(GBSV) (Frankfurt:GID or WKN 812 616), an aggregator of industrial minerals and mineral resources is pleased to announce the appointments of the following individuals to the Company`s Board of Directors: Mr. Mark Clarke, an experienced contractor, from Vancouver, British Columbia, effective December 22, 2004; Mr. Salvador Rivero, an international financial and legal consultant with business interests in Germany and Mexico and Mr. John Richardson, a Vancouver businessman, effective December 23, 2004.

The addition of the above Directors will greatly enhance the Company`s future growth and assist present management of the Company as it continues to develop its business plan.

VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 17,2005--Global Industrial Services, Inc. (OTC:GBSV) (Frankfurt: GID orWKN 812 616), an aggregator of industrial minerals and mineralresources, is pleased to announce that at the Board meeting held inVancouver on January 05,2005, the Directors approved the acquisitionof an option to purchase the White Channel quartz pebble property inBritish Columbia.
The property is located approximately two kilometers west of thetown of Horsefly. The Claim consists of 20 units or 500 hectares andis located in the Cariboo Mining Division. The main product derivedfrom the property will be coarse grained, rounded and frosted whitequartz pebbles. The plan is to develop the White Channel property intoan industrial mineral source for white decorative aggregate.
In addition to the quartz pebble, finer matrix found between thepebbles has a high percentage of micaceous material mixed with theclays. Additional work will have to be done to determine thesignificance of this material but it could also hold a high commercialvalue if captured during processing. Assays from the property indicatethat a significant amount of gold mixed with the matrix may beencountered during the washing process.

The Claims are located in the Bissett area of Manitoba, roughly160 kms northeast of Winnipeg and are situated immediately south ofRice Lake and the village of Bissett along the southeast corner ofLittle Rice (Red Rice) Lake. The claim group consists of threecontiguous mining claims comprising a total area of 20 hectares. Theproperty was drilled in the 1950´s and 1970´s with very significantresults. A number of surface showings were trenched and sampled byseveral parties over the years, again with significant results. Vancouver, BC ? 22. Februar, 2005. Global Industrial Services, Inc. (GBSV
; Frankfurt/Berlin: GID1 oder WKN 779726), ein führender Verarbeiter
industrieller Mineralien und Mineralvorkommen ist erfreut, bekannt zu
geben, dass im Rahmen einer Vorstandssitzung am 5. Januar in Vancouver, die
Direktoren zugestimmt haben, eine Option auf den Kauf des White Channel
Quartz Kieselgeländes in British Columbia zu erwerben.

Das Gelände befindet sich etwa zwei Kilometer westlich des Ortes Horsefly.
Das Abbaugebiet besteht aus 20 Einheiten oder einer Größe von 500 Hektar
und befindet sich in der Cariboo Mining Division. Das Hauptprodukt, das auf
dem Gelände abgebaut wird werden rohe, grobkörnige, gerundete und mattierte
weisse Quartzkiesel sein. Der Plan ist, dass White Channel Gelände zu einer
Ressource industrieller, weisser, dekorative Mineralien zu entwickeln.

In Ergänzung zu den Quartzkieseln wurde eine feine Schicht zwischen den
Kieseln gefunden, die einen hohen Prozentsatz von speziellem Material
beinhaltet, dass mit dem vorhandenen Lehm vermischt ist. Es müssen
zusätzliche Arbeiten durchgeführt werden, um die Bedeutung des Materials zu
entscheiden, aber es könnte einen hohen kommerziellen Wert haben, wenn man
es während des Abbausprozesses erhält. Proben des Geländes zeigen, dass man
einer signifikanten Menge Gold, die mit der Schicht vermischt ist, während
des Auswaschungsprozesses begegnet.
