I was able to talk to another person for another contract..the first one in the list. The amount there was 190621316 that translates to $190,213,316.......fwiw......Btw, when you call tell her you're from the Peoples Republik of Kalifornia.....z

per IR today--govt. has to approve the PR before it goes out. THey are waiting on this approval.

hab vorhin noch ein ganz paar gekauft... aber die PR sollte wirklich langsam kommen, die leute (mich eingeschlossen) werden ungeduldig

Digital Fusion team wins $118M Army contract

A team led by Digital Fusion Solutions has been awarded the Integrated Test and Analysis Contract (ITAC) by the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (SMDC), the Huntsville company said Wednesday.

The total value of the contract, which has a five-year base period and one five-year option, is $118.7 million.

Digital Fusion Solutions' team members include AEgis Technologies Group, Analytical Services, CAS, deciBel Research, Millennium Engineering and Integration, and Maximum Technology, with Alion Science and Technology and CORD C3I as preferred vendors.

The directed subcontractors are Teledyne Brown Engineering, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, and Raytheon.

(Pink Sheets: DIGF - News), an information technology ("IT"), research and engineering, and acquisition and business support services provider, announced today that Gary Ryan will be retiring from his position as President, effective as of next week's quarterly Board meeting. Ryan, who has served Digital Fusion, Inc. as its President since May of 2004, will continue as a Director on the Digital Fusion Board.
