Was für Spacken hier unterwegs sind... Etwas besseres als diese Meldung hätte nicht passieren können. Jetzt haben alle noch den Donnerstag und Freitag damit es hochlaufen kann nach dieser Meldung....was soll denn noch gefunden werden....!!! Wie gemalen für Braun.....wenn das nicht sogar so geplant war.... 40 Prüfer schreiben ihren Bericht zu EINEM....das ist nicht an einem Tag erledigt... also...wenn etwas gefunden wäre, dann hätten man das schon lange melden können..... besser geht es nicht als die nächsten 2 Börsentage...die LV können bestimmt gerade nur noch kotzen vor Ärger...

Meldung setzt KPMG-Thema ziemlich weit auf Grün - Noch entscheidender ist das kleine psychologische Spielchen, was nun läuft, dass war wohl von Braun / WDI so gewollt, eine
erste kleine Retourkutsche in Richtung LV und FT, es eben spannend und offen zu halten
mit einer sehr großen HappyEnd Wahrscheinlichkeit - danach kommt gleich Jahresabschluß und 10 Tage später die Q1 Zahlen - wird teuer für die Heuschrecken

Also wenn das stimmt das 25 mio aktien zurück gekauft werden müssen, lach ich mich kaputt. Das ist wie damals mit Porsche und VW. Nicht ganz so krass aber guter Ansatz für die kommende Woche

The KPMG special audit into Wirecard’s financial statements will take longer than previously planned, the German payments company said on Wednesday evening, and it now expects to receive the results next Monday.

It is the second time in six weeks that Wirecard has postponed the publication of a report that it has long said will clear the swirl of controversies surrounding its practices and financial statements.

Wirecard commissioned the inquiry last October after the Financial Times reported that sales and profits appeared to have been fraudulently inflated at Wirecard businesses in Dubai and Ireland. The company initially said it was expecting the results by the end of the first quarter.

Shares in Wirecard, which fluctuated massively in 2019, are up 12.5 per cent this year, while the wider German market dropped 22 per cent.

Last month the company told investors that KPMG needed more time to investigate the German group’s relationships with third-party business partners, and said it was expecting the results by April 22 “at the latest”.

At the same time, the company postponed the publication of its annual results to April 30, a date it confirmed on Wednesday night.

In a statement published at 9pm in Munich, Wirecard said it was informed by KPMG that the accountants need additional time.

“In the remaining days, data inventories still received are to be processed and taken into account,” the company said, adding that “to date no substantial findings have been made” that required a correction of the financial statements for the previous three years.

“No evidence was found for the publicly raised allegations of balance sheet manipulation,” the company said.

Wirecard’s “third party partner business” has been a focus of the special audit. The FT has reported that in recent years half of Wirecard’s sales and a large proportion of its profits appeared to have been attributed to arrangements with just three obscure partner companies.

Staff referred to these partners as “third party acquirers”, payments industry jargon for a business licensed by the big payments networks, such as Visa and Mastercard, to help retailers accept credit card transactions. Wirecard has said it uses such partners when it lacks the ability to process payments in a particular country.
