am 27.5. ist erstmal die Zuteilung der neuen Aktien. Da werden einige Gewinne mitnehmen...
Also abwarten wie hoch am 27.5. die Differenz dann wirklich ist.

Ich bin gespannt, ob bzw. wie viele Aktien nicht von bestehenden Aktionären direkt bzw. durch Überbezug erworben werden und somit Monte und der RSP Premier Holding zu gleichen Teilen zugeteilt werden.

Aktuell steht STB bei AUD 0,31, der Bezug zu AUD 0,25 wäre somit nicht so schlecht...

22.05.2015 Rights Issue - Closure and Shortfall Notification

Nur 54,75 % wurden von den STB Aktionären gezeichnet.

6.063.830 Stücke wurden nicht gezeichnet.

Die Hälfte, d.h. 3.031.915 gehen somit zu AUD 0,25 an Monte.

Finanzieller Aufwand AUD 757.978,75.

Heutiger Buchwert (Kurs AUD 0,38 liegt bei AUD. 1.152.127,70!

Differenz AUD 394.148,95!

Zudem erhalten Sie noch 75.000 in der Funktion als Underwriter.

Erstklassiger Deal vom Management aus meiner Sicht.

Hallo zusammen, nachfolgender Beitrag von jaked wurde auf HC gepostet und bedarf keiner weiteren Erklärung. Teile diese Meinung, aber dies stellt keine Empfehlung m einerseits dar.

Nothing changed with me. I still own 2,775,113 shares ( 3.94% ).. average cost 12.1 cents ... I am pleased with the holding and patience is the key.
I will not enter into any criticism of any hyperbolic postings which i have noticed on a regular basis.
The important issues for any shareholder / prospective shareholder to note are:
1. Capable 3 member board
2. High % held by directors personally
3. Directors influence over Chinese investors who own approx 40% of MZM
4. Top 20 owning approx 69% of MZM now and board philosophy of maintaining TIGHT capital structure going forward.
5. Zero debt
6. Proven and excellent "money managers "
7. well cashed up with approx $ 7.6 mil on hand I recall
8. $ 75,000 fee from underwriting STB $ 1.25 mil
9. IF take-up of STB is say 50% of rights issue, then MZM MIGHT get 3 mil STB @ 0.25 .. market now nigh 40 cents / share
10. Yamarna approvals almost finalised
11. Market cap still only $ 16 mil
12. MZM still considering other deals
13. Yamarna drilling will create interest
14. Potential for EXC deal to be consumated .. MZM owning 14 mil shares
15. MZM is ridiculously undervalued and patient shareholders will surely make ten times current price over the next 1- ?? years
