Man merkt, dass Fredy im letzten Interview (Video) große Hoffnung auf RUMINAHUI setzt!!!! Er sagt, er hofft auf eine weitere große Entdeckung wie das Projekt CASCABEL von SOLGOLD in Ecuador!

Strategy
Salazar Resources plans to drill Rumiñahui, Los Osos and Macara on a 100% basis in 2020 and evaluate strategic options as the projects advance. The Company also awaits the re-opening of the national mining register later this year with interest. Salazar Resources has four project applications pending, and it is hoped that at least one of these new projects will be awarded when the register reopens. In addition the Company will submit several further applications for new projects and concession areas when the mining register opens.
Responding to inbound strategic interest Salazar Resources intends to open formal discussion for farm-outs later in the year. The Company will be attending the Project Generators Hub at the Association for Mineral Exploration, Roundup 2020 conference in Vancouver later this month.
Budget
Salazar Resources has a funded US $2.6m budget for 2020 that incorporates the option to drill up to 8,500m on its 100% owned portfolio. At September 30, 2019, Salazar Resources had Cdn $4.27m in cash and the Company also receives income in the form of advance payments and management fees from its funded joint ventures. The guaranteed income from Curipamba is a minimum of US $600,000 per annum and Salazar Resources will earn additional management fees for exploration services provided to the Exploration Alliance for work on Pijili and Santiago.
Salazar Resources can generate further income from its wholly-owned subsidiary, Perforaciones Andesdrill S.A that owns three diamond drill rigs.
Drill Plan for 2020
At Rumiñahui and Macara, water-use permits are awaited prior to drilling. The initial plan is to allocate 3,000m of drilling at Rumiñahui and Los Osos, with 2,500m of drilling at Macara. Timing of the drill plans will depend on water permit issuance and the drilling will be carried out by Perforaciones Andesdrill S.A.
An exploration update on Los Osos will be provided shortly.
Other Work
Salazar Resources runs a prospecting team regularly field-checking targets, with a view to growing the property portfolio in a value-accretive manner. Salazar Resource also continues with community engagement as part of all day-to-day activity in order to work across all of our operations in the most socially and environmentally responsible way possible. Los Osos ist eine 229 Hektar große Explorationslizenz mit Einzelkonzession, die sich im Mineraldistrikt Cerro Pelado-Cangrejos im Staat El Oro (Staat Gold) im Südwesten Ecuadors befindet. Die Lizenz wird zu 100% von Salazar Resources gehalten und beherbergt ein System von Adern, die reich an Gold und Silber sind, kombiniert mit hydrothermalen Brekzien und mineralisierten Gold-Kupfer-Porphyren. Auf dem Grundstück befinden sich mehrere mit Chalkopyrit und Pyrrhotit mineralisierte Quarz-Turmalin-Brekzien.

Obwohl die Bohrprogramme nach Airborne für reichlich Phantasie in 2020 sorgen sollte.

Vor 10 Jahren standen wir Schon mal bei 0,10 Euro und sind auf 1 Euro gelaufen mit nix. Diese Fantasie muss in den Markt erst dann laufen wir. Dann kommen Fakten zum tragen . Wenn nicht bleiben noch so gute Nachrichten und Presentationen nahe zu wirkungslos und das hoffen auf das nächste Jahr und nächste Jahr .... geht weiter.
Nur meine Meinung.

Einer der neuen Investoren MJG Capital wird im Februar über Salazar Resources meines Wissens ein Update veröffentlichen.
Ich erwarte auch in Kürze von Adventus Mining ein Pressemitteilung zum Zeitplan und Umfang des Bohrprogramms.
PDAC 2020 Anfang März in Kanada . Dort wird Salazar Resources vermutlich auch wieder vertreten sein und es gibt wieder einen Ecuador Tag. Ecuador tut alles daran setzen um Investitionen anzuziehen.
Wenn El Domo weiter entwickelt wird und weitere aussichtsreiche Deposits auf Curipamba, Pijili und Santiago entdeckt werden, die Wasser Permits für Ruminahui, Macara und Los Osos kommen und Salazar hoffentlich neue Projekte Salazar zugesprochen bekommt, wird das Jahr 2020 sicherlich für alle Salazar Aktionäre ein großer Erfolg!

Interview with Merlin Marr-Johnson, Director of Salazar Resources (TSX-V: SRL)
We really like this business model and we like Marr-Johnson. Both are smart. They have farmed out the first copper-gold asset, the El Domo Curipamba VMS discovery, and received a Royalty payment, ongoing management fees and can lease out their 3 drills. Plus they are fully carried for 25%. That takes them to c.$5M in the bank to continue exploring other portfolio assets. Salazar has 4 additional copper-gold assets and other licences in the hopper.
In addition, they have a zinc-exploration JV that contains two projects, Pijili and Santiago with Adventus (80%) funding all activities in the Alliance up to a construction decision on any project.
Geologist Fredy Salazar, ex-Newmont team leader in country, has been exploring and discovering major copper-gold assets in country for 20yrs.
Listen to Marr-Johnson's numbers. He paints a very exciting picture. You have to work out if you like this model and if you think he can deliver it.
Ecuador is a country that major mining companies are rushing to because it is under explored but is already showing its potential for big, big projects. Salazar will continue to farm out some of the projects , but are very keen to 100% develop one or more of their own.

We are a group of investment professionals who have been working in institutional investing in Fund management, Asset Management, Private Equity and Family Offices for over 25 years.
For many years, we have raised money for and invested in Mid to Large Cap Natural Resource companies. However, in the last couple of years large institutional investors have become more cautious because they can’t deploy enough capital in small public companies, nor do the companies have the liquidity in the stock that they need to trade when they want. So they have walked away from these smaller resource plays and moved further up the value curve – giving more certainty, less risk and smaller but a more assured chance of a return. This has left a funding gap and …. an opportunity.
Many individuals, retail investors, HNWI’s and family offices have realised, like us, that there is money to be made by investing in these Junior Mining Companies because they tend to outperform the main market if you know what you are doing.
OUR PLAN
We put an investment strategy together with some very clear and specific criteria. We needed company data to validate our plan so we went out looking for it.

Smaller public companies were struggling to get access to cash
That not all small companies are born equal as management teams varied in quality
And that to get to the right information you need to ask the right questions.
In institutional investment, the information about Mid to Large Cap companies is of an extremely high quality and has to be accurate. When we started looking for detailed, accurate information about Junior Mining companies, we set about searching online, meeting brokers, intermediaries, promotors and research analysts.
What we found shocked us. Most of the information in the market is paid for by the companies themselves. Most investors do not know that. Therefore, it's can be extremely biased and only provides the information the company wants to project in the market rather than the information needed to be able to make an intelligent investment decision.
How do you make intelligent and informed investment decisions if the companies and their agents only tell you what they want to hear? The answer is that you can’t.

We thought that if we - with our industry access and knowledge - struggled to find unbiased research, what chance did your average investor have.

ACHIEVEMENT
By building this information platform, we have reminded ourselves of all of the things that are important when investing in public market companies and especially with Natural Resources companies. We now follow our own advice. Last financial year our mining investments returned c.217%
