Chow Yun-Fat ist mit an Bord

Hong Kong-Kinostar Chow Yun-Fat wird im dritten, noch namenlosen " Fluch der Karibik" -Film eine Hauptrolle übernehmen. Er spielt den berüchtigten Piratenkapitän Sao Feng. Für Yun-Fat ist dies die erste englischsprachige Rolle seit " Bulletproof Monk" (2003).
Die Hauptdarsteller aus dem ersten Teil, Johnny Depp (" Charlie und die Schokoladenfabrik" , Foto links), Orlando Bloom (" Königreich der Himmel" ) und Keira Knightley sind auch bei der zweiten Fortsetzung mit dabei. Weitere Neuzugänge für Teil 3 sind noch nicht bekannt.
" Pirates" 2 und 3 werden parallel gedreht. Seit 10. Juni ist Drehpause, Mitte August geht es zunächst in Los Angeles, später in der Karibik weiter. Der zweite Teil " Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man`s Chest" soll im Juli nächsten Jahres in die Kinos kommen, Teil 3 im Sommer 2007.

IFEX seals Bahamas Film Studios deal
29 July 2005 – IFEX Innovation Finance & Equity Exchange NV (Frankfurt:IFQ1,
ISIN:NL0000210532) has helped to finance the Bahamas Film Studios where Hollywood blockbusters Pirates of the Caribbean II and III are set to be filmed.

The shareholders of Gold Rock Creek Enterprises – the company that owns the Bahamas Film Studios Project – agreed Friday to transfer the activities of GRCE into a company quoted on the NASDAQ OTC bulletin board.

IFEX provided consulting services and introductions to advisors and brokers who will facilitate the reversal of the GRCE business into the US public company. IFEX will receive a fee of US$ 1.5 million in stock in the new company when it lists on the NASDAQ OTC in Q3 2005

Juli 2005 - IFEX Innovation Finance & Equity Exchange NV (Frankfurt:IFQ1, ISIN:NL0000210532) unterstützte die Finanzierung der Bahamas Film Studios, in denen die Hollywood-Blockbuster "Fluch der Karibik" II und III gedreht werden sollen. Die Anteilseigner von Gold Rock Creek Enterprises, dem Eigentümer des Bahamas Film Studios Projekt, stimmten am Freitag zu, die Geschäfte von GRCE auf eine an der NASDAQ OTC gelisteten Gesellschaft zu übertragen. IFEX führte Beratungsleistungen aus und stellte die Kontakte zu Beratern und Maklern her, die für eine einfache Umsetzung der Konvertierung der GRCE-Geschäfte in eine US-amerikanische Aktiengesellschaft sorgen werden.
