Was mich insbesondere interessieren würde:

Quelle: www.stockwatch.com
Dazu lohnen zwei Vergleiche:

***
Wechsel an die dt. Börse in Frankfurt und den heutigen Umsatz:
Liest der Verkäufer zu € 0,568 hier eigentlich mit?
Hast Du verstanden, was ich hier geschrieben habe?

Kobex Minerals (TSX: KXM / WKN A0YBWM)

http://bigcharts.marketwatch.com/charts/big.chart?frames=1&s…

http://isht.comdirect.de/html/detail/ticklist/index.html?sSy…

Up to You!

Rund. 8,3 Mio.

2.3 Million Ounces of Gold grading 0.31 g/t
1.4 Billion Pounds of Copper grading 0.28%
Gold bei 1240 $/oz ca. 40 $/g, 0,31 g also 12,40 $.
Kupfer ca. 6 pound zu 3 $ also 18 $.
Und nicht alles ist gewinnbar. Also Erlös, wenn alles gut geht, 25 $/t.

Dear Mr. ....
Thank you for your email asking what direction the company sees itself on.
We appreciate many of our shareholders have waited a long time to see the
company get into a new project.
We want to put your money to work and the sooner the better. But we also
want to make sure that any opportunity we put your money into has a good
chance of being a good investment and a real mine.
Since the amalgamation on Sept 30, 2009 we have reviewed about 80 properties
- about 3 a week. Of those 80, 5 were advanced beyond office evaluation and
had site visits or more detailed discussions or negotiations.
Shareholders, and other interested parties, like groups who offer us
properties, often ask what we are looking for. Our strategy is 'to acquire,
advance and develop known deposits, which have the potential, to be large,
and with low operating costs, in places that have an acceptable risk'
We believe that success with this strategy would see our shareholders well
rewarded.
Our commodity scan is gold, copper or uranium - and any other commodity
where the opportunity brought to us stands a real chance of being a real
mine.
As you can see from the above we have been busy looking for something that
fits our strategy. These sorts of properties are difficult to find. From
our work we more often see properties that need high, long term commodity
prices to make sense rather than properties with a strong potential to be a
significant mine.
There are a few good properties that we become aware of and we chase them
when that happens. We are confident that suitable opportunities do exist,
but appreciate the frustration shareholders have at nothing being announced
yet.
We appreciate your continued patience and can assure you we are eager to put
the Company's money to work as quickly as possible on a project that meets
our goals and strategy.
Thank you very much for you email and interest in Kobex Minerals Inc.

Dear Sir or Madam,
my name is ..., I am a long term shareholder of your company,
living in Germany. Since approximatly 2 years I am holding the shares of
your company, basically since the last moly project which unfortunatelly
didn`t work out.
Since that time I am constantly waiting for further results. Nothing
speacial happend in the last 12 month...and I am not sure if I invested in
the right company. I know you are capable people working to get a highly
profitable project but I was wondering how much longer it will take.
I would apprechiate a short review or statement about the current situation
and at what point we, as investors, could count with further
results/newsflows - showing a direction where Kobex Minerals will end
up...or at least where our goals are.
I am looking forward to your answer.
Kind regards

Thank you for your November 16th E-Mail asking about progress the company is making in achieving its strategy of securing a mineral property which has the potential to be large and with low operating costs in places that have an acceptable risk.
We are continuing to evaluate a steady flow of opportunities which are brought to our attention. As mentioned in our earlier E-Mail to you, quality ore bodies are difficult to secure, particularly during this period of high commodity prices. However, when we identify properties that meet out target, we enter into more detailed discussions with owners to confirm our impressions of the property and to determine whether purchase is possible.
We are continuing our search and we continue our detailed discussions on selected properties. As you point out in your E-Mail, to date, we have not made an announcement on a new project, but will as soon as we have entered into an agreement on a property. I would also note that while not new, Kobex does hold the zinc-lead Mel and Barb properties in the Yukon. We believe the Yukon has become a positive location for the minerals industry and are currently reviewing our plans for these properties.
I appreciate your patience and frustration as a long term shareholder. I would like to assure you we are working hard to secure a suitable property for the company and one that we believe will reward the shareholders.
Thank you very much for your E-Mail and continued interest in the Company.
Yours truly,
Kobex Minerals Inc.

