Cadan stand über 0,50 Euro als sie als Übernahmeziel im Gespräch war.

Jetzt keine 20% mehr davon wert.

Ich hatte die mal, bin aber mit relativ wenig Verlust rausgekommen.

Deren Probleme sind mir allerdings nicht mehr bekannt, habe dort schon lange nichts mehr gelesen.

Aber vielleicht kann das MM von Monument ja etwas, was das MM von Cadan nicht gebacken bekommt. Sowas mag vorkommen.
Oder einfach "Vitamin B".

Ich bin gespannt, ob wir morgen tatsächlich noch deutlich unter 0,50CAD schließen.
Danach müßte der Deckel dann weg sein.

Nun male mal den Teufel nicht an die Wand Isi. MMY hat wirklich genug zu tun. Sich Cadan zusätzlich ans Bein zu binden wäre sicher keine gute Idee...... Gutes Nächtle an alle..

Ich habe es heute nur kurz überflogen.

Wenn GoldMet rund 26% halten soll, heißt dies nicht, daß die restlichen 44 Mio. verfallen?

Cadan war letztes Jahr mehrfach als Übernahmeziel genannt worden - aber dann kam Mengapur dazwischen. Ist aber vielleicht eines der nächsten Ziele?

Alles klar niemwolf, habs gesehen, die deutschen Uebersetzungen sind nicht immer sehr genau. Darum lese ich immer die Englischen oder noch besser die fillings.

The Warrants were acquired by GoldMet for investment purposes. GoldMet expects to (i) acquire an additional 30,000,000 Monument Shares in a private transaction from a single holder of Monument Shares (the "Subsequent Share Purchase"), and (ii) exercise the Warrants, in each case, on or prior to July 21, 2012, and may acquire additional - (das wird er zu 100% machen, wenn der Kurs nicht von alleine steigt - ist ja logisch)- Monument Shares, before or after such date.

In each case heisst: in jedem Fall, ober nun die 30 Mio. Aktien kauft oder nicht. In der Zwischenzeit wissen wir auch, dass er die 30 Mio. Aktien gekauft hat.

("GoldMet"), announces that on July 12, 2012, it acquired ownership of 24,112,500 common share purchase warrants (the "Warrants") of Monument Mining Limited ("Monument") (the "GoldMet Warrant Transaction"). The common shares of Monument are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol "MMY". Each Warrant entitles the holder to acquire one common share of Monument (a "Monument Share") at a price of CAD$0.50 until July 21, 2012. The exercise of all of such Warrants by GoldMet would result in Monument receiving aggregate consideration of CAD$12,056,250 from GoldMet, and GoldMet owning approximately 11.6% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Monument, as of March 31, 2012, calculated on a partially-diluted basis, assuming the exercise of the Warrants but not all outstanding convertible securities of Monument. The Warrants were acquired from a controlling shareholder of GoldMet (the "Major Shareholder") in a private transaction for aggregate consideration of CAD$1,929,000. Gemäss der Mitteilung übt Golmet die Warrants in jedem Fall aus.

Ich les da folgendes:

"Diese Optionen will man ausüben und wird anschließend rund 26 Prozent an dem Rohstoffunternehmen halten."

Also nix weiter als eine unverbindliche Absichtserklärung ohne rechtliche Folgen.
