristchart riecht nach Ausbruch!?

ich sehe das ähnlich wie der broker:

vielen biotech-firmen geht zum ende ihrer forschungen das geld aus....da macht genemax keine ausnahme.
nun denn, immerhin ist die erfolgversprechende tap-technologie nunmehr in der klinischen phase und die versuche verlaufen erfolgversprechend.
wenn die wirkung des medikaments auch nur annähernd so ist, wie dargestellt, wird genemax einen riesigen markt erobern.

wer zeitnah investiert, könnte viel freude mit der aktie haben.

die werbung sehe ich auch z.t. kritisch, andererseits ein gutes zeichen, dass die pr-abteilung von denen auf draht ist.
soweit ich weiß, ist der herausgeber von invest america auch stark mit aktien an genemax beteiligt.
zu ia fehlen mir aber infos...

Crucell and GeneMax Enter PER.C6(TM) License Agreement In Gene Delivery Field to Advance Clinical Trial

BLAINE, Wash., Aug. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Dutch biotechnology company Crucell N.V. (Euronext, Nasdaq: CRXL) and US-based GeneMax Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: GMXX; Frankfurt: GX1) today announced that they have entered a license agreement for Crucell`s PER.C6(TM) cell line technology.

Under the terms of the agreement, GeneMax will use Crucell`s PER.C6(TM) technology for research in the field of adenovirus-based gene delivery. GeneMax has also obtained an option for a non-exclusive commercial license to use PER.C6(TM) cells to manufacture and sell products in the field of gene delivery. Crucell will receive upfront and annual payments for the research license. If the research license is converted into a commercial license, Crucell will receive additional annual payments and royalties on future sales of PER.C6(TM)-derived products. Further financial details were not disclosed.

Um einen wesentlichen Faktor klarzustellen- der Impfstoff wird voraussichtlich ende 2004 klinisch getestet und nicht jetzt!
Heute in Amerika ganz schön angezogen!
Zu meinem Telefonat heute mit Stephen Gantner von Int. Market Trend AG (Invest America).Genemax hat 5 Mio. Shares zum Stückpreis von 1.00$ bei einer Haltefrist von einem Jahr aufgelegt. Der Verleger von Invest America verkauft diese im Auftrag von Genemax in Europa.
Zum heutigen Kurs wäre das ein 30% günstigerer Einstieg.
Fazit:WER VON GENEMAX ÜBERZEUGT IST UND DIESE AKTIE ALS SPEKULATIVES LANGFRISTINVEST SIEHT SOLLTE ZUSCHLAGEN!
Wer Interresse hat sollte noch unbedingt am Montag anrufen (Wegen der Zeichnungsfrist!)
Die Haltefrist sollte kein Problem darstellen da bis zur Phase 1 der klinischen Tests genug Cash vorhanden ist und dies ja noch mindestens 1 Jahr dauern wird.
Als bestes Argument für Genemax steht zweifelsohne die multiple Anwendung von TAP. Über 30 Produkte zur Krebsbekämpfung erwarten momentan die FDA-Zulassung und über 130 stehen in Phase 3 aber kein einziges kann bei erfolgreicher Zulassung gegen alle Arten von Krebs angewandt werden und somit von einem momentenem Marktpotential von 10 Mrd. € weltweit bei einem prognostiziertem Wachstum von jährlich 11% die nächsten 10 Jahre. Nächste Woche Ist eine Kapitalerhöhung abgeschlossen bei der 5 Mio. Shares zu 1.00$ Privat plaziert wurden.
Bis auf 10 % sind alle weg!
Das heißt GENEMAX hat wieder 5 Mio. $ in der Kasse. Und das dürfte bis nächstes Jahr zu den klinischen Tests reichen!

Was mich nachdenklich stimmt ist, dass die Firma das Blatt Invest america selbst herausgegeben hat und dafür 500.000 Dollar hingeblättert hat. Schaut in dem Blatt mal in das kleingedruckte am Ende.

OTCBB ist halt sehr spekulativ,das kann hier ganz schnell nach unten gehen.

Schön anzusehen ist immer wieder der kurze Kursanstieg nachdem das Blatt unter die leute gebracht wurde.

(OTC Bulletin Board: GMXX; Frankfurt und Berlin: GX1) hat heute angekündigt, dass sein Vertragshersteller mit der Konstruktion des GeneMax Gen-Vektors begonnen hat, welcher TAP (Träger, die mit der Herstellung von Antigenen verbunden sind) für den Einsatz in seiner patentierten Immunotherapie bei der Krebsbehandlung enthält. Der "Vektor" ist ein gentechnologisch hergestelltes "freundliches", nicht-replizierendes Virus, welches das TAP-Gen Anzeige

ohne Nebenwirkungen für den Patienten in die Tumorzellen bringt. Der Vektor ist für die klinische Anwendung bestimmt und beinhaltet die Anwendung einer proprietären, modernen, auf dem Adenovirus basierenden Technologie, die von GeneMax im August 2003 lizensiert und angekündigt wurde.

In der ersten Phase des Projekts, in der der Vektor produziert wird und das im Januar 2004 abgeschlossen sein soll, wird GeneMax eine Anzahl von qualitätsgeprüften Klon-Proben zur Untersuchung erhalten.