Dear Sir or Madam,
just a couple month ago I sent you an email with some questions about the current status. I believe it was in June this year. However since that email - you explained that you are reviewing some properties and evaluate the offered properties matching your demands – nothing really happened.
I invested in your company – quite a large amount of money – because of your cabable and well-known management. I stick with your shares for more than 3 years now and nothing really seems to improve for 2 years now.
I would appreciate if you could sent some information about the current status and when you plan to come up with a new property – resources and a time frame. I know that you can`t give insider information however I would like to know where we are going and how long approximately it can take to announce THE NEW KOBEX with NEW PROJECTS.
I am looking forward to hear from you soon – either as email answer or (even better) with a proper new release about a serious change.
Have a great day and
Kind regards

Kobex Confirms Transfer of Insider Position and Provides Update
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 02/23/11 -- Kobex Minerals Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: KXM)(NYSE Amex: KXM) announces pursuant to the press release made by the Rule Family Trust (the "Trust") on February 17, 2011, the Trust has transferred its insider share position of the Company to Sprott Inc. ("Sprott") as part of its recent Share Purchase Agreement with Sprott. The Trust held 8,208,393 common shares in the Company or 17.85% of the Company's outstanding common shares as at the date of the transfer.
The Company is well funded and continues to carefully review a number of advanced projects that meet its criteria of established resources, competitive costs, and significant exploration potential. As part of its review, the Company is also re-evaluating the strategy on two of its existing properties, the Mel property and the Barb property, both situated near Watson Lake in southeast Yukon, an area that has recently been the focus of considerable exploration interest. These properties were owned, and previously disclosed, by International Barytex Resources Ltd. ("IBX"), one of the predecessor companies to Kobex Minerals Inc. that was formed by the business combination in 2009.
The 100% owned Mel zinc-lead-barite property consists of 257 claims and is located in the Watson Lake Mining District of Yukon. As previously disclosed by IBX, the Main Mel Zone was the focus of a 48 hole program that resulted in an Indicated Mineral Resource of 6.78 million tonnes of 7.1% zinc, 2.03% lead and 54.69% barite. The Main Zone remains open to depth.
The wholly owned Barb property consists of 31 claims and is located approximately 100 km north of the town of Watson Lake. Two mineralized zones have been identified on the property, the Matt Berry and the Money zones. A historic resource for the Matt Berry zone was estimated at 588,000 tons grading 6.5% Lead, 4.6% Zinc and 3 ounces per short ton silver by a predecessor company in 1977 using resource categories that are not compliant with NI 43-101 standards. As such it should not be relied upon and serves only as an indication of the property potential. A portion of the historic estimate is considered to be equivalent to an Inferred Resource. No further estimates have been made on the Matt Berry zone since the 1977 estimate. A Qualified Person has not performed sufficient work to classify the historic estimate as current Mineral Resources and the Company is not treating the historic estimate as current Mineral Resource.
Both the Mel and Barb properties have geophysical targets that warrant drill testing and the Company is reviewing its alternatives for these properties in light of the Yukon's current favourable exploration climate.
Mr. Leo King, P. Geo, consultant, and qualified person under the meaning of National Instrument NI43-101, reviewed and approved the technical information in this release.

"Thank you for your email of October 21 asking about Kobex's activities.
Since our last correspondence we have continued to actively look at later stage opportunities for the company to acquire.
While the Confidentiality Agreements we have signed with sellers prevents us from giving specific details, I can related to you that year to date in 2011 we have reviewed in excess of 30 opportunities. The commodities ranged from gold to iron ore and included countries in North and South America, Africa, Eastern Europe and SE Asia.
We have also continued to work on existing information on the Mel property which is located in Canadas Yukon territory and 100% owned by Kobex.
While we are disappointed that we have not yet secured a flagship property for the shareholders I would like to reassure you that we actively pursue opportunities we become aware of while keeping tight control of costs.
We believe that being disciplined in our reviews will ultimately lead to the shareholders being rewarded but appreciate the frustration this creates in the meantime.
Thank you once more for your email. We hope the above explains what the company is doing to increase shareholder value. Thank you also for your patience."

Dear Mr. .......,
Thank you for your recent email asking about the Company’s progress in acquiring a project.
Since the amalgamation of Kobex Resources Ltd., IMA Exploration Inc. and International Barytex Resources Ltd. in September 2009 to form Kobex Minerals Inc., the Company has been actively pursuing mineral property acquisition opportunities. We understand the frustration of our shareholders and appreciate the patience they have had over this time.
The Company continues to look for opportunities that will reward our shareholders. In addition to a major acquisition, the Company also holds 100% of the Mel and Barb zinc-lead properties in Yukon Territory, Canada. As noted in our news releases, the Company is reviewing its alternatives for the properties given their exploration potential and the Territories favourable exploration climate. The Mel and Barb properties are described in some detail in our publicly filed documents available on the Company’s website.
Once more we understand the frustration and appreciate your patience.
Many thanks for your interest in the Company,
Megan Carlson

