Headline Facts

The company currently has 2,021,000oz JORC classified gold equivalent resource and is focusing on the exploration and development of multiple gold and silver projects within Central America. It has secured 100% ownership on a number of licenses within Nicaragua and El Salvador and has recently hired another drill at it's flagship La India operation, where
B2 Gold are partners and own a 20% stake in the project. The company recently announced that it had increased the La India gold resource to 1,029,000 ounces of gold at a grade of 6.4 grams per tonne (290,000 at 7.6 grams in the indicated category and 698,000 ounces at 6 grams inferred, combined with 41,000 ounces of gold on the Cacao vein).

Condor raised £3m cash on April 11th 2011 via a private placing at 9p per share with Macquarie Bank, who will hold a 6.34% stake in the company. The money will be used to fund an aggressive drilling campaign at La India, where the company's confident gold reserves can be increased to over 2 million oz. Mark Child believes the company's gold in the ground could be worth around $250 per oz once drilling is finished and the surveys completed.


Main Opportunities in 2011

Unfreezing of El Salvador assets

Increase in resources La India in Q3 2011 after drilling programme. The current JORC reserves of around 1 million oz is from just six veins. There are at least another 13 veins that are yet to be drilled. and SRK have found one vein recently that runs parallel to the important India vein that still hosts 400,000 oz despite having had c.300,000 oz already mined from it. The 1 million oz resource in the District has been calculated based mainly from the historical Russian/ Canadian drilling which went to an average depth of 150m. It is believed that the epithermal 'boiling zone' goes down to depths of 400m. CNR will drill to those depths in H2 2011 and if the theory is correct there is the possibility that the resource could be doubled. So 1 million x 3 x 2 = 6 million oz.

The currently defined section of the Andrea vein in El Rodeo (possibly 10km long) is highly likely to host at least 0.5 million oz and that will also be drilled during H2 2011. Excluding the Santa Barbara and Real de La Cruz concessions the rest of the District may well host 6.5 million oz of high grade gold. This region hosts 'bonanza-type low sulphidation epithermal veining', so called because the area is criss-crossed with gold bearing veins.

There is 14,000m of trenching that has already been completed in the La India district (mostly by the Russians/previous companies). It is a'drill ready' project. This means that CNR know exactly where to drill (i.e beneath the high grade trenches) in order to get the most out of their drilling limiting cash burn.

La India Project in Nicaragua Drilling Update

Highlights:

-- 8,445m drilled in 2011. Assay results for further 3,221m for La India Project

-- Drilling on La India Vein has confirmed the presence of the parallel California Vein with 3.4m at 3.24g/t gold from 175.5m only 75m from the La India Vein.

-- Drilling on Arizona Vein returned a high grade intercept of 6.3m at 3.65g/t gold from 158.5m including 2.1m at 7.99g/t gold from 162.7m below the old workings.

-- Drilling on TACA Veins on western and central areas returned narrow high grade up to 0.6m at 5.23g/t gold & from 66.8m, further drilling is required to ascertain whether these represent the edges of high grade shoots.

-- Drilling on San Lucas-Capulin Vein returned a high grade intercept of 4.5m at 3.82g/t Au from 42m including 0.65m at 19.5g/t Au from 45.85m.

Condor (AIM: CNR) is pleased to report that since the previous drill update on La India Project on 18(th) July 2011 the Company has completed a further 18 drill holes for 3285m of drilling for a total of 57 drill holes for 8445m drilled so far this year out of a 20,000m drill programme. Assay results have been received for 49 out of the 57 holes drilled to date accounting for 7,197m of drilling (including two holes with only partial assay results received), with the remainder pending from the assay laboratory. With the inclusion of assay results that were pending at the time of the last announcement, the drill results in this announcement cover 23 drill holes.

Re-opening of Zopilote Adit on La India Project in Nicaragua

Highlights:

-- Zopilote Adit runs for 400m perpendicular to the main La India Vein, which hosts a JORC resource of 400,000 oz gold @ 6.9g/t.

-- Seven separate gold veins identified in the Zopilote Adit in 1997 by TVX Gold are not included in the 1,029,000 oz gold @ 5.4g/t JORC resource on La India Project.

-- Re-sampling of hanging wall veins in Zopilote Adit will provide better information on orientation and mineralized structure.

