UNDERWORLD INTERSECTS 9.2 G/T AU OVER 31.2 METERS AT WHITE GOLD PROPERTY

Underworld Resources Inc. has received the results from an additional four holes from the Golden Saddle zone and three additional holes from the Arc zone at the White Gold property, Yukon. At Golden Saddle, the highest-grade gold mineralization to date was encountered along strike to the northeast in hole WD09-47 (75-metre step-out). Highlights include:

WD09-43: 106.0 metres averaging 2.29 grams per tonne gold;
WD09-44: 56.1 metres averaging 3.91 grams per tonne gold;
WD09-47: 31.2 metres averaging 9.20 grams per tonne gold.

Habanero now one of the largest land holders next to Underworld‏



Habanero Resources Inc. (HAO.V) wishes to announce that it has been notified that 100 quartz claims to date have been registered in Habanero's name. These specific claims consist of two separate contiguous blocks in Stewart River Area of the Yukon. These claims are in close proximity to the recently announced discovery (May 27, 2009) by Underworld Resources Inc. that stated significant results returning grades of 3.94 g/t Au over 59.9 and 3.59 g/t Au over 98.3 metres. Management is planning to mobilize crews to start a detailed work program on these blocks in the near future. Management also anticipates the number of claims secured to date to increase in the future.

Habanero erwirbt im Yukon 100 quarzhaltige Claims

Das Unternehmen Habanero Resources Inc. ('Habanero') möchte mitteilen, daβ
bis zum heutigen Termin 100 quarzhaltige Claims auf den Namen der Gesellschaft
Habanero eingetragen wurden. Diese speziellen Claims bestehen aus zwei
verschiedenen, zusammenhängenden Blöcken im Gebiet des Flusses Stewart im Yukon.
Diese Claims befinden sich in nächster Nähe zu der vor kurzer Zeit (am 27. Mai
2009) mitgeteilten Entdeckung durch das Unternehmen Underworld Resources Inc.,
in der bedeutende Ergebnisse mit einem Gehalt von 3,94 g/t Gold über eine Länge
von 59,9 Metern und 3,59 g/t Gold über eine Länge von 98,3 Metern festgestellt
wurden. Die Leitung des Unternehmens hat deshalb vor, Arbeitsmannschaften
aufzustellen, damit bereits in allernächster Zeit in diesen beiden Landblöcken
mit einem detailllierten Arbeitsprogramm begonnen werden kann. Die Leitung des

Acquire Silver Project
in the Yukon


Habanero Resources Inc. ("Habanero") (TSX VENTURE: HAO.V) (PINK SHEETS: HBNRF.PK) (FRANKFURT: HRJ.F) wishes to announce that it has entered into an option agreement with Misty Creek Ventures Ltd. ("Misty Creek") to acquire 100% of the Haldane Silver Prospect located in Yukon Canada. The Haldane Silver Property consists of 99 contiguous quartz mineral claims comprising approximately 1,950 ha. (4,818 ac.)

The Haldane Property is a structurally controlled, silver vein prospect located within the Keno Hill silver district in the central Yukon. Between 1921 and 1988, the Keno Hill silver district produced more than 217 million ounces of silver with average grades of 40.5 ounces per ton silver, 5.6 per cent lead and 3.1 per cent zinc (Yukon government's Minfile database). The historical production grades would rank Keno Hill in the top 3 per cent by grade of today's global silver producers. The Keno Hill district is the second-largest historical silver producer in Canada. The Haldane property is well situated about 25 kilometres west of the main Keno Hill deposits. Mineralization is controlled by northerly trending structures, and consists of galena, sphalerite and tetrahedrite-tennantite in quart-siderite gangue. The best mineralization found to date occurs where the mineralized structures cut the Keno Hill quartzite unit, below the Robert Service Thrust. This is almost identical to the setting for mineralization at the main Keno Hill deposits. Any historical data presented here is not necessarily representative of this prospect itself. Habanero plans to file a 43-101 report once completed.

In order to exercise the option, Habanero shall make the cash payments to Misty Creek, issue common shares to Misty Creek and complete the required exploration expenditures:

Cash Payments:
$10,000 on the Closing Date
$250,000 on the 4th Anniversary of the Closing Date ("Closing Date" means the date of final acceptance from the Exchange with respect to the Transaction);

Share Payments:
100,000 Habanero shares on the Closing Date
100,000 Habanero shares on 1st Anniversary of the Closing Date
200,000 Habanero shares on 2nd Anniversary of the Closing Date
200,000 Habanero shares on 3rd Anniversary of the Closing Date
1,000,000 Habanero shares on 4th Anniversary of the Closing Date


Exploration Expenditures:

Habanero shall complete a cumulative total of $4,000,000 in exploration expenditures over the Option period, according to the following schedule:


$150,000 in exploration expenditures prior to the date that is the 1st Anniversary of Closing;

a further $350,000 in cumulative exploration expenditures prior to the date that is the 2nd Anniversary of Closing;

a further $1,500,000 in cumulative exploration expenditures prior to the date that is the 3rd Anniversary of Closing; and

a further $2,000,000 in cumulative exploration expenditures prior to the date that is the 4th Anniversary of Closing.

