Neubewertung, darum neuer Thread!
In nur 2 Tagen 160% Richtung Norden gelaufen, und ich denke das dahinter ein Verkauf steht! Also ein absoluter Highflyer und ein Leckerbissen für Trader!
Meine Meinung dazu, einfach zuschlagen und zurücklehnen!

Zu dem ganzen Konjunktiv, hier zur Abwechslung mal paar Fakten. Siehe dazu auch die HP von Wellstar.

WellStar Energy's Prophet River Natural Gas Project is located innortheastern British Columbia . The project will target the shallowformations above the base of the Mississippian formation which producein the prolific Tommy Lakes natural gas field, approximately 8 km eastof the project, including the Debolt and Halfway Formations. Theoptioned lands include 24 Drilling Spacing Units of land (6,663 hagross, 4977 ha net).

Two historical wells of note have been drilled on the farmin landsdating back to the 1960's. Well c-97-D/94-G-15 tested 3.0 mmcf/d in theHalfway formation and 5.7 mmcf/d in the Debolt formation, and wellc-97-D/94-G-15 had recorded flow rates of approximately 1.5 mmcf/dbefore the operator lost control of the well. The project wasn't likelydeveloped at that time due to the lack of infrastructure innortheastern British Columbia . Infrastructure is now availableincluding highway access and proximity to sales pipelines

WellStar has paid $50,000 for the exclusive option to farmin to theproject on or before May 31, 2007. Upon execution of the farminagreement, WellStar will deposit $1.5 million in trust with Optionor'slegal firm that will be refunded with interest after the drilling,completion or abandonment of the first earning well on or before April1, 2008. WellStar shall commit to drill each option well within 30 daysof the completion or abandonment of each previous option well and spudwithin 90 days of the election to drill.

For each earning well, WellStar shall earn 100% of the optionor'sinterest in the section to depth drilled plus two additional adjoiningor contiguous sections. Optionor shall receive a 15% gross overridingroyalty convertible to a 40% interest upon payout.
