Silver Screen Studios Updates its Restructuring

Silver Screen Studios, Inc. (OTCBB: SSSU) www.silverscreenstudiogroup.com, today announced the update of its business model and restructuring efforts. We have restructured our primary business focus to diversify our ability to grow and increase our ability to implement different projects.

Restructuring Accomplishments:

-- Our investment banking unit has developed the principal protected investment note as a means to raise capital for our real estate and entertainment business units. The principal protected note, ("PPIN") allows an investor the safety of return of the entire investment at a predetermined time. We intend to use the PPIN to acquire or develop businesses to aid in the shareholder enrichment plans under development.

-- We are nearing the implementation of operations on the restructuring efforts we began in May 2006. Our real estate business unit is reviewing preliminary plans on the feasibility of the acquisition of a tract of undeveloped land for future development.

-- Our entertainment business unit has several projects under consideration and a decision will be made as soon as our 504 financing becomes effective.

-- We've registered the domain name www.OTCBB-Finance.com as part of our financial services business unit as a location where information regarding OTCBB companies will be posted. The website is under development.

-- We are in final development of the dividend plan and our shareholders enrichment activities that we will shortly announce along with the plans for increasing our equity value and increasing our capital structure.

SSSU Business Model:

Several major companies have recently undergone restructurings: Viacom, (NYSE:VIA), splitting into two separate companies, Apple Computer, (NASDAQ:AAPL) with the sale of Pixar Entertainment to Disney (NYSEIS). We have based our investment banking unit on the Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) business model incorporating vertical integration. Our business model while based on the above companies restructuring is unique and we expect our restructuring to give us the ability to move to the forefront of OTCBB companies.

We will attempt to answer some of the most frequently asked questions
we have received concerning our business plan and model.

1. Why did SSSU restructure its operations?
SSSU restructured its operations to focus on growth areas and to
position itself strategically to fund it new business units in
entertainment, real estate and financial services. We feel
restructuring was the best method to refocus the business and move
to a new level of operations. A dividend distribution plan to our
shareholders has been developed and will be shortly announced.

2. How will SSSU fund its operations?
SSSU will fund its operations by raising capital via its business
units. We currently have in an offering to raise $1.0 million being
completed and we have plans to raise an additional $5.0 million
once we capitalized our business units.

3. Will SSSU be able to migrate to the Small Cap Market?
SSSU plans to migrate to the NASDAQ Small Cap Market once it has
the asset base and upon the completion of it financing plans. We
feel the Small Cap Market will allow up to grow at a faster rate by
enabling us to raise capital more competitively.

4. How will the shareholders of SSSU benefit from the restructuring?
Our current restructuring was conducted primarily as a means to
enhance our shareholder base. We based our restructuring on several
recent successful restructurings: Viacom, (NYSE:VIA), splitting
into two separate companies, Apple Computer, (NASDAQ:AAPL) with the
sale of Pixar Entertainment to Disney (NYSEIS). We have based our

Entertainment Financing Business Plan:

We have refined our financing plan for our slate of movies we
intend to finance and produce over the next 18-36 months. Our
financing model includes using our entertainment business unit, Global

series of warrants and options allowing the current shareholders of
SSSU to buy additional shares of Global 1 at a discount.

Börsenschuluß in den USA ist 10.00 pm ET.

Auswirkungen gab es gestern nicht. Der Kursverlauf gestern war aber positiv gegenüber den schlechten Vortagen.

Wir werden sehen, in wie weit sich diese Meldung auf den Kurs auswirkt. Sie wird meiner Meinung nach für mehr Sicherheit sorgen.
Ergo: Wir können heute wahrscheinlich mit 3-5% höheren Kursen zum Wochenende hin rechnen.
Heute Abend sind wir aber alle schlauer.

Hm... laut dem Datumsstempel der Meldung 21:40 wäre es kurz vor Börsenschluss gewesen........

Ich habe die Meldung allerdings erst um ca. 0:00 Uhr Deutscher Zeit bekommen.... sprich der Zeitstempel hätte eigentlich zwei Std. später sein müssen?!? Und somit wäre es nachbörslich gewesen!

