...er sieht hier 5 catalysts/Auslöser in den nächsten Monaten...

(1) With this latest press release, I am of the view that Kerrisdale and the shorts have lost control of the "NDM is worthless" narrative. As such, the 15m or so shares still short will begin to cover which will provide incremental demand to drive share prices moderately higher, We only have to wait for Friday for the latest update in short data. While I only expect to see a modest decrease for that update, I think the big drop will be reflected in the release that reflects the trading after today's release.

(2) Taking a quote from the third paragraph of the release, "We remain confident in achieving a prompt and fair resolution that follows the rule of law, supports the interests of the parties involved and allows the Pebble Project to move into a normal course permitting process". If the EPA wanted to screw Northern Dynasty, they wouldn't have agreed to extend the stay of proceedings out to May. The fact that they intend to negotiate the matter directly, rather than go thru mediation should tell anyone who has any critical thinking skills that the agreement they will come to will at the very least involve the lifting of the veto and probably include something more. I think it's actually good that the company has a few more weeks to drum up some local support so that when the deal is announced, there will little doubt left in that any remaining obstacles will be minimized.

(3) As I stated yesterday, NDM only has to break ~C$600m in market cap to be added to the S&P TSX Global Gold Miners Index and a little over ~C$1b to be included in the S&P TSX Index. With the market cap at C$660m as of close today, I think it's fair to say that inclusion in the gold index for the 2Q17 review is a slam dunk for June and inclusion into the main index will be a very likely event for the 3Q17 review for September. Inclusion into those two indices would created index players to add about 20m shares.

(4) Once the issues with the EPA are resolved by May, the majors will be licking their chops to partner with NDM to replenish their reserves. NDM neither has the funds nor the expertise to permit/build a world class mind that will stand the scrutiny of the stringent permitting process we will have to go to given the sensitive geography of the proposed mine and the fact that it has been so politicized. It's understandable that the likes of Teck, Freeport and Rio Tinto stayed away from Northern Dynasty when the veto was in place. After all, who wants to throw billions into a project that was set up to fail by the old EPA regime? While management originally stated that they were aiming to get a partnership done by October, my view is that as long as they get it done by the end of the year, it doesn't make a lick of difference to me as I'm not day trading my shares/warrants and I'm in no rush to sell.

(5) Laslty, the Fed announcement last Wednesday reinforced in my mind that the Fed has lost control of the narrative in terms of their strong dollar crusade against Trump, who based on all his "Make America Great" rhetoric, wants a weak USD. That was evident in last week's G20 meeting in Germany. What I see as a more likely outcome is a stagflationary environment which will be condusive to higher gold and copper prices. I will go as far as stating that the January 3rd print of 103.81 for the DXY Index was likely the peak. Just look at the chart, it's struggling to hold over 100.

Scheint wohl die Mehrheit nicht ganz richtig einzuordnen! Man unterhält sich direkt mit der EPA, sprich Pruitt!! und man beendet die Mediation, sprich mit den Gegenern der Mine! Na welche Lösung wird NDM und Pruitt wohl finden?! Der Mann ist ja erst kurz im Amt, ein bisschen Zeit sollte man den Parteien schon geben, um das Ding, sprich Pebbles, einzutüten.

Steht hier was von Schwierigkeiten, Problemen? Nein man ist sehr zuversichtlich und will Pebbles ermöglichen! Dass das auch rechtlich wasserfest sein muss versteht sich von selbst und das braucht eben seine Zeit!

Tradegate 3000 st zu 1,43€

nimmt man den After hours Kurs von 1,62$ dann sind das umgerechnet 1,506€

4290€ zu 4518€ immerhin 228€ unterschied naja wer s hat.


Lasst euch nicht verarschen.
Die Nachricht ist sehr gut für uns, es wird im Hintergrund an einer gemeinsamen Lösung gearbeitet.

Sieht für mich aus, als ob die sich ausserordentlich, sprich ohne einen Schlichter, direkt einigen werden.

Wegen Dir habe ich bei 1,00 Euro nicht nochmal nachgelegt weil Du mir Angst gemacht hast.
Obwohl wegen 40 Prozent hätte sich das ja nicht gelohnt.....da wäre wohl deine Marapharm Empfehlung,
die ja schon kräftig produzieren, besser gewesen.