-- Current drilling either side of the Zopilote Adit aimed at confirming a series of parallel veins in La India Valley that don't outcrop at surface.

Condor (AIM: CNR), is pleased to announce that work is underway to re-open the Zopilote Adit in the historic La India Gold Mine in Nicaragua. The Zopilote Adit was driven perpendicular from the La India Vein for at least 400m into the hanging wall rock at some time prior to mine closure in 1956. Underground channel sampling of the adit by TVX Gold of Canada in 1997 identified seven separate gold mineralised veins along a 260m wide interval, mapped as occurring in veins parallel and at an acute angle to the main La India Vein, including significant intercepts of 2m at 2.9g/t gold from 40.6m, 1.1m at 17.6g/t gold from 84m, and 1m at 3.8g/t gold from 173.14m from the adit portal. As soon as the adit is stabilised Condor's geologists will re-sample the mineralised veins in order to verify the TVX data and obtain first-hand information on the structure and orientation, and texture of the gold mineralised structures. Improved geological information, particularly on the orientation of the gold bearing structures will help in the correlation of the mineralised veins with adjacent drill holes. The drilling, which is currently underway, is designed to facilitate wireframe modelling of the gold mineralised veins identified in the Zopilote Adit with the potential for possible inclusion in a future Mineral Resource Estimation.

Discovery of High-grade Gold Mineralised Breccia Zone at the Centre of La India Project in Nicaragua

Highlights:

-- The Central Breccia, discovery of 11m at 2.74g/t breccia in centre of La India Project.

-- The Central Breccia is open to the south where several metres have already been exposed by trenching.

-- Location is significant as it is at the axis of an epithermal gold system where veins to the south dip to the north and veins to the north dip to the south

-- The Central Breccia is significantly wider than the high grade epithermal gold veins hosting the current JORC Resource on La India Project

Condor (AIM: CNR), is pleased to announce the discovery of wide high-grade gold mineralised breccia on its La India Project at the centre of the La India Mining District epithermal gold system (the "District"). An 11m long trench excavated north-south across a large outcrop of quartz cemented brecciated felsic volcanic rock discovered at the top of a steep sided hill returned an average grade of 2.74g/t gold across the entire 11m length, including 2m at 6.77g/t gold at the southern end of the trench (the "Central Breccia").

The Central Breccia was discovered by Condor's geologists during prospecting and rock chip sampling in the area where a number of the main epithermal veins appear to converge, including the America-Constancia, Guapinol and Tatiana veins to the west and the Cacao Vein, on Condor's 100% owned Cacao Concession to the east. The discovery rock chip sample selected from the more quartz rich parts of the outcrop assayed at 13.6g/t gold and demonstrates the potential for new discoveries and the potential for different styles of epithermal gold mineralisation on Condor's concessions covering 166sq km in the District.

The Central Breccia appears to be associated with an east-northeast striking gold mineralised structure, consistent with other mineralised veins in the vicinity. An offset trench testing the northern continuity of the Central Breccia revealed an east-west striking, southward dipping, quartz vein which returned an intercept of 1m at 2.68g/t gold located 15m north of the Central Breccia, and another trench located 180m along strike to the east intercepted two southward dipping quartz veins, 4m apart, which returned assays of 1m at 0.97g/t gold and 3.15m at 4.48g/t gold.

The interview mostly goes over ground that we are all familiar with but it is always good to hear it again. Some highlights:

1. MC is confident of the PFS showing that La India will host a 100k oz pa mill and that 20% to 30% of production will be via open pit.

2. Production costs will be very cheap ($480 to $560 an oz). One of the reasons is that the minimum wage in Nicaragua is $150 per month. CNR will be one of the lowest cost producers in the world.

3. CNR has exceeded the Soviet resource estimate for the La India vein set by 50%. If that can be repeated across the other veins included in the Soviet estimate then La India District will host 3.6 million oz and will be a World class deposit.

4. B2Gold's recent purchase of two gold properties in Nicaragua suggests a like for like valuation of gold in the ground equivalent to a CNR share price of 25p per share.

5. Rio Luna should hold 300k to 400k oz which CNR may drill up at some point.

6. MC is confident of producing positive drill results and trenching results this year.

7. 25kg of ore is currently sitting in a lab and metallurgical tests are underway.

8. When CNR hits 2 million oz of gold his year it will also have a 1:1 silver credit of 2 million oz of silver.