Die Gebrüder Weinstein haben bereits 1979 das Independent-Studio Miramax Films und dessen Genre-Sublabel Dimension Films (spezialisiert auf Horror-, Thriller- und Actionfime) gegründet. US-Dollar den Weinsteins Miramax ab.

Die Weinsteins blieben ihrem Unternehmen auch nach dem Verkauf treu und führten Miramax bis 2005 weiter. In dieser Zeit hatten die Weinsteins in ihrem Unternehmen zwar freie Hand, allerdings behielt sich der Disney-Konzern ein Vetorecht vor, über welches er bestimmen konnte, was veröffentlicht werden würde. Nachdem es unter anderem wegen solcher Vetos von Disney zu Unstimmigkeiten kam, wurde den Weinsteins, wie vertraglich vorgesehen, Miramax zum Rückkauf angeboten. Da man versäumt hatte einen festen Rückkaufpreis zu vereinbaren, wurde Miramax nach seinem Marktwert bewertet.

Da der Rückkaufpreis von Miramax (2 Mrd. $) die finanziellen Möglichkeiten der Weinsteins bei weitem überstieg, nutzte Disney am 30. März 2005 die vertraglich vereinbarte Option die Verträge der Weinsteins nach den ersten 12 Jahren aufzulösen. Aufgrund der getroffenen Vereinbarung verließen beide Brüder im September 2005 ihre Firma: Disney behielt die insgesamt 550 Miramax-Filme, überließ ihnen aber laufende Filmproduktionen, Dimension Films und eine Ablösesumme von 140 Mio $. Mit diesem Startkapital an Filmrechten und laufenden Produktionen gründeten die Weinsteins per 1. Oktober 2005 ihr neues Filmunternehmen, das nun schlicht The Weinstein Company heißt.

Mit Dimension Films besitzt The Weinstein Company bereits ein gut etabliertes Label, das vor allem mit Horror/Thriller-Filmreihen auf sich aufmerksam macht. Das Label unter welchem bereits Scream – Schrei! veröffentlicht wurde, zeichnet sich auch für Scary Movie und Sin City verantwortlich. Die Einzelheiten werden im ersten Quartal 2006 ausgearbeitet, Weinstein Co. wird sich mit 70 Prozent an Genius Products beteiligen, die künftig alle Produktionen von Weinstein und Dimension auswerten wird.

Ausserhalb Nordamerikas bleibt die Zusammenarbeit mit Disneys Auslandsvertrieb Buena Vista International (BVI) vorerst bestehen. BVI kann wie bisher entscheiden ob ein Film in den Vertrieb genommen wird, oder ob darauf verzichtet wird und er damit für den freien Verkauf an lokale Vertriebsunternehmen frei wird. Übernimmt BVI einen Film wird dieser in der Regel dann auch über Buena Vista Home Entertainment ausgewertet.

Vorab: Der Titel klingt schon interessant, war auch schon mal kurzfristig investiert und mit kleinem Gewinn wieder raus.

Aber:

Die wollen also erst mal zwei Bücher veröffentlichen und hoffen, wdh. hoffen, dass daraus auch Filme fürs Kino gedreht werden. Mit Blockbustern wie Da vInci Code oder Herr der Ringe kann man gut Anleger locken, aber das sind Chancen wie ein Lottogewinn, dass aus einem Buch mal ein Blockbuster wird.

Weiss jemand was über die Inhalte der zwei Bücher) Die Titel sind ja eher langweilig (The Set-up, und The Single Life ?????) Was verbirgt sind denn dahinter.

OK, es müssen also die Bücher gedruckt (sofern sie schon geschrieben sind) werden, Ohne PR liest die natürlich auch keiner und dann müßten die Themen auch ins Konzept von Hollywood passen, denn die haben da so ihre eigenen Vorstellungen, was derzeit in oder out ist )Ich bin seit mehr als 10 Jahren im Kinobereich nebenher tätig und da bekommt man ein bisschen (aber zu wenig um Insiderwissen zu haben) mit, was da so abgeht).

