Letter to Shareholders

We are making great progress with Axia Group, Inc. and so I wanted to assure shareholders that we are
working diligently with our auditors and attorneys to complete and submit the requisite filings for the
company. At the same time we are in communication with the appropriate regulatory agencies
regarding this issue.

We have a solid business plan in place for Axia Group, Inc, a plan which began with our successful
execution of buildings in Sri Lanka in the 4th Quarter of 2005. We will do whatever is necessary to
complete our responsibilities as a public company and restore our status as a fully compliant company.

Fakt ist, AXIA Buildings wurde von AXIA Group
ausgegliedert, bzw. neu gegründet. Dies geschah
alles im November 2005, in den News nachzulesen
von damals. Das "E" bei AXIG(E) wurde von der SEC
verteilt, weil die Quartalszahlen verschoben wurden.
AXIA versucht nun alles daran zu setzen, dieses "e"
wieder rauszubringen. Ich bin sehr zuversichtlich
und habe vollstes Vertrauen zum Management.

Tolle Informationspolitik, weiter so! Ich freue
mich auf März, wenn Jeffrey mit millionenschweren
Aufträgen von der UN aus Sri Lanka zurückkommt.

es will ja sicherlich niemand die firma schlecht reden

nur jungs und mädels nach so einem rasanten anstieg war es doch sicher jedem klar das es auch sehr schnell und tief geht

sie ist um ca. 9000 % gestiegen

logisch werde auch ich wieder einsteigen

aber hier soll erst einmal ruhe einkehren und sich die gemüter wieder beruhigen

Also ich schreib mal hier, weil mir der andere Thread zu banane ist. Auf so eine Flamerei kann ich gut und gerne verzichten. Hab so gut es geht alles gelesen - aber normal ist das doch nicht mehr?

Klar die Zocker haben ihr Ding durchgezogen, der Hype ist vorrüber und auch ich stehe mit Miesen da. Ich habe den Fehler gemacht zu spät aufzusteigen und den Gewinn der mal zu erkennen war, nicht zu realisieren. Teure Lehrstunde. Trotz allem werde ich meinen Verlust NICHT realisieren, weil ich von dem Geschäftskonzept von Axia überzeugt bin!

Alle Zocker die mit ihren 500-3000% raus sind, werden auch dann wieder hier sein, wenn es Folgeaufträge gibt. Die Ratschläge die einige, teilweise mit unangebrachtem Ton, im anderen Thread geschrieben haben, waren ja nicht verkehrt, vermutlich weiss nur der erfolgreiche Zocker wann der Zock zuende ist

Aber auch von den Leuten die da ihre Ratschläge kundgetan haben, will mir doch keiner erzählen, dass es keine Zukunft für Axia gibt!

Und wenn in ein paar Monaten Neuigkeiten zu Axia kommen, werden diejenigen vermutlich wieder die ersten sein, die diese ins Forum stellen und erneut mit der Pusherei anfangen!

Kurz um, für alle denen der Beitrag zu lang war:

Ich bin überzeugt von Axia`s Geschäftsidee, werde die Aktien halten und erwarte positive Nachrichten in den nächsten Monaten!

Eins hab ich noch vergessen. Die "Zahlen" auf die alle jetzt so gespannt warten, werden meiner Meinung nach keinen plötzlichen Umschwung nach sich ziehen. Aber selbst wenn sich Axia irgendwo zwischen 0,015-0,025 fängt, bleibt der Kurs eindeutig höher als er vor dieser ganzen Geschichte war! Und der Bekanntheitsgrad dieser Aktie/Firma hat sich ja auch mal locker um 9000% gesteigert!

genau so sehe ich das auch, hab in der letzten woche schön gewinn gemacht und damit die miesen der letzten zwei monate ausbügeln können

bin heute nach dem der kurs ja schon wieder ordentlich gefallen ist wieder rein und denke mal der wert wird sich bald normalisieren und wohl auch wieder steigen.

Auch wenn ich mich damit blamiere:

ich besitze 50.000 Stk zu einem Durchschnittspreis von 0,0404 €.

