We present the comprehensive characterization of a Brain Shuttle anti-amyloid antibody in Cynomolgus monkey, including modeling-supported plasma and brain pharmacokinetics, and provide first evidence for brain uptake in human.

..... das sind die geringen Umsätze. Man sollte meinen, dass diese vor Veröffentlichung der Daten zu Gante steigen sollten. Die Ruhe vor dem Sturm oder warten einfach viele an der Seitenlinie auf die News? Es bleibt so oder so spannend.