Das mit der Dividende hört sich ja auch gut an, aber ich kann als Firma erst eine Info zu einer Dividendenzahlung rausgeben, wenn wirklich auch Geld verdient wurde (sprich Bücher verkauft wurden und nach Abzug aller Aufwendungen auch Geld in der Kasse liegt).
Und das kann ja noch dauern, evtl. auch erst 2007 so weit sein oder auch nicht.

Fazit:

Ich warte ab und verpasse lieber einen Hype als Kapital brach in meinem Depot liegen zu haben.

Current Operations:

For the quarter ended on June 30, 2006 the Company was in the process of restructuring its current operations. The Company felt it was in the best interest of the shareholders to diversify its business model to include strategic business units in the areas of real estate, entertainment and financial services.

The Company hired a real estate consultant to assist it in the evaluation of opportunities and to assist it in the formation of a business plan in the real estate sector. To date the Company has identified several opportunities and will upon financing, undertake to commence operations. We feel given our resources and abilities, our resources should be focused on the financing and acquisition of distressed assets. The distressed assets sectors will allow us to acquire assets and redeploy the asset with a minimum capital investment. It is our future plan to acquire distressed assets in bulk to establish economies of scale and financing opportunities.

We feel the entertainment industry offers the Company an avenue where the barriers to entry are such that the Company can enter and achieve a competitive position given its resources. We have the current ability and expertise to develop and produce small feature films and videos for a direct to the consumer distribution model. Our competitive advantage is that we own the means of production and we originate and develop our creative ideas in-house, hence we do not have the developmental costs our competitors have.

If our assumptions are wrong about any events, trends and activities, then our estimates for future growth from our business operations may also be wrong. There can be no assurance that any of our estimates as to our business growth will be achieved.

Our business operations are very cash intensive, and currently we do not have the capital resources to fund our production operations. However, our legal counsel and internal investment banking unit are exploring the process of registering an offering to raise funds to fund our projects. However, we can offer no assurances that we will raise any funds from the sale of our financial instruments. We are in development of several websites and streaming media sites that will allow us to distribute our content to a global audience. The development of the streaming websites we anticipate will increase the company's potential to generate revenue, but there are no assurances the projects will be successful.

PUBLISHING AND MEDIA DIVISION

Our wholly owned operating division Millennium Publishing is the literary content acquisition vehicle used by the company to source and to develop literary content that is adapted or developed into screenplays that the company develops into video or film projects. As of the end of the second quarter, Millennium Publishing has completed two novels, Heirs to Murder and Murder Times 2.

We feel the publishing industry offers the Company an opportunity to enter an industry where the capital outlay is minimum, but the real can be enormous. The publishing industry's financing dynamics suite our cash flow position where we can acquire the rights to a projects for a minimum up front cost and the costs resulting to the company will be the publication, marketing and distribution fees. We believe that out experience in the media production sector will give us

a cost advantage in the production of marketing material that out similar situated competitor do not enjoy.

The novel Heirs to Murder has also been adapted into a feature length screenplay. Both novels will be released to the public as e-books and a limited print edition of each novel will also be released. We have also acquired the rights to two additional novels, The Set-Up and The Single Life. We anticipate that both of these novels will be released during the coming quarter. If successful in their release, these projects will provide the Company with a cash flow source that can be leveraged to finance other company projects.

Our current plans regarding Millennium Publishing is the development of a third novel, Unit 1-A, the first draft has been completed and the editing process will commence once we receive the manuscript from the writer. We intend to develop the novel Unit 1-A into a feature length screenplay and if the monetary resources permit which we estimate at $2.5 million, we will then begin production on a feature length film project of the screenplay.

We have partnered with a joint venture partner to development novels, films and other entertainment related products. Our joint venture partner assists us in the development, financing and production of our projects

We are also developing the third installment of the action adventure series tentatively title: The Root of All Evil: The Final Battle. This installment will complete a trilogy beginning with Heirs to Murder, Unit 1-A and The Root of All Evil: The Final Battle. The company anticipates it will use in its ABS financing model to fund the production of the series. Each of the novels will be released as e-books as well as limited print versions and furthermore, each developed into a feature length scripts for either direct to DVD or a limited theatrical exhibition.

