CD PROJEKT - Six management board members of listed video game producer CD Projekt sold another combined 3,872 shares on September 21 in the ongoing motivation program to fund pending warrant purchases in the program, CD Projekt said in a market filing.
Die Manager verkaufen Aktien, machen Kasse, nichts verwerfliches. Daraus entsteht ein Anreizprogramm für andere führende Mitarbeiter (auch Vorstand???), okay, gewagt. Doppelt Kasse machen also.
Sowas löst man, wenn man organisch wachsen will, anders.
Egal, Kasse machen ist immer gut, auch für die Bude.

Verkauft wurden Aktien bereits zu früheren Zeitpunkten vom Management. Die jetzigen Verkäufe haben etwas mit der Haltefrist der Aktien nach dem Bonusprogramm für die Mitarbeiter zu tun.
Das neue Aktienbonusprogramm für Angestellte startet ebenfalls und hat andere Bedingungen bezüglich der Anreize für das Management. Diese habe ich ja bereits ausgeführt.
Da das Management bereits in der Form seit längerer Zeit besteht und die Firma in den letzten Jahren sehr stark gewachsen ist, kann man davon ausgehen, dass die Fixgehälter, sofern sie nicht stark nachverhandelt wurden, eher niedrig liegen. Das bedeutet, dass Aktienverkäufe die einzige Möglichkeit darstellen, überhaupt ein ansehnliches Gehalt zu beziehen.

---------------- PZU - Listed insurance group PZU appointed Malgorzata Kot and Krzysztof Szypula as management board members, the company said in a market filing. Kot has been a management board member at the insurer's life unit since April 2020 and Szypula has served as a managing director for product strategy within the group since 2018, the filing specified.
At the same time, PZU accepted resignation from board members Elzbieta Hauser-Schoneich and Adam Brzozowski, effective September 9, who cited no reasons for their departure, the company said in a separate market filing.

The goal in such a scenario would be to generate net profits of a minimum PLN 6 billion during three years. It means PLN 2 billion net profit on average per year. It's an extremely ambitious goal, taking into consideration that our best ever financial year, the year of release of The Witcher 3. Our consolidated net profit reached PLN 342 million and the average profit for the last three financial years was PLN 162 million, 12 times less than the next three years aggressive premium goal of the program.
The market goal requires our share price to grow over the period of the program by 100% plus the growth of the WIG index. Assuming the WIG index grows by 30%, we want to be 130% and plus. If the overall market grows by 60%, we want to grow by 160%. WIG index is put into equation in order to allow correction of the target for general macroeconomic changes resulting in overall changes of share prices under Warsaw capital market where CD PROJEKT is listed.
Looking at our historical price performance, one could say, that's growing by 100% above the market, is less difficult than to increase our profit 10 times. That could be true but please take into consideration that our current share price is already calculating in future profits and incredible acceleration expected from the release of Cyberpunk. In order to further grow the share price by another 100% above its general market, we need to first deliver the expectations for Cyberpunk, profit in the amounts we've never had, and on top of that, we feel confidence in the market as to further growing 100% points above all other stocks measured by the WIG index.
CD Projekt Ziele