Gab also schon ordentlich Miese im Depot stehen, weil auch ich nicht hören wollte. Obwohl es auch irgendwie das Schicksal schuld trägt

Ich hatte noch eine zu Hohe Verkaufsorder draußen, welche noch nicht ausgeführt war und welche ich irgendwie vergessen hatte. Als ich in Berlin gesehen hab, wie die Kurse purzeln, wollte ich meine Position (zu der Zeit noch gewinnbringend) verkaufen. Doch es kam immer nur "Es sind keine / nicht genügend Aktien im Depot vorhanden..". Und bis mir dann aufgefallen ist (nach zahlreichen Versuchen) woran das liegt (die alte Verkaufsorder ) war es schon zu spät und der Kurs war unterhalb meines Durchschnittspreises. Und tja, dann kam mein größter Fehler, ich habe "gehofft"... und statt einen geringen verlust zu realisieren steck ich nun tief in der schei...

Bin aber, wie man ja oben lesen konnte, der Meinung das das die Zukunft in diesem Falle (Axia) nicht ganz so schlimm ist und zu gegebener Zeit auch für mich ein Happy End parat hält

Hallo Leute,

hier könnt ihr Eure evtl. Veruste wieder einfahren, falls Ihr bei Axia oben azfgesprungen seid!

Ich will ich euch mit Livedoor (findet ihr hier auch unter edge bekannt machen: Hat heute in D in der Spitze 30% und in Japan gestern 20% gemacht

Livedoor stand mal bei fast 6.- Euro und vorgestern nur noch bei 0,58 cent( meiner Meinung nach klare Bodenbildung dort, siehe Chart) , da es einen Skandal aufgrund angebliche Bilanzfälschungen gab und daher ein Delisting seit 4 Wochen im Gespräch ist! Tatsächlich wird ein Delisting immer unwahrscheinlicher, daher wohl auch die Reaktionen am Markt! Wenn ihr jetzt einsteigt seid ihr unten dabei! Ganz unten!

Es ist nicht auszudenken, wo Livedoor hingeht, wenn es kein Delisting gibt!:

- Nicht eingepreisten 11-fachen Gewinn im 3.Quartal 2005!(seid gestern bekannt)!

- Heute Gerüchte um einen, vielleicht sogar 2 Fonds, die Livedoor aufnehmen möchten

- dazu kommen noch ggf. Gewinne aus dem 4. Quartal 2005, die anscheinend noch nicht öffentlich sind

- Bedenke: das hier ist keine OTC-Klitsche, sondern ein Unternehmen mit Background, gelistet and der größten japanischen Börse

Wenn das mit dem Fonds offiziell wird, dann wird ein Delisting immer unwahrscheinlicher!

Man darf gespannt sein!!

mittel- bis langfristig kann man NIX falsch machen mit Axia. Wenn Sri Lanka mit den Häusern von Axia zufrieden ist, werden mit Sicherheit noch Folgeaufträge folgen. Laut den News werden alleine hier 200.000 benötigt!

Mit den jetzigen 250 Häusern wird ein Umsatz von 1,85 Mio $ generiert. .. jetzt rechnet mal weiter: 10.000 Häuser würden einen Umsatz von 74 Mio $ bedeuten.. und die derzeitige Marktkapitalisierung liegt bei ca. 6 Mio $ ..

SAN DIEGO, March 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Axia Building Technologies,

(OTC Bulletin Board: AXIGE), today announced that Raj Janan has joined the
company as Director of Operations. A native of Sri Lanka who makes his home
in New York City, Raj has been overseeing Axia`s Sri Lanka construction
operations for the last several months. Axia, through a joint venture with
the Sri Lanka company, MicroConstruction, Ltd., has acquired housing contracts
in Sri Lanka using a panel based technology that was introduced as a cost

tsunami struck Sri Lanka in 2004 and left millions of people homeless, Janan

division of MicroCars, Ltd., to introduce a panel based technology that
provides strong, low cost homes which can be built quickly with simple