Upon completion of the Option, Misty Creek will retain a three percent (3%) NSR on the Property. Habanero can purchase up to two-thirds (2%) of the NSR at any time prior to commercial production by paying Misty Creek $1.5 million for each one-third (1%) of the NSR it purchases.

This option is subject to regulatory approval.

- Habanero Resources Inc. This new acquisition lies directly south of the recent discovery by Imperial Metals Corporation.

Imperial Metals Corporation's Red Chris copper/gold property in BC has returned significant results including hole RC09-350 which returned 152.5 metres grading 4.12 per cent copper and 8.83 grams per tonne gold starting at a depth of 540.0 metres. (Reported November 9, 2009)

According to the National Post article from November 11, 2009... "Obviously, some spectacular drill results," said Chris Thompson, an analyst at Haywood Securities Inc. The results are part of a program testing deep-level mineralization at Red Chris in the hope of eventually adding an underground mine to the current open-pit plan, which contains minable reserves of 276 tonnes of ore grading 0.349 per cent copper and 0.266 grams per tonne of gold. "The high-grade results returned below 540 metres add to the evolving model of a larger and higher grade deposit at depth."

("Pan Orient"), der 53,2-Prozent-Eigentümer von Andora Energy Corporation hat am 31. März 2010 seine Beurteilung gemäß National-Instrument 51-101 über das Schweröl-Projekt bei Sawn Lake, Alberta, Kanada mit den Bewertungs-Maßstäben der DeGolyer und MacNaughton veröffentlicht.

Sawn Lake, Alberta Project, Zusammenfassung und Highlights:

 Andora hat die kommerzielle Erlaubnis für einen Steam Assisted Gravity Drainage (SAGD), Wiederherstellungsprozess im Rahmen des Oil Sands Conversation Act aus dem Energy Resources Conversation Board (ERCB) und die Genehmigung durch die Regierung von Alberta im Rahmen des Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act (EPEA) erhalten. Habanero erwarb 700.000 Aktien von Andora für 350.000 Dollar. Im September 2006 bot Pan Orient an, die Anteile für Bargeld und Aktien von Pan Orient im Gesamtwert von 1,25 Dollar je Aktie zurück zukaufen. Habanero lehnte dieses Angebot jedoch ab.

("Habanero") (TSX VENTURE:HAO)(PINK SHEETS:HBNRF)(FRANKFURT:HRJ) wishes to announce that it has acquired all the Oilsands assets of one of its former partners (the "Company") within the Alberta Oilsands. Habanero acquired the following leases:

1. The Company held a 50% interest in Oil Sands Lease number 7407020015 located in the Athabasca Oil Sands of Alberta, below the top of the Viking formation to the base of the Woodbend Group, and is 512 hectares. Habanero now has a 100% interest in this lease.

2. The Company held a 5% interest in Oil Sands Lease number 740706373 located in the Athabasca Oil Sands of Alberta, below the top of the Viking formation to the base of the Woodbend Group, and is 2,560 hectares. Habanero now has a 100% interest in this lease.

3. The Company held a 5% interest in Oil Sands Lease number 740706374 located in the Athabasca Oil Sands of Alberta, below the top of the Viking formation to the base of the Woodbend Group, and is 3,072 hectares. Habanero now has a 100% interest in this lease.

4. The Company held a 5% interest in Oil Sands Lease number 7407070281 located in the Athabasca Oil Sands of Alberta, below the top of the Viking formation to the base of the Woodbend Group, and is 1,024 hectares. Habanero now has a 100% interest in this lease.

5. The Company held a 4% working interest in a 120 hectare block of land located in the Athabasca Oil Sands region of Alberta, Canada. This land comprises of half the Leismer lease, Section 19, Township 77, Range 9, W4M-1-256, referred to as the Leismer Oil Sands Prospect. Habanero now has 24% working interest of this lease.

6. The Company held a 5% working interest in three oil sands leases in the Muskwa area of Alberta comprising of 1,024 hectares for $473,856. The Muskwa Leases are located at Leismer lease Section 5, Township 78, Range 8W4-1-256; Leismer lease Section 11, Township 78, Range 9W4-1-256; and Muskwa Sections 12 & 13, Township 86, Range 25W4-2-512. Habanero now has 30% working interest of these leases.

