Mal sehen was die Zukunft bringt. Ich hoffe, daß man hier in weiterer Folge bei der Finanzierung der Mine kreativ ist und nicht oder nur wenig verwässern muß. Bei der Qualität (und Quantität) der Resource sollte es hoffentlich in Zukunft genug Interessenten geben.

Das gesamte Umfeldist auch besch*ssen.
Schaut man sich den Chart von der TSX der letzten Tage an, dann sieht man, das weder das Volumen noch solche Spruenge unnormal sind.

Wie sieht es bei Arianne mit undichten Stellen aus? Bin hier erst seit dem letzten Tief dabei - das heute ja pulverisiert wurde. Sickern hier üblicherweise vor offiziellen News Infos an Privilegierte durch? Wäre nicht das erste Mal, daß ich so etwas erlebe. Nur hätte ich Arianne nicht so eingeschätzt und außerdem ist mir das Volumen (obwohl heute überdurchschnittlich hoch) nicht wirklich hoch genug.

Hat sich schon mal jemand mit Glen Eagle Resources beschäftigt? Die Properties liegen in der gleichen Gegend wie die von Arianne (ich glaube 60km entfernt). Haben Lithium und eben Phosphate. Ist aber noch weit hinter Arianne zurück. Könnte interessant werden, ich werde mir die mal genauer anschaun.

The process was conducted jointly by Arianne Resources with assistance from the eco-advising chair of the University of Quebec at Chicoutimi (UQAC), and is in line with the company's sustainable development policy. The information sessions were carried out as part of a research project on participatory methods. The agenda for each session included a brief presentation on Lac a Paul by Bernard Lapointe, president of Arianne Resources, followed by a coffee forum discussion session led by the UQAC eco-advising chair. The informal discussion was incorporated to enable community participants to voice any concerns relating to the company's plans.
Management was pleased to receive positive feedback from area residents, including verbal indications of general support for the Lac a Paul mining project. Arianne Resources Inc. has released its initial findings of the Lac-a-Paul phosphate prefeasibility study conducted by Met-Chem Canada Inc. The study, in compliance with NI 43-101, considers the principal economic factors of building and operating the Lac-a-Paul phosphate rock mining project and selling apatite concentrate for production of phosphoric acid and fertilizer products. The project is located in the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region of Quebec with easy access to rail and the deepwater Port of Saguenay. The study, which will be posted on SEDAR and the Arianne website within the next 45 days, yielded encouraging results as summarized below.
Highlights of the prefeasibility study (in U.S. dollars):
Measured and indicated resources quadruple to 348 million tonnes of 6.50 per cent P2O5;
Additional inferred resources of 114 million tonnes at 5.46 per cent P2O5 are not included in the study;
Combined Paul and Manouane proven and probable mineral reserves now total 307 million tonnes at an average grade of 6.59 per cent P2O5 at an average stripping ratio of 0.83 (cut-off grade of 2.43 per cent P2O5);
Annual production to average two million tonnes of 38 per cent P2O5 apatite concentrate;
Twenty-five-year mine life at 33,000 tonnes per day with average mill recovery of 89 per cent;
Average price of $175 per tonne (comparable with 85 BPL FOB Russia which is currently sold at $223 per tonne);
Cash operating cost $98 per tonne concentrate (FOB rail Dolbeau-Mistassini);
Total direct capex cost: $454-million;
Indirect capex cost: $121-million and contingency: $74-million;
Total initial capex: $649-million;
Pretax internal rate of return: 19.2 per cent;
Pretax net present value (8 per cent): $684-million;

QUEBEC - With the recent filing of the 43-101 report and pre-feasibility study for its Lac a Paul phosphate project in the Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean area, owner Arianne Resources of Chicoutimi, QC, is contemplating the production of a 38% P2O5 apatite concentrate at a rate of 2 million or perhaps 3 million t/y.
The 43-101 report puts measured and indicated resources at 348 million tonnes grading 6.50% P2O5. There is also an inferred resource of 114 million tonnes at 5.46% P2O5. Combined reserves in the Paul and Manouane zones, both of which are amenable to open pit mining, are 207 million tonnes grading 6.59% P2O5.
Arianne is now studying the idea of upping the annual production to 3 million tonnes (50,000 t/d) from 33,000 t/d. The increased rate could be reached by committing in the neighbourhood of $775 million to the project, 20% higher than earlier figures. Recovery and sale of titanium in an ilmenite concentrate is also possible. A feasibility study including these options is due in Q2 2012.
The Lac a Paul project is operated by Canada Phosphate (CanadaPhosphate.com), a wholly owned subsidiary of Arianne (Arianne-inc.com).

- The Pre-Feasibility Study Update (PFSU) was completed. The report
confirms that a 3 million t/yr phosphate concentrate mine production
scenario will have a 23.2% IRR and a 3.9 year capital payback on a pre-
tax basis. These results do not include resource estimates for the
additional mineralization identified by drilling programs completed
since the end of 2011. That drilling confirmed the increased strike
length of Paul Zone mineralization from 1.3 km to 2.7 km.
-- Closed secured financing of $11 million with minimal dilution.
-- The Company launched its Feasibility Study (FS) by contracting with
Cegertec WorleyParsons. Significant progress has been made, with the
completed FS expected in the second half of 2013.
-- Metallurgical testing of Paul and Manouane Zone ores advanced
significantly. Jacobs Engineering has been contracted to validate all
previous metallurgical work and further optimize the design of the
proposed Lac-a-Paul facilities. Jacobs has received over 50 tons of ore
samples and is expected to complete bench scale testing by year end.
Completion of pilot scale testing and the final engineering report is
expected mid -2013.
-- Significant advances in the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) were
made with the preliminary version of the EIA expected to be submitted in
the first half of 2013.
-- A third round of meetings was held with local community members and
leaders of regional municipalities to inform them of progress with the

Arianne Resources Inc. (the "Company" or "Arianne") (TSX VENTURE: DAN)(FRANKFURT: JE9N)(OTCBB: DRRSF) announced today that it will seek shareholders' approval to change its name to "Arianne Phosphate Inc." at its next annual general meeting of shareholders in May, 2013 to recognize the focus of its activities on developing the world class Lac a Paul phosphate deposit. Such name change will also be subject to regulatory approval.
The Company also announced its intention to divest all non-phosphate exploration properties in order to focus exclusively on becoming a leading Canadian Phosphate producer. (the "Company" or "Arianne") (TSX VENTURE: DAN)(FRANKFURT: JE9N)(OTCBB: DRRSF) announced today that it will seek shareholders' approval to change its name to "Arianne Phosphate Inc." at its next annual general meeting of shareholders in May, 2013 to recognize the focus of its activities on developing the world class Lac a Paul phosphate deposit. Such name change will also be subject to regulatory approval.
The Company also announced its intention to divest all non-phosphate exploration properties in order to focus exclusively on becoming a leading Canadian Phosphate producer. The decision to sell these non-core assets is a logical step in Arianne's evolution and reflects the transition of the Company from exploration to mine development.

Ltd.
