tsja so ist das an der börse , haie , die haie jagen . aber egal , es ist das gute recht der "lawfirms" bestimmte firmen niederzumachen , in der regel geschiet das eh zu recht . und wenn eine firma das willenlos über sich ergehen lässt , nichts tut und auf die eigenen aktionäre scheißt , weil sie auf die scheissen kann , weil das alles zu abzockvieh ist was sich nicht wehrt und wehren kann und nicht wehren will weil es die schuld lieber bei anderen sucht , dann passt das doch .

es zählt allein der aktienkurs , und der muß eigentlich gar nicht kommentiert werden , die börse lügt nicht , sie übertreibt ab und zu oder untertreibt auch mal , ab was da abgegangen ist braucht eigentlich nicht mehr kommentiert werden . aber wenn du meinst das da noch was kommt dann warte halt , der 2.oktober ist ja bald .

On July 30, 2014, the FDA Advisory Committee convened to review the Ablatherm-HIFU PMA file and issued negative recommendations to the use of Ablatherm-HIFU for the treatment of early stage, localized prostate cancer. Since that date, the Company maintains continuous dialogue with the FDA on the approval process of Ablatherm-HIFU.

Following the negative recommendations from the FDA Advisory Committee, two civil lawsuits were filed in August 2014 against the Company, as well as the C.E.O. and the C.F.O. of the Company. The Company, the C.E.O. and the C.F.O. strongly denied any allegation of wrongdoing, indicated that insurance was in place to cover such situation and that they will vigorously defend against such lawsuits.
