Ein wenig überholt dieser Link, den du da aufgegabelt hast. Stans wird erwähnt, aber nicht unbedingt empfohlen. Was er ausdrücklich empfiehlt, ist GWMG und natürlich alles was in seinen Augen die USA zu einem "self-sufficient in critical rare-earth metals" Produzenten macht. Also konsequenterweise UCORE, Rare Element Resources’ bzw. MCP.