Kobex Announces 2012 Mel Exploration Program and Files Quarterly Financial Results
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 05/04/12 -- Kobex Minerals Inc. ("Kobex" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: KXM)(NYSE Amex: KXM) is pleased to announce its intention to carry out a drilling and soil geochemical sampling program on its 100% owned Yukon Territory Mel Zinc-Lead- Barite property during the 2012 exploration field season.
The program consists of 1245 meters (3 holes) of diamond drilling on the Main Mel, Jeri, and Mel East zones. The purpose of the drilling is to test down dip continuity to mineralization on the Main Mel zone and test geophysical targets located in favourable geology and below previously identified zinc-lead mineralization at the Jeri and Mel East zones. The Main Mel zone has a previously reported Indicated Mineral Resource of 6.78 million tonnes of 7.1% zinc, 2.03% lead and 54.69% barite.
In addition to the drill program a detailed soil geochemical survey will be carried out to further test four previously identified zinc-lead geochemical anomalies located within favourable geology on strike to the north of the Jeri North zone.
The Mel property consists of 257 claims located 80 kilometres N-NE of Watson Lake, Yukon Territory and approximately 50 kilometres off the Alaska Highway.
The deposit is hosted in sediments occurring in an anticlinal structure with mineralization resting on a cryptograined limestone and overlain by a distinctive argillite unit.
A.L. Hills, President states, "Over the past year Kobex has completed a data compilation, review and re-interpretation of existing drill hole information on the Mel. We concluded that given its favourable location in the Yukon, the growing global interest in zinc, current Indicated Mineral Resource and exploration potential of this 100% owned property that it made sense to advance our understanding of the Mel with this exploration program.
"Kobex currently has approximately 37 million dollars in its treasury and while carrying out the 2012 Mel exploration program the Company will continue to look for acquisition opportunities in line with its strategy of acquiring advanced projects that meet its criteria of established resources, competitive costs, and significant exploration potential".
On other matters, the Company's unaudited condensed consolidated interim financial statements for the first quarter ended March 31, 2012 have been filed with the Securities Exchange Commission and on www.SEDAR.com. These financial statements are available on the Company's website at http://www.kobexminerals.com where information on the wholly-owned MEL property is also shown.
Mr. Leo King, PGeo, consultant, and qualified person under the meaning of National Instrument NI43-101, reviewed and approved the technical information in this release.

Mr. Alfred Hills reports
KOBEX SIGNS MOU ON INDONESIAN NICKEL LATERITE PROPERTY
Kobex Minerals Inc. has signed a memorandum of understanding to acquire the exclusive right to negotiate for the acquisition of an 85-per-cent indirect interest in a nickel laterite property on the island of Sulawesi, Indonesia.
The MOU is between Kobex and Geologic Systems Ltd. ("Geologic"), a private B.C. company, which holds the exclusive right to negotiate by Nov 20, 2012 a definitive agreement for the acquisition of an 85% interest in PT. Citra Lampia Mandiri ("CLM"), a private Indonesian company. CLM holds an exploration and an exploitation licence (IUP) on the Lampia property totaling about 10,000 hectares.
The Lampia property has in excess of 676 drillholes, indicating the near surface presence of nickel rich limonite and saprolite horizons. Development of the property had commenced anticipating the export of unprocessed ore but was halted with the enactment in May 2012 of Mining Regulations restricting exports to domestically processed value-added products. Prior to these export restrictions Indonesia was a significant supplier of nickel laterite ore to China for use as feedstock in the production of nickel pig iron, a low nickel grade iron alloy used extensively in China for the production of stainless steel.
Geologic has a binding Letter of Intent ("LOI") with PT. Asia Pacific Mining Resources ("APMR") which allows Geologic to acquire APMR's 85% interest in CLM by negotiating a definitive agreement with APMR having the following cash payments:
2.5 M USD on signing a definitive agreement on or before Nov 20, 2012
4.0 M USD on or before the start of project construction
5.0 M USD on or before the start of commercial production
30.0 M USD within the first 3 years of commercial production.
A royalty of 1.75 USD/dry tonne ore processed
The MOU between Kobex and Geologic assigns to Kobex Geologic's right to negotiate and to enter into a definitive agreement based on the following cash payments and issue of shares to Geologic.
$25,000 CDN on signing of the MOU
$25,000 CDN and 2 million Kobex shares on Kobex signing a definitive agreement with APMR
3 million Kobex shares on or before the start of construction following the cash payment to APMR
3 million Kobex shares or before the start of commercial production following the cash payment to APMR.
Under the MOU Kobex can, without obligation, terminate its interest at any time.
Kobex has commenced technical, commercial and legal due diligence and the negotiation of a definitive agreement with APMR.
Any definitive agreement will be subject to conditions for the benefit of Kobex, including acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange and entering into satisfactory arrangements with the owner of the remaining 15% interest in CLM.
