Each unit consisted of one common share at a price of $0.65 and one share purchase warrant entitling Goldcorp to purchase one additional common share at a price of $1.00 per share if exercised prior April 27, 2008 and thereafter at a price of $1.30 per share if exercised prior to April 27, 2009. Cypress Development intends to utilize the proceeds of this private placement for exploration expenditures to be carried out on its Broulan Reef gold project in Red Lake, northwestern Ontario

&wills mir erstmal nur vormerken,
mal sehen wie die weitere Exploration verläuft.
(werd das jetzt wahrsch. öfter bei kleinen Unternehmen,

Antwort auf Beitrag Nr.: 34.211.890 von Popeye82 am 01.06.08 03:11:36Hab mir die Lage (Geographisch) von Cypress sowie die von HyLake im RedLake Gebiet mal angeschaut und bin dann auf den Entschluss gekommen, nach dem sich Goldcorp die ja bekanntlich die 2. Größten nach der Marketkap. an der Boerse sind, auch in diesem Gebiet befinden und laut deren letzter Pressemitteilung sich auch zukünftig stark an Startups in diesem Gebiet beteiligen wollen. Beide Explorer mit einer Einstiegsposition long im Depot zu halten.
