Der WTB Insoverwalter hat früher mal einen thailändischen Staatsjet gepfändet.
Aber bequemer ginge es sicherlich die Centerra Shares an der TSX zu pfänden.

Antwort auf Beitrag Nr.: 47.265.096 von IllePille am 05.07.14 12:54:19das würde ich auch nicht wollen, dass die Regierung einlenkt und Stans auf alles zum wohle eines JV oder so verzichtet ...dann hätte ich die Befürchtung, dass der ganze Zirkus in einem Jahr wieder losgeht... Erst mal das Geld kassieren ... dann z.B. woanders investieren und mindestens die Hälfte an die Shareholder auszahlen. Dann kann man gerne mit der KG-Regierung wieder verhandeln.

Stans Energy is open to continuing dialogue and negotiations to resolve the situation surrounding Kutessay II. Now that the conclusion to the legal proceedings is in place, the parameters to an amicable solution are clearly defined. desweiteren muss auch noch das "Economic Court" Ende September eine Antwort senden.
The Economic Court was requested by the Kyrgyz Republic to provide a ruling on the interpretation of Article 11 of the Moscow Convention. The Court opted for an advisory opinion. As this is an advisory opinion only, it is not enforceable as a legal ruling even within the Commonwealth of Independent States (“CIS"). It is not binding on the Tribunal or the Courts outside the CIS. A hearing on this matter has been set for the end of September 2014.

The Court ruled that the Tribunal did in fact have jurisdiction in the matter and dismissed the Kyrgyz claim in favour of Stans.

Antwort auf Beitrag Nr.: 47.263.242 von Grawshak am 04.07.14 19:27:34Stans kann im Moment nichts weiter tun. Der Ball liegt nun bei der Kyrgyz Republic, die sich zu dieser Entscheidung des Arbitration Court äußern muss. Erst danach kann Stans weitere Schritte ins Auge fassen.

den nächsten grösseren Wiederstand sehe ich bei um die 0,3 CAD. Vielleicht spart man sich ne positive Meldung auf um den Kurs hier leichter drüber zu heben?