PRODUCTION DIVISION

The company conducts its production operations through its wholly owned subsidiary GreenLight Productions, Inc. GreenLight Productions, Inc. acts as the primary production company on all of the company's projects as well as out sourced projects. Greenlight Productions' equipment consists of 3 Apple Computers, G-5, 2.0 Dual processor workstations all equipped with Final Cut Pro HD as well as Shake 3.5, Adobe After Effects 6.5, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Logic Pro 6.5, DVD Pro 3.0 as well as numerous other specialized production software. The G-5 HD workstation is also equipped with the AJA Kona HD card as well as the breakout module. Greenlight Productions also has the use of 2 Panasonic DVX-100A 24p production cameras both equipped with the anamorphic lens adapter for widescreen HD production. Greenlight recently acquired the use of the Lowell Super Ambi light kit to assists it in its production capabilities.

Moreover, Greenlight has recently acquired a 10'x24' green screen as well as a 15'x24' blue screen to be used in its chroma keying production capacity. In addition to the above the company has acquired for evaluation a Samsung 23" HD LCD monitor that, if acquired, will be used in a color grading suite consisting of an Apple G-5, 2.0 dual processor, using the Synthetic Aperture Color Grading Software, Keylight. We believe acquisition of the Keylight software will give the company a strategic cost advantage over it competitors because the company will be able to color grade its productions in-house and save the estimated $350 per hour post production houses charge for the equivalent service.

FINANCING OPERATIONS

The company conducts its financing operations through its wholly owned subsidiary Media Finance Corporation, ("MFC"). MFC is organized to use asset backed securities, ("ABS") as well as traditional means of financing to raise operating capital to fund the company's operations. MFC developed an off balance sheet asset backed securities, (ABS) financing model to assists in raising capital to fund the company's operations. The ABS financing model uses the intellectual property developed or acquired by the company, and projects a cash flow analysis of the revenue streams of the intellectual property and through special propose entities issues debt or equity backed by the cash flows of the intellectual property. The company is considering plans to will allow MFC to file its own registration statement and trade in the market under its own ticker.

Our restructuring activities include a financial services strategic business unit. It is our plans to develop the SBU into a multi line commercial financing operation. Our initial focus will be on establishing relationships in the commercial real estate financing sector and designing financial instruments that will enable the Company to finance its on going operations.

We are exploring ways to utilize the Georgia Investment Tax Credits for Film Productions, as well as the Federal Tax Credit for Film Production.

Results of Operations - For the Three-Month Period Ended June 30, 2006.

Revenues. We generated no revenue during the quarter ended June 30, 2006.

Cost of revenues. We generated no revenues during the quarter ended June 30, 2006. However, we incurred consulting expenses associated with the restructuring of our business operations during the period.

Gross Margin. Because we generated no revenue during the quarter ended June 30, 2006, we have a negative gross margin due to the incurring of operating expenses.

Operating Expenses. Our operating expenses consist primarily of professional and consulting services expenses. We had operating expenses for the three-month period ended June 30, 2006 of $80,000 compared to operating expenses of $0 during the same period in the prior year. Our operating expenses increased due to costs associated with our restructuring activities.

Net Loss. Our net loss for the three-month period ended June 30, 2006 was $80,036 compared to a net loss of $0 during the same period in the prior year. The increase in our net loss was primarily due to the incurring of legal fees and consulting and professional fees.

Liquidity and Capital Resources.

At June 30, 2006, we had total current tangible assets of $26,956 compared to total current assets of $26,956 for the same period ending 2005. Our intellectual property consisting of manuscripts and screenplays has not been valued as of the end of the period. Upon completion of the development phase of each project and the placing into service of each project, a value will be place on each project.

