steht drinne, dass Fonic nicht ein anders Unternehmen kaufen wird, für das Fonix 5 Millionen hätte Zahlen sollen. DAs haben viele für nicht richitg gehalten...bei einer MArketcap von 58 Millionen ist 5 Millionen auch nicht gerade wenig...

also steigt der Kurs heute immens...

(OTCBB: FNIX - News), an integrated communications carrier providing telecommunications services and value-added speech technologies, has terminated the acquisition agreement for Empire One Telecommunications Inc. ("Empire"), a privately held company based in Brooklyn, N.Y., due to Empire`s failure to meet conditions to closing of the acquisition, including failure to obtain regulatory and shareholder approvals and to deliver other agreements pursuant to the definitive agreements between the parties.

On Nov. 22, 2004, Fonix entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Empire through a merger transaction for total consideration valued at less than $5 million, payable part in cash and part in restricted Fonix common stock.

"We have been working vigorously towards completing this transaction and we are obviously disappointed that Empire was not able to satisfy necessary requirements for the acquisition," said Thomas A. Murdock, Fonix CEO. "The company is prepared to move forward, and we are well positioned to explore all avenues for maximizing shareholder value. We will continue improving operations and capital structure as well as optimizing the value of our assets."

There are no termination fees due Empire from Fonix. However, the company will seek to recover its legal and accounting fees and other expenses incurred in connection with conducting due diligence, negotiating definitive documents and agreements, and other related expenses.

Bin seit vorhin auch mit dabei. Ich hoffe nicht zu spät bei dem dicken +. Denn zur Zeit hab ich momentan immer das Glück das ich zu spät dran bin und somit am nächsten Tag mit Verlusten starte (Gewinnmitnahmen).Mal sehen ob es diesmal noch weiter hoch geht. Hab noch nicht die Zeit gehabt alle Daten von Fonix ausfindig zu machen, daher die Frage an Euch. Wie könnte das Kursziel Eurer Einschätzung nach für Ende 05 lauten?????

Aber mich haben die Diskussionen auf www.ragingbull.com nervös gemacht. Da wird - wie gelegentlich auch hier - viel von Abzocke der Protagonisten geschrieben. Zu viel jedenfalls, um ignoriert zu werden. Kann natürlich auch alles basher-show sein, wer weiß das schon.

so berauschend war das gestern ja nicht mehr. aber dafür dass die us-börsen so schwach waren hat sie sich ja noch ganz gut gehalten

Die Börse kann man manchmal nicht nachvollziehen. Genau ist es bei Inseq. Super-Zahlen, dicke Aufträge und der Kurs stagniert. Erst im August wurde ein 30 Millionen Auftrag vermeldet. Und dass, obwohl Inseq eine Mini-AG ist. Eigentlihc müsste sie detonieren. Sie tut es nicht.

Manchmal genügen wieder kleine News um einen Titel detonieren zu lassen. Naja, so ist es halt.

Ich bin trotzdem zuversichtlich, dass wir in ein paar Wochen wieder Kurse, wie vor ein paar Monaten, also so um die 10 Cent sehen werden.

die kaufbaren stücke......ok, sind aber nur etwas preiswerter als gestern !

Ganz locker bleiben.

Heute sollte es seitwärts gehen. Der Verkäufer in USA schein ja auch fertig zu haben. Am Freitag sollte FNIX dann wieder 10-15% steigen. Laßt sie langsam steigen, es wäre für den Kurs das Beste. Kleine Korrekturen werden auch
kommen. Habt noch ein wenig Geduld. Wichtig ist, dass
Fnix die 38 und die 100er Linie nach oben durchbricht!
