Staccato`s Inc. is a "Gold Exploration and Development" company, working in Arizona with an expanding portfolio of properties, including in northern British Columbia.
Staccato`s was founded in 1997 by previous management in the food franchise business. The business failed to achieve the projected growth and quietly folded.
Current Management took over in late 2002, cleaned up the structure and old debt with a goal of pursuing new opportunities.
On February 9, 2004 Staccato`s made a decisive “change of business direction ” and announced that that it had entered into a Joint Venture with Alliance Mining of Kamloops, BC, to explore and develop a grouping of gold properties, situated in Arizona`s historically rich gold producing area, Yavapai County, USA.
The Company has a structure of 8.8 million shares as of April, 2004. Fully diluted with warrants and options equals 11 million.
"Staccato`s Inc.- SCA.H", is temporarily trading on the TSX Venture`s NEX board, pending further spending to total $ 50,000 of exploration work to be done on the property, whereby it is set to resume it`s listing on tier 2 of the TSX Venture.
Management has a very strong Communication mandate, with regular bi-weekly newsletter updates . Management`s intention is to work very hard in getting the Company`s story distributed with contacts and efforts into Europe, US and Asia.
The Company has a defined time frame and budget for the next 9 months of work program, set to commence in May 2004.
Along with the highly motivated exploration/ development mandate of the Arizona properties, the Company is also assembling properties in other areas including British Columbia.
Managements goal is to become a “producing” mining company with a diverse portfolio by the end of 2004.
