Der Kurs in Oslo ist kurz nach Bekanntgabe um fast 6% nach oben gegangen.

Pan Fish hat auch dementiert. Ich denke die warten erst mal ab bis sich die Kriegskasse wieder gefüllt hat - ging ja auch verdammt schnell letztens. Die Refinanzierung, der Anteil ein Fjord, die Übernahme von Marine Harvest ... der reinste Wahnsinn was Frederiksen da wieder zusammengezimmert hat.
Pan Fish wird Fjord ganz sicher irgendwann konsolidieren. Aber evtl. wird Fjord zuerst ein wenig "ausgeblutet" ? wer weiss.
Auf jedenfall eine Investition wert in einem Sektor, der sträflich vernachlässigt wurde.

P.S. was zum Teufel hat der thread unter "grüne Aktien" verloren ?!? Ist ja schliesslich kein Bio-Lachs den uns Pan Fish & Konsorten auftischen. Da wird auch gerne mal das eine oder andere Hormon in den Fischtank gekippt um das Wachstum zu beschleunigen. Hauptsache der Lachs schmeckt LECKER

After the general meeting Pan Fish owns more
than 40% of the outstanding share capital in
Fjord Seafood ASA and will put forward a
mandatory offer for the remaining outstanding
shares in Fjord Seafood ASA within the four
weeks deadline.

Hi,

hier ist das Angebot von Pan Fish:

Reference is made to the filing dated 26 April
2006 where Pan Fish ASA (`Pan Fish`) stated its
intention to make a mandatory offer for all of the
outstanding shares in Fjord Seafood ASA (`Fjord
Seafood`) pursuant to the rules of the Norwegian
Securities Trading Act (the `Mandatory Offer`).

The document setting forth the terms of the
Mandatory Offer, has now been approved by the Oslo
Stock Exchange (Oslo Børs).

As per 9 May 2006 Pan Fish owns 395,514,654 shares
in Fjord Seafood, corresponding to 67.06 % of the
Share Capital and the votes in Fjord Seafood.

The offer period will commence today, Wednesday 10
May 2006, and end on Wednesday 7 June 2006.

Shareholders in Fjord Seafood accepting the
Mandatory Offer will receive a consideration of
NOK 8.38 per share, payable in cash.

Settlement will be made in NOK within 14 days
following the expiry of the offer period, i.e. on
21 June 2006 at the latest. Settlement will be
made by way of a transfer of the relevant amount
to the accepting shareholder`s bank account
registered in the VPS for dividend payment purposes.
