immer ruhig bleiben hier sind Firmen beteilligt die spielen nicht im Samdkasten. Und das Golden Triangle ist der Explorer Goldhotspot schlechthin zur Zeit. denke mit 15-20 Mio sind wir noch sehr niedrig bewertet zur Peer Group.

PearTree Securities fungierte als Agent für die Transaktion. Jason Cubitt, Präsident von Jaxon Mining, kommentierte: "Wir schätzen die anhaltende Unterstützung unserer Investoren und freuen uns auf weitere Explorationserfolge bei den Projekten Hazelton und More Creek." Jaxon gab 2.173.914 Flow-Through-Aktien zu einem Preis von 0,32 US-Dollar aus. Tranche. Alle Aktien aus dieser Platzierung unterliegen einer viermonatigen Haltefrist ab dem Ausgabedatum.