We had fixed assets of $0 at June 30, 2006, compared to fixed assets of $0 at September 30, 2002. Our total tangible assets were $0.0 at June 30, 2005 compared to total assets of $289, at June 30, 2004.

Our total current liabilities are $0.0 as of June 30, 2006 compared to total current liabilities of $0 as of June 30, 2005. We had no long-term liabilities as of June 30, 2006 and 2005. We have incurred no long term liabilities during the periods ending on June 30, 2006.

We had a cash flow from operations of $ negative 80,036 during the three-month period ended June 30, 2006 compared to a negative cash flow from operations of $0.0 during the three-month period ended June 30, 2005. This negative cash flow from operations during the three-month period ended June 30, 2006 is principally the result of non-cash compensation. We had $36 in cash used in investing activities during the three-month period ended June 30, 2006 compared to cash

used of $36 during the same period in the prior year.

We do not have existing capital resources available that are sufficient to fund our operations and capital requirements as presently planned over the next twelve months. We are actively pursuing additional funds through the issuance of debt and/or equity instruments. There can be no assurance that additional funds will become available at terms and conditions satisfactory to the Company, if at all. As discussed in Note 8 to the financial statements, the Company has suffered losses from operations, and is dependent upon management and/or shareholders to provide sufficient working capital to maintain continuity. These circumstances create substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. The financial statements do not include any adjustments that might result from the outcome of this uncertainty.

Our limited capital resources and negative cash flow from operations may make it difficult to borrow funds. The amount and nature of any borrowing by us will depend on numerous factors, including our capital requirements, potential lenders' evaluation of our ability to meet debt service on borrowing and the then prevailing conditions in the financial markets, as well as general economic conditions. To the extent that additional debt financing proves to be available, any borrowing will subject us to various risks traditionally associated with indebtedness, including the risks of interest rate fluctuations and insufficiency of cash flow to pay principal and interest.

Tja ich denke, die haben noch nie wirklich Kohle gehabt. Bisher waren es ja nur Bemühungen an Kohle zu kommen.

Ich denke, wenn es wirklich schwarz, sprich Pleite, aussehen würde, wären die nicht noch vor einigen Tagen in ein neues Büro gezogen.

Wir werden sehen, was hier auf Dauer passiert - ich denke wir brauchen noch viel Geduld mit diesem Wert. Ich persönlich werde versuchen, meine Position ein wenig zu verkleinern - den Rest dann kange stehen zu lassen.

Global Real Estate Fund

Our strategy business unit Global 1 Realty Corporation will launch it first global real estate fund for global investors. Global 1 will launch the fund for $25 million to invest in U.S real estate in the southeast United States. Hallo Leute,
also ich würde an eurer Stelle die Aktien verkaufen, bevor der Kurs total abschmiert.
Denn was nützt euch die Dividende, wenn der Kurs total im Keller ist. Mit der Divi könnt ihr den Kursverlust sowieso nicht kompensieren.
Lieber mit einem schmerzenden Verlust raus als zu warten bis nichts mehr übrig bleibt. Da habe ich auch schon meine Erfahrungen gemacht!
Ist nur meine Meinung aus den Erfahrungen, die ich gemacht habe.

Nur zur Info, ich bin hier nicht investiert.

Global 1 Entertainment Production Fund I, LLP:

We have entered the third phase of our restructuring with the formation of our most recent fund for the production of feature films to take advantage of the Federal Tax Credits under sec. 181 and 199 of the Internal Revenue Code, as well as the Georgia Film Tax Credits, www.cfoyesq.com/ARTICLE%20DRAFT%201.0.htm.

Capital Structure:

As part of our restructuring, the company will order the NOBO list from ADP to determine the number of shares outstanding and the number of holders of the company's shares. We feel the recent selling is not related to actual shares outstanding. Once we receive the NOBO list from ADP, and if there is a short position in our shares we intend to do a share exchange with one of our Reg. E funds to address the short position.

Our Private Equity funds that we are creating will take a position in SSSU shares and will fund our future development. The offering circular for the Reg. E Offering is being prepared by our legal counsel and the offering will commence shortly.