(TSX: PNP), announces that on May 27, 2010, it acquired ownership of 1,000,000 common shares ("Common Shares") and 1,000,000 common share purchase warrants (the "Warrants") of Habanero Resources Inc. ("Habanero"). Each Warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one additional common share at a price of $0.15 until May 27, 2012. In the event that the Warrants are fully exercised, these holdings represent approximately 2.3% of the total issued and outstanding common shares of Habanero as of May 27, 2010, calculated on a partially diluted basis assuming the exercise of the Warrants only. Habanero Hires Driller for Yukon Silver Prospect

Habanero Resources Inc. ("Habanero") (TSX VENTURE: HAO.V) (PINK SHEETS: HBNRF.PK) (FRANKFURT: HRJ.F) wishes to announce that it has contracted Dorado Drilling to drill the Haldane Silver Prospect in the Keno Hill Silver District of the Yukon. Drilling is anticipated to commence shortly.

Jason Gigliotti, President of Habanero stated, "This is a very exciting time for Habanero. We are about to commence a drill program for the first time in three years in one of the largest historic silver producing regions in the world. According to government officials from the Yukon, they expect this year to be one of the most active drill seasons in many years. Habanero has two projects located in two of the most focused upon regions in the Yukon. The Haldane Sliver Project is located near Alexco Resources Corp., which is expected to go into production later this year on its Bellekeno mine. Our other Yukon prospect borders Underworld Resources Inc. and is the closest property to their actual discovery. Recently, Underworld agreed to a friendly takeover from Kinross. Our White Gold Prospect also lies directly north the recent discovery made by Kaminak Gold Corp., who just announced 17.1 grams per tonne or 15.5 metres of gold.”

The Haldane Property is a structurally controlled, silver vein prospect located within the Keno Hill silver district in the central Yukon. Between 1921 and 1988, the Keno Hill silver district produced more than 217 million ounces of silver with average grades of 40.5 ounces per ton silver, 5.6 per cent lead and 3.1 per cent zinc (Yukon government's Minfile database). The historical production grades would rank Keno Hill in the top 3 per cent by grade of today's global silver producers. The Keno Hill district is the second-largest historical silver producer in Canada. The Haldane property is well situated about 25 kilometres west of the main Keno Hill deposits. Mineralization is controlled by northerly trending structures, and consists of galena, sphalerite and tetrahedrite-tennantite in quart-siderite gangue. The best mineralization found to date occurs where the mineralized structures cut the Keno Hill quartzite unit, below the Robert Service Thrust. This is almost identical to the setting for mineralization at the main Keno Hill deposits. Any historical data presented here is not necessarily representative of this prospect itself. Habanero plans to file a NI 43-101 report once completed. Haldane Silver Prospect is approximately 7,150 contiguous acres.

Historic data indicated production of 24.7 tonnes of sorted ore grading 3101.7 g/t silver on the Middlecoff Zone (1919) with later drilling returning 2,790.8 g/t over 1.2 metres. On the Johnson Adit, historic data states production of 2.1 tonnes of sorted ore grading 4602.1 g/t silver (1926-27), and a 2008 surface float sample assayed 955 g/t silver, 16 g/t gold. Other historic showings throughout the property had anomalous rock samples up to 6,208.3 g/t silver. The historic data was compiled pre NI 43-101 reporting, therefore they cannot be relied upon.

The first phase of the 2010 drill program is designed to test the Mt Haldane vein System on the north side of Bighorn Creek where up to 5 parallel, mineralized structures are indicated by surface trenching and underground workings. This will be achieved by a fence of two drill holes on the Johnson Adit section for a total of approximately 500 metres drilling. On the south side of Bighorn Creek, drilling will test for down dip extensions of the vein and breccia mineralization in the adits on the Middlecoff Showing. This will be done with one focused drill hole of approximately 125-150 metres.

Permitting is in progress to open road access to the property to facilitate the next phase of drilling. The first phase is anticipated to take between 10 to 14 days.

The Haldane Property is a structurally controlled, silver vein prospect located within the Keno Hill silver district in the central Yukon. Habanero Successfully Intersects Mineralized Targets with Drill Program In Keno Hill Silver District of the Yukon

Habanero Resources Inc. ("Habanero") (TSX VENTURE: HAO.V) (PINK SHEETS: HBNRF.PK) (FRANKFURT: HRJ.F) wishes to announce the drill program on the Haldane Silver Prospect in the Keno Hill Silver district of the Yukon has now been successfully completed. In all, 400.5 metres in three holes were drilled. A total of 116 core samples, including 5% duplicate and blank samples for quality control and assurance, plus 7 surface rock samples have been submitted to the ALS Chemex Labs preparation facility. Analytical results are anticipated in 2-3 weeks. The next phase of drilling is being planned now with more details to follow after the assays are received.

