Lightning Labs Releases ‘Loop’ Feature for Bitcoin Payments Channels

Lightning Labs has released a new feature aimed at improving the usability of the lightning network, a bitcoin payment channel technology aimed at scaling the cryptocurrency.

Called “Lightning Loop,” users will now be able to receive bitcoin in increasing quantities without having to close and reopen new payment channels.

Opening a payment channel requires users to pay the same fees and wait the same amount of time as sending a regular bitcoin transaction the blockchain. However, once the payment channel is opened, a user is able to send bitcoin payments almost instantaneously and ...

Payment Service Square is Hiring Crypto Engineers, Offers Salaries in Bitcoin

United States-based payment platform Square is hiring cryptocurrency engineers and is offering to pay them in digital currency, according to a tweet published by Twitter and Square CEO Jack Dorsey on March 20.

In the tweet, Dorsey announces that “Square is hiring 3–4 crypto engineers and one designer to work full-time on open source contributions to the Bitcoin/crypto ecosystem. Work from anywhere, report directly to me, and we can even pay you in Bitcoin!”

Dorsey further commented that the decision to pay employees in digital currency is based on the intention “to make the broader crypto ecosystem better,” thus contributing to the Bitcoin (BTC) community.

Bitcoin (BTC) Price And Time: Trend Overwhelmingly Bullish

Bitcoin price is gaining bullish momentum above the $4,000 resistance area against the US Dollar.

The price is trading near monthly highs and it could accelerate above $4,050 and $4,080.

There is a key connecting bullish trend line formed with support at $3,985 on the hourly chart of the BTC/USD pair (data feed from Kraken).

Wie erwartet hat sich der 24h-Pumpingdollarumsatz bei der aktuellen Fakehausse des BTC wieder mal um sage und schreibe rund 2500 Millionen USDT auf 9600 Millionen USDT erhöht.