Murray Jones, PGeo, of Equity Exploration Consultants Ltd., who oversaw the drill program stated, “Drilling at the Haldane project successfully intersected several of the hoped for altered and mineralized structures that control mineralization within the Mt Haldane vein system. We are encouraged by the geology of the holes and look forward to the assays on this highly prospective silver project.”

Historic data within the Haldane Silver Prospect indicated production of 24.7 tonnes of sorted ore grading 3101.7 g/t silver on the Middlecoff Zone (1919) with later drilling returning 2,790.8 g/t over 1.2 metres. On the Johnson Adit, historic data states production of 2.1 tonnes of sorted ore grading 4602.1 g/t silver (1926-27), and a 2008 surface float sample assayed 955 g/t silver, 16 g/t gold. Other historic showings throughout the property had anomalous rock samples up to 6,208.3 g/t silver. The historic data was compiled pre NI 43-101 reporting, therefore they cannot be relied upon.

The Haldane Property is a structurally controlled, silver vein prospect located within the Keno Hill silver district in the central Yukon. Beaufield Resources News Release:


OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Jan. 13, 2011) - Beaufield Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:BFD - News) will resume drilling of its 100% owned Tortigny project early next week. Eleven holes and 2,085 metres of a 10,000 metre program were completed before Christmas. Four holes have been logged and assayed. It is anticipated that results from the first four holes will be reported before the end of January 2011. Beaufield anticipates that the drill program will be completed in April 2011.

Preliminary results from a recently completed Airborne Gravity Gradiometer survey have been received. A detailed interpretation of regional airborne MEGATEM and magnetic data owned by Beaufield is underway. Several new exploration targets have been selected for ground geophysical follow up and drilling.

Beaufield owns a 100% interest in 879 claims or 430 square kilometres in the Schefferville iron district and is adjacent to New Millenium Capital Corp (NML.V), Champion Minerals Inc. (CHM.T) and Labrador Iron Mines Holding Ltd. (LIM.T). Airborne magnetic and gravity gradiometer surveying has been completed and a detailed interpretation leading to iron and zinc target definition is underway. This property is contiguous to property already held by Habanero (the Lezai Gold Prospect, announced October 1, 2010). This would now bring Habanero's contiguous acreage to approximately 46,800 acres bordering Beaufield Resources Inc.'s (BFD-TSX.V) Tortigny Prospect, approximately 125 kilometres northwest of Chibougamou, Quebec. Management is anticipating a work program to commence on this prospect in the coming months. Terms of the option are $15,000 in cash and 3 million common shares upon regulatory approval and an additional 3 million common shares within 15 months of closing the transaction. From Alexco news release of Nov. 11, 2009, "the Bellekeno silver deposit contains an indicated resource estimated at 401,000 tonnes grading 921 grams per tonne silver, 9.4 per cent lead and 6.5 per cent zinc, of which 321,941 tonnes containing an estimated 871 grams per tonne silver, 9.5 per cent lead and 5.6 per cent zinc on a payable-metals basis are included in the initial mine plan. The deposit remains open down dip and downplunge, and underground definition and exploration drilling to expand the minable resource is currently under way in parallel with mine development activities.

Once complete, the Bellekeno mine will operate at 250 tonnes per day, supplying feed to a conventional flotation mill, producing up to 12,000 tonnes of lead-silver concentrate per year and 8,400 tonnes of zinc concentrate annually, and generating up to 2.8 million ounces of silver per year. Initial silver grades in 2010 and 2011 are expected to be approximately 1,000 grams per tonne. The mine and mill operations will employ approximately 120 people and are expected to directly invest more than $25-million annually for labor, materials and supplies in the Yukon."

HALDANE SILVER, YUKON



- Historic data indicates 24.7 tonnes of sorted ore grading 3101.7 g/t silver and 2,790.8 g/t over 1.2 metres. And 2.1 tonnes of sorted ore grading 4602.1 g/t silver and a 2008 surface float sample assayed 955 g/t silver and 16 g/t gold. Other historic showings throughout the property had anomalous rock samples up to 6,208.3 g/t silver (non 43-101 compliant)



- Approximately 7,150 contiguous acres in one of the most prolific silver producing regions in Canada



- The project was brought to Habanero by Equity Exploration Consultants Ltd who are a very respected geological firm
